Clean, comfy room with perfect location”
We have lovely stay at Fantastic Motel and Cafe! We arrived the island very late in the evening but checking was easy as the bar downstairs is open until late. The room was large and very clean with aircon, fan, tv, very comfy beds for 3. We have stayed in several guesthouses in Cenang are and think Fantastic motel give best value for your money! Its right by the beach and on the main road, theres several restaurants, shops and bars right outside the Motel. And yet there was no noise at all in the room! Will stay here again! Staff was friendly and the downstairs cafe is very cool place to chill!

Great locations at great prices!”
Located on the Cenang Beach which is a great location in Langkawi makes Fantastic Motel and Cafe as a cozy hotel to stay. As in groups, we found ourselves happy with the rooms and fyi, a fully sand beach is exactly located on the rear area of this hotel. For the price offer, FM&C definitely a great choice to stay the night.

Good value for money ”
We stayed 2 nights and was good. 50 meters away from the beach, next to Orchid Ria and many other restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable and of decent size. The bathroom and shower are also good. The aircon works fine. Very good value for money. I will repeat next time I go to langkawi, so far is the best option of the 5 different hotels I stayed in langkawi.

Good value ”
This is a small establishment with just 4 rooms. There is no reception so you will need to call before arriving. For the price paid, the room is good. I would say very good value for money considering this is Langkawi. We took a bedroom with two double beds that can sleep four people. Bed and room was comfortable enough. This is a motel so don't expect creature comforts like hair drier, etc. Bath towel and soap were provided. The room was upstairs and there was a balcony as shown in the photos, so that was nice. The beach is 2 minutes away from the motel. The problem is the cleanliness of the room. The room was swept clean but that's it. Table was dusty, so was the headboard on the bed. Don't mention the balcony. Nice to have a balcony but what's the point when it is full of dirt, bird and lizard droppings. We would have loved to use the balcony but was impossible with the condition it was in. This is a nice place, but the caretakers really need to improve the room upkeep.

Overall okei but until the contraction at motel make we UNHAPPY ”
08/09/2016 to 12/09/2016 facility and service by staff good until the contraction happen at first floor make us feel unhappy with hotel service, noisy and feel like at area big contraction happen at motel. make sure in future kindly inform have maintenance at motel before we book.

i would say this is the perfect place to stay if ya travelling with 3pax, perfect room with 3 single bed a small balcony. only that the floor bit dusty or probably sand but other than that I've got no issue. stayed there from 14th-19th August 2016. Cheers!

bad and disgusting experience”
after confirm the booking, i receive the mail inform us must give them a call before we check in bcs there's no reception. when the time i make call, that person answer call with very bad attitude. the room is big but towel looks very dirty. Toilet very smelly, firstly i thought they didn't make it clean, but after i clean it still very smelly. We have no choice and must close the door all day and night, we don't even wish to entry it but we still have to shower. i think the toilet was stuck. Our room is "Upper 2 Queen Size Room" it at ground floor cant see anything. you will regrets if u book this motel and not as good as in reviews.

My review”
Motel location was just nice due to nearby to the beach and lot of food choices nearby but at the time we stayed there the TV in the room was not functioning. We requested to change the room but they said all rooms are fully-booked but we found out the room besides us still available. There is no place to hang your clothes in the room and bathroom. No parking space provided and no registration counter.
