•In line with the regulations stipulated by the Singapore government on indoor activities, social gatherings, and events to safeguard public health in Singapore during this pandemic period, the safe measurement measures listed below are applicable to all our hotels and serviced residences in Singapore.
On COVID-19 Safe Management Measures
•Under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, first-time offenders who do not comply with safe management measures face a fine of up to S$20,000. In the event of any breaches of law or non-compliance by guest(s) and/or their visitor(s) to the guest room(s) during their stay at the property, the penalty imposed by the authorities would be fully borne by the guest(s) and/or their visitor(s). The hotel shall be entitled to recover from the guest all fines imposed and/or losses suffered, of up to S$20,000. The hotel may charge the guest’s credit card and/or utilize the guest’s cash deposit (if any) to offset such fines or losses.

For Serviced Residences Stays
• A maximum of 5 visitors are allowed per apartment per day.
Effective 1 February 2022, Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) will be expanded to cover all hotels and serviced apartments. Only fully vaccinated, recovered COVID-19 patients within 180 days of the first positive PCR test result or positive healthcare-administered ART result, medically ineligible individuals, or children aged 12 years and below will be allowed to stay.
Existing long-term guests will be given until 31 March 2022 to get themselves fully vaccinated, i.e. 2 primary shots + booster, to continue their stay in the hotel and/or serviced residence. Guests who are not fully vaccinated by 31 March 2002 must vacate the accommodation.
Short-term visitors who are unvaccinated will be allowed to stay in hotels and serviced residences for a period of 30 days from the date of arrival. They will not be allowed to enter other VDS settings such as dine-in at F&B outlets, usage of guests’ facilities, etc.
From 1 March 2022, unvaccinated children aged 13 years old and above will not be allowed to stay in hotels and serviced apartments.

Staff were second to none helpful absolutely brilliant i couldn’t thank enough everyone from the manager to the front staff the porters. It was my first and definitely would not be my last.I wanted to check it out and i should have book longer but wanted to check the Yotel singapore it was definitely a mistake. The staff at Far East (by Scott’s Road in Orchard) are very friendly and so accommodating. Thank you Management (Suzana, Ranier) for asking our questions and providing us with tips on how to go about the city and what foods to try! Also, thanks to the Housekeeping staff for making our rooms clean and homey. And for the Security team who assisted us on our luggage’s going in/out of the taxi. Thank you! I booked 3 room and I was Upgraded to Penthouse (It has 1 room at 2nd floor and 3 room at 1st floor) the location was good behind the Far East Plaza and easy access to public transport, taxis, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. the staff was helpful

We had a pleasant stay, very comfortable, ideal location to orchard road shopping and restaurants and centrally located for local theme parks and casinos. Taxi rank, with taxis available within a minute or two , the staff at Far East, particularly the manager, Dominic, was very helpful with a personal problem we encountered ,he took control and resolved the issue for us.I recommend this hotel particularly for families.

Great Apartment, Great Location”
We were very satisfied with the apartments. Paid for a 2 bedrooms, were given a 3 bedrooms. The Living room is very spacious. Free WIFI. We stayed for a week, washing machine is a plus for us. The apartment is clean. Housekeeping only clean the apartment 2 times a week. Located behind Far East plaza, it was easy to find food.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for our family of 5. This was our 2nd stay here. Very convenient location. Proximity to orchard. There is good , reasonably priced shopping in the adjoining, Far East Plaza mall. Also, good Currency exchange rates in the mall. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely return to this property.

Perfect location "Home away from Home"”
perfect location, accessible to almost everything - mrt, shopping, grocery, restaurant and lots of shops at the ground floor offers really good price. hotel rooms were very comfortable, nice kitchen with good view of scott's road, living room is so spacious where teenager family members enjoyed watching tv, internet was also good. hotel staff were so polite, accommodating and very helpful. hotel facilities - children's playground, swimming pool is also good, we went swimming one morning but was not able to use the gym anymore (there was no more time), generally hotel is clean and well kept. though, i have one suggestion - i hope they can provide mirror in each room so you do not have to go to the toilet to dress up and put on make up. we really enjoyed our stay in singapore, and we want to book in the same hotel in the future. thanks a lot.

Great stay”
We spent Chinese New Year there with my family. We booked a 2 bedroom but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. The building is dated but the bedrooms and living room has been remodeled. The residence is clean and one of the larger places in the area. Location is great just a short walk to Orchard Rd for food, shopping and the MRT station. Downstairs there are plenty of places for a quick bite. They were very accommodating giving me a baby tub, crib and blackout curtains I requested for my 4 month old baby. We would happily come again.

great selection for families with small children”
We were totally satisfied with our stay. We loved the location because it was close to transportation, shopping and dining. We were surprised(in a good way) of the size of the room we chose, we were happy of the 2 room apartment type setup, because we were able to stay together. Close to shops”
The entrance to East is located behind the mall so initially it was hard to find. Once found it became a convenient place to stay as a door leading to the shops at the bottom reception provided a nice shortcut whenever you want somewhere to eat. Place was clean and quiet. Close to transport too. Service was helpful and friendly.

Fantastic Holiday”
This time we wanted to have a bit more space than a hotel room. There were three adults and 3 children 10-13 years old, and it was good to have a comfortable base to go out and explore Singapore, and self cater if we wanted to. The facilities are great, didn’t have time to use everything but pool and sauna were well used by us. Any issues were promptly sorted, and rooms were always cleaned perfectly. We would recommend these apartments to friends and family. They are currently upgrading the rooms though floor 8 where we were are all done.

Nice Convenient Central Location”
Close to Orchard MTR, shopping and food stores. Many restaurants and shops in the same building and hundreds of others nearby, We stayed in a 3 BR unit 5 years go, so came again with 7 people and we had plenty of room and the apartment was better than the previous time. Had washer and drier also. One air conditioner did not work, but it was repaired and then worked better than all the others! Friendly helpful staff. When next travelling with a group will definitely stay again.

Satisfactory Accomodation”
The photos on the website are not a true reflection of the rooms. When we were booking, the photos of the rooms led us to believe that the rooms would be superb but when we checked in, we were disappointed. The whole building seems to be old and the rooms are aging as well and are in need of thorough renovation. We had booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and judging from the photos we were expecting nice and new rooms with ample space. In reality the apartment was small, bathrooms were small and interior walls looked dirty and aged. We didn't think the apartment was value for the amount we paid. We spoke with Vimla of guest services and she was very helpful. She arranged for us to see a 3 bedroom apartment which was much much better then the 2 bedroom apartment we were initially given. The 3 bedroom apartment had bigger rooms and bathrooms, looked fresh and seemed to have been taken care of.

A family week to remember”
We booked two apartments in June 2016 to celebrate a special birthday with our two daughters, sons in law and 4 grandchildren. These apartments are in a great location and the staff were very helpful at all times. The accommodation isn't cheap and it's comfortable but not luxurious but we had everything we needed to make our stay in Singapore a week to remember. We would recommend these apartments to families wanting a central but not luxurious holiday.

Great shopping and public transport”
Enjoyable. Room was a great fit for a family of five. Staff very friendly and also went above and beyond by allowing a very late check out 5.30pm on the day we left with no fuss. The staff were always very friendly and willing to help in any way. Facilities such as pool etc were available from 7am till 10 pm......this was fantastic, especially when you have teenage kids. Would no hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those travelling with a big family. The size of the room was great.

Lovely apartments in fantastic location”
The apartments are located absolutely centrally in the Orchard Road shopping area with convenient access to public transport, taxis, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Well maintained, clean and spacious apartment with a furnished kitchen. A bit expensive but a very comfortable stay and helpful staff. Kitchen was a little short on crockery but workable.
