Pros: Its really awesome trip with my family members. It walking distance only to Penang Hill. Its worth for money and we enjoyed. Thank you Mr.Koh and Miss Lee. Cons: Parking very limited. Facilities completed but the house small too.

Good location to Penang Hill”
The community is not friendly and food area is a little bit far for those who do not have any transport. Location wise to Penang Hill is really strategic. Generally, the home itself is excellent but surrounding is disappointing.

Nice Place ”
1) The apartment is very clean and nice. The building itself a bit old but still ok. 2) The car park very limited, we takes some time to find parking when come back in the night. 3) It is just few mins walk to Penang Hill, and bus stop just in front of apartment. 4) One the triple room the mattress maybe too old, it will sink when sleep. 5) Water heater in one of the bathroom no hot water, but Mr Koh feedback to me that he already changed to a new one after my stay. 6) The shower cream hard to come out, but this not a problem for us as we all bring our own one. 7) Although we have some minor complaints but we are still happy with this unit.

The best budget homestay”
I booked 4 bedroom type of homestay. It is a converted flat normally with 2 rooms to 4 rooms. But the environment inside is very conducive and recommended if you are coming with a family of 8-10 persons.

Staff not honest! ”
Location is near the toursist place but the flat is a old building but owner manage to renovate the whole house as you can see from photos, is a plus point for me. However, the staff who clean the house after we left but realized.y nephew Wallet was left behind further check with her she said not able to find! I informed the owner that I don't mind the money in the wallet but just return back the IC. No response! I can not judge the staff but whole night the wallet was with my nephew, is weird it was not there.

The homestay can fit 8 persons. Good that there is living room for all of us to chit chatting. Cleanliness is ok. But it will be better if the shower head is repaired, pillow and bed are a bit old.

Apartment building is old and looks lousy, but house is clean,but limited car parking. Host's assistance said can park at the open car park which next to the apartment. It's dark and no safe.

No parking reserved, only can park outside at the side road, not safe. House consider clean but 2 beds with broken mattress, the room & house very small, not convenient for gathering only for sleeping & rest.
