Fastroom located in apartment buildings near from mall in Bekasi such as Summarecon Mal Beasi, Mal Metropolitan. got free upgraded room. room was nice and clean.

2nd review & stay after bad experience from first stay”

I booked twice on monday & wednesday and i had done my review on the monday stay which is horrendous. However, my 2nd stay is much plesant as i got a own living room and a bed room even though both my booking were the same type of pricing. However, the place still have ants crawing around the floor which has the same problem as the first stay. This time, the bed was better which i could still able to sleep under their blanket. Other than that the good this is there are alot of channels to watch on tv. So i suppose one could only hope for the luckly rooms when you check in.

Nice Apartment”

We book for 3 room, each room has 2 bedroom with double and single bed. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. Room has kitchen but only 1 room has kitchen set and you need to pay for using kitchen. Easy to get breakfast & dinner around the apartment, especially at night. Difficult to get parking space if you come back late at night. Overall it's nice place to stay and very recommended apartment.

Rooms are quite spacious and clean. The rooms are satisfactory for 3 person, although the towels provided were only 2. We booked 2 rooms: 1 room has a phone in it, the other room has no phone. Beds are very comfortable. There are no breakfast but it's really easy to find food for dinner or breakfast due to the numbers of vendors providing foods around it. Highly recommended. PS: We accidentally left a shirt behind and unfortunately was claimed lost.

Got a free upgrade from studio to executive class because some system trouble. Room is nice, location is great, and it's really cheap for a place like this. Totally worth it.

Not a good experience”

The reception is friendly and its more like apartment rooms convert to a hotel. To me, its alright for these arrangements as long as it meets my basic criteria. But it did not. Rooms have ants and bed sheets and blanket seems dirty visually. My most minimum requirements is that a clean floor from insects and a clean bed. Just too bad that both are disappointing. I could bear with small toilet cubicle with hand sink outside of the toilet. With no toiletries provided but just couldn't accept the basic hygiene. I went to bed with long pants and shirt as i dun even want to try wearing comfortable clothes and sleep under the blanket. But tonite i will be checking in again and hope other rooms won't disappoint.

Disappointing Stay”

Book a King Room and the air con not working properly. TV remote control also not working. Try to contact the number on room key chain and no response. After complain (2 times!), moved to another room which way smaller. The air con was work but not the remote control. Not so sure will stay again here in the future.

For Economic...”

Located near by super markets and shopping malls. Difficult to find proper restaurants near by. If you want to cook in the hotel as shown as apartment facilities, 50000 Rpi you have to pay additionally. Only the lady of reception is available to speak English from 9 to 5.
