Please turn off the Aircons and lights when leaving the house our minimum electricity bills every month just 3,000 pesos. We shall need to see a photo ID upon arrival for verification and for safety purposes as well. No partying please. No bringing visitors aside from people listed to rent the house or rooms. Please be quiet after 10pm. The neighbors have children that goes to school the next day and parents that wake up early for work. Please be considerate. No overnight extra guests allowed in the house. Please keep the house clean and orderly. There is a extra charge for laundry 50 pesos per washing machine load. These is due to the high cost of electricity and water. Extra guests upon arrival not counted in the booking will pay 500 Pesos per person per night. Lost Door Key you will have to pay 200 pesos for replacement. No eating inside the bedrooms. (You are inviting insects like ants, cockroaches and rats into your room. We live in tropical country and these insects are prominent if not avoided.) No smoking allowed inside the house. Smoking can be done outside the house and please put the filter in an ashtrays/container. We provide indoor slippers that you can use inside the house. Please do not use them outside. Outdoor shoes stays outside the house. Do not litter everywhere and keep it as your own house. Put the trash in the bins.
