Very specific stay requirements ”

This hotel is nice but has high marks and low marks. Room is situated for self-service stay but no amenities such as tea or coffee in the room. Other than the bed, just one stiff chair to sit on. Bed perfectly firm. Location is fine but a bit in the wrong direction from the action. Not a far walk from convenience store and restaurants. Biggest downside is no coffee or simple breakfast. Iseshi area has few options for early morning coffee or breakfast.

Lack of english version of fire alarm ”

There was a fire alarm during our stay in Fav. However, the fire alarm is only in japanese. We were not aware of fire alarm at the very beginning until we saw smokes coming out from the next room. Luckily, it was only overcooking issue. But it is very dangerous if no english version is available in such safely alarm.

Seriously Overpriced!”

Thought to be new decor design. But in fact it is just a small apartment room with no cleaning service. We would have chosen another hotel given it costs almost double or treble of other hotels around. Not recommended.

清潔なホテルです。”

2連泊しましてが、快適でした。 ホテル全体が綺麗でスタッフの皆さんも大変感じが良く、楽しく過ごせました。 部屋はベットのみですが、伊勢観光に来たので部屋で過ごす時間は限られていますから問題ありません。 シャワーも水圧高く快適でした。 朝食は量も味も十分で大変美味しかったです。

とても良かったです”

新しくできたばかりなのもあり、客室がとても綺麗でした。マンションのような設計でゆったりと過ごすことができます。 キッチンには食器・鍋・カトラリーがあり、ポットやレンジも備え付けてあるので客室でご飯を食べても良いかと思います。テレビが大きく、YouTubeやU-NEXTなど動画のサブスクが観れるので充実した時間を過ごせます。 また、伊勢神宮下宮が徒歩圏内であるのが大変魅力的だと思います。伊勢駅にも徒歩10分程度で行けるので、立地はかなり良いです。 悪い点というほどでもないですが、備え付けのシャンプーとトリートメントが微妙だったので、こだわりがある方は持参した方が良いかと思います。今回利用した部屋にはユニットバスが付いていたので、旅の疲れを取ることができ良かったです。 今回は家族旅行で一泊の利用でしたが、次回は友人との旅行で連泊したいです。カップルの方にもおすすめです。

寝るだけでの滞在だったので、広さはありませんでしたが十分でした。 備品はどれも新しく、ドライヤーなど、どれもおしゃれなブランドやハイスペックなもので嬉しかったです。 コンセント脇にUSBポートがあったのはとても助かりました。 また別の場所でも機会があったら泊まってみたいです。

サーフィンに伊勢に良く行きますが、家族と訪れた際は泊まりにしたい。 ただ、料金が高いとちょっと、、、 ボロボロの民宿はヤダ、、、 その両方を満たしてくれる最高のバランス！

早目に到着したので、フロントに荷物を預けたかったのですが、断られ、まずそこでがっかりしました。ルームウェアがなくて、貸出がないか聞いたらフロントで貸出と聞いてあってよかったのですが、ちょっと不親切だなと思いました。 でも朝食は良かったです。
