Clean and Fast response staff ”
The staff is very helpfull and fast response. When they delivering our suitcase they open their shoes before entering the room. I was stayed 2 night there and every day when we back to our room its already clean and neat, the staff clean our room every day.

Value for money”
Second time here, the room size is acceptable, the bed also ok, eventhough the linen looks old but its clean and not smelly. The bathroom can be more clean but the same as other hotels mostly the black mold qre always there. The hot water works well. The breakfast is quite many options and the taste are mostly good. The swimming pool is cold water but children loves it. I suggest to change the water cause you can smell the water bleach strongly. In general still a good option to stay at garut. Staff are friendly and location is easy to reach.

Staying at this hotel is good value for money. The facilities are superb for 3-star hotel, especially the outdoor pool. The location is quite far from tourist attraction, but as others said in their review, it is one of decent hotels in Garut. Cheers, Rifani

This hotel is not how it used to be. The lighting inside the room is not enough, Everything in the room looks worn out and dirty although they might be clean, refurbishment needed.

3 days before check in I call for confirmation regarding my stay, I already state during my booking with Agoda that I book 2 standard non smoking room and also early check ini. But by the time I call the reception, they said that the non smoking room is not available, due to corporate group. how come its posible. In the end I have to upgrade my room to get no smoking room, because I am traveling with young children. By the time I arrive to the hotel at 13:30 hrs, they ask me to wait while they clean up the room.. another disapointment to the hotel managment, it clearly state that I request an early check, but the managment seems not to bother to read the request. For sure I will not revomend this Hotel to my family, even my coleague.

Affordable Hotel Option in Garut City”
This hotel is in the city center and near to most local famous restaurants in Garut. It is also near the shopping area Mall Garut. Beside the close proximity, it is also value for money. Rooms are clean and breakfast is served hot in the morning, beside the swimming pool. You can enjoy your breakfast while your children have a dip in the pool. All staff are friendly and always helping us with our luggage. Parking at hotel is abundant and there is no worry about parking space. It is truly Swiss Van Java

We visited Garut for a trail run during the weekend. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and would book again at the same hotel.
