Doesn’t reach my expectations”
When I’m arrived early in the morning i can understand that I need to wait for the check in time and the staff at the reception is so nice to give me an early check in at 11am as the room are available. I came for my cousin wedding at this hotel at the same day and when i was waiting at the lobby early in the morning the lobby area was so hot and they didn’t turn on the aircond and when i ask the front desk he said he gonna call the maintenance or control room. I’m still waiting at the lobby about an hour and still the lobby area was so hot. Staff is nice but the facility is not even reach my expectation.

- Tooth brush only one, Sleeper only one, for 2 persons room - So difficult and must arguing with reception to borrow hair dryer. - Only one access card for 2 persons room. Must arguing and explain that while I went to meet him at the reception for arguing, my wife in the room without electricity.

Brand new hotel in palembang.Whole Building is not completed yet, Realy nice staff and still have little dust in some place room very clean and nice internet speed pretty fast breakfast quite enough for 3 star hotel, little dissapointed about money deposit at checkin there is no mini bar for depositing money, but realy a nice 3 star hotel in palembang

I checked in for 1 night, given a Std room and everything was pretty fast.To my surprise the room is very clean yet bright & is just nice for 2 ppl. it comes equipped wif super fast in room WiFi(Cisco AP) connection!!!The room v stayed was very quiet but on off u can hear ppl knocking on room door..i hope d hotel mgmt can install a door bell.Food was very so-so only lah..no qualms at all but still room to improve.Getting a taxi was pretty ezy as d hotel is located near d main road. Overall my 1 night stay was short & blissful. Will definitely recommend this hotel brand to anyone...

Disappointing service”
Our reservation was for a non smoking room with king size bed. We checked in at 12 PM and was told by reception staff that the room is not ready and that it would take an hour to prepare the room. The reception staff received our reservation details (Agoda) and told us to return later to get the room key. Later that day, we return to the hotel to collect the room key, only to find out that the room available was a smoking room. We requested to change the room to a non smoking room which was available but only with single beds! Upon check out, the reception staff wanted to charge us for a missing menu in the room which we had no idea what item they are talking about....overall it has been a disappointing experience staying at Favehotel Palembang.
