Good location but”
We stayed three nights in the hotel. The hotel was located in a nice place; quiet and close to the lake. There was a good restaurant nearby. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment (65 m2) with lake view. However, when we checked in, the man at the reception desk gave us a much smaller one bed room (ca. 30 m2) instead, which I still cannot understand. I showed him the room descriptions printed out from the agoda.com and he changed our room to a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. However, unlike our booking, we could not see any part of the lake on the first floor. The other woman at the reception desk was very kind and tried to be kind to us. The hotel's 2 bedroom apartments were spacious, with kitchenettes and huge balconies. The sad thing about the hotel was that the room was cold at night but we could not control the temperature. Moreover, we had to take a shower with cold water one day, since the hotel failed to supply hot water. Besides, there was no phone in the room and we report

Amazing spacious suite and fabulous breakfast! ”
Amazing breakfast really boutique with a lot of choice, room/suite enormous and clean. Sauna really nice, 4 different saunas (steam bath, finish, herbal and infrared). Personnel really kind and helpful. I recommend, also the ratio value for money was excellent.

The hotel has its own lake access. The suites are very nice: spacious, with elegant interiors, and equipped with high-end fixtures. Breakfast is rather expensive at 15 Euros/person.

Perfektes Hotel mit extrem freundlichen Personal”
Das Hotel besticht durch seine tolle Lage am See mit schönen privaten Strandbad nur 190m entfernt! Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das erlebt man leider nicht mehr so oft! Das Frühstück ist einfach zum Genießen inkl Sekt!!

Sehr schönes Hotel”
Sehr großzügige Zimmer, ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr vielfältig, gefühlt gibt es alles, es schmeckt wunderbar und ist schön angerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jeden Morgen ging Herr Egger selber durch und begrüßte die Gäste. Dazu noch ein schön eingerichteter Wellnessbereich und ein gut geheizter Pool, in dem man noch im November angenehm draußen schwimmen kann. Nur im Zimmer gab es ein paar Defekte, die repariert werden müssten - das hat mein Wohlfühlen aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

一人旅で行きました。 私はホテルを半年程前に予約しましたが、ジュニアスイートにかなりリーズナブルな料金で泊まれました。 とにかくスタッフが優秀です。 クラーゲンフルト空港からタクシーの手配もスムーズにしてくれました。 英語がうまく話せないにも関わらず、根気よくコミュニケーションを取ってくれました。 無人駅ですが、KRUMPENDORF駅から歩いて3分程の場所にありとても便利でした。 朝食は料金に含まれていましたが、とても豪華で驚きました。 ただ夜はレストラン営業はなく、スナックやパン、ピザ程度しか提供できないらしいです。 別の場所で食事をすることをおすすめします。 地下にはフィットネスルーム（24時間）やサウナ（数種類）があり、無料で自由に使えます。 屋外にはプールや歩いて5分程の距離にプライベートビーチ（湖）があります。 時間の流れがゆっくりとしていて、穏やかに過ごせました。 この町の人々もとても親切でした。 またいつか行きたいと思います。 本当にありがとうございました。

房間裝潢現代簡約，寢具跟床也相當舒服，周圍環境清幽，蟲鳴鳥叫聲不絕於耳，早餐豐盛且相當美味可口，若下次來克拉根福特渡假，我必定再訪！
