My first to rent here and had tried other condos and hotels. We rented in T2 Abreeza bldg studio type . The room space is just enough for 4 people . My kids like the bath room because the shower has a division (made of glass) that separates the toilet from the shower unlike the other condo which has a unit bathroom type with just vinyl curtain in between. We like best is the location because the mall is just a few mins. walking , very convenient. The ambiance in hallway of the building looks pristine with front desk in the lobby , so clean and freshly scented . The staff are competent and with good manner. We also like the view outside not crowded, less stress from car passers and safer if you want to cross the street to the mall. I will surely return to this place its worth the pay. Many commented Abreeza mall is little expensive but you won't mind a few bucks difference if its convenient to everything you need. Highly recommended.

Indeed feels like home”
The host was very kind and considerate during the transaction up until check out. They have netflix which was really perfect for us. It was a great place with great facilities, take note among all the condos I rented this property is the only property that provided me and my companions with disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, a sache of shampoo and good quality towels, beddings and pillows. The place is indeed a very nice place to say, we regreted that we only booked for a night. I would also like to mention that the building is located at the back of Abreeza mall, very convenient. Not to mention the infinity pool with a great view ( the guard from the pool is kinda annoying tho and disrespectful). I really had a good time. Except for one tiny detail, I think the shelf that divides the two beds is not necessay and it somewhat made us uncomfortable taking. We were a group of 3 and one of us has to occupy the other bed alone while watching the tv anc talking however we had to lay down with our head at the lower part of the bed to be able to communicate while watching the tv. Hahhaha. But overall, i really really love the place.

TOPNOTCH LOCATION. It is located in the heart of the city and only 2-3mins walk to/from Abreeza Mall. Everything we need is within our reach! Easy to call taxi too(Guards in the lobby can help you get one) CLEAN/CHIC ROOM. Room is well decorated and very clean(Better than picture). I can even say that its better than other pricey old hotels nearby. Room is equipped with a Smart TV that is equipped wifi TV Box that enables you to watch 500++ Cable channels and 8000++ movies. Well yeah, i guess its better than Netflix. HOST. She was very responsive to all my queries and concern prior and during our stay. She is so nice to talk to even if it’s only thru messaging apps. INFINITY POOL WITH LOVELY VIEW. Included in our booking/stay is FREE use of amenities like gym and pool unlike other guests who are required to pay few bucks for its use.

You are literally feels that you are in you're in your home. The unit is spacious and clean. Kitchen utensils are complete. The host is very responsive. Abreeza mall is just a walking distance. Highly recommended for families that will visit davao.

Over all experience was nice and comfortable”
The host is very accomodating and immediately reply to queries. There were just hitches in the booking like: (1) the place has no free parking area in the building premises. Guest has to rent a parking space at the rate of p350.00 per day. I was not aware of this upon booking.Otherwise,you park your car outside at the mercy of the weather and without security, (2) on the second day, another car parked in my rented space! (5th floor).Upon inquiry, our parking is transferred to the 1st floor. They failed to tell us beforehand. To think there is a telephone in the unit. We were just a call away; (3) we have s slots for use of the pool but we were not given swimming pool passes upon check-in. I have to pay p150.00 for each of my kids so that they can use the pool. The experience was an eye opener for me for future bookings on this kind of accommodation. Other than these hitches, our stay in the unit was comfortable and convenient.

I like the place clean and accessble to all but there is no available cloth for the utensils or for the hands and even rags for the sink its hard to clean the kitchen there is no soap for the utensils sad to note we use the handwashing soap for the plates there is no hair blower

Hi maam first of all I would like to thank you for writing us your experience. All our units have a sponge for dishwashing before, but we encountered some negative feedbacks on it saying it is wet and filthy. So we therefore make it as request upon needed and it goes for some appliances also. Please understand we are reducing the things we need to monitor for faster turnover of units. Thank you God bless

Location is good very near to abreeza mall just across the road. Cleanliness - the sofa smells really bad like all the sweat has dried up in there. The carpet looks like never been vacumed, my kid crawled under the coffee table and instantly had rashed on his face. The bed feels like the sheets are not changed from the previous guest, I got a hairstrand on the pillow even before we use it. The towels smell like it was just sundried but not washed. My kid had an asthma attack during sleeping time which confirms the bed is dusty. At 1:30am the fire alarm rang! So my husband needs to go all the way down to the reception area and there was no person seating to assist all the other occupants that was asking about the alarm only to find out that it was just a false alarm. Very bad experience. We moved to another hotel the next day.

I would not recommend this unit for long term, but short term is no problem. I enjoyed the awesome pool on the sixth floor. It is a stone's throw from the Abreeza Mall which has everything. Easy access to taxis etc. Ideal for short term stay.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. We really appreciate that Cherry Lou (our host) went above and beyond to accommodate us and cater to our last minute requests. She is extremely responsive to my queries and friendly too. The only downside I can think of is the sofa bed which I was not so comfortable to sleep in. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. :)

We had perfect stay in this condominium. It is very clean and situated in a nice location near a mall. Accessible to/from major spots and accessible to public transpo such as jeepney, taxi, grabtaxi. Highly recommended!

Good day sir. First of all I would like to express our deepest apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced with us. But I would like to share our side of the complaints. Kindly read house rules first before placing reservation. First re parking- It is stated clearly that parking inside the tower is subject to availability with a fee of 200/day. Free street parking inside mall compound is on a first come first park basis. Next issue is the pool. Use of amenities is not free, but allow our guests to 2 pax free. The admin will charge 150/head in excess of 2. I dont know where you come across with 500/head but as per checking all guests were ask to pay 150/head only. 3rd issue-breakfast,ours is condotel we dont offer breakfast like of that in a hotel set up, we offer only unit stay. Lastly re 2 emails you sent, please check your Agoda messages sir as we have replied to every messages to us. We can only reply thru Agoda. Once again we sincerely apologize for the miscomunica
