Great value for space and location”
I stayed 3 nights at the Deluxe Suite, which surprised me with its space. I loved that it had a bedroom and a separate living space where I could lounge around. It was clean and was around the same price as another hotel that gave a much smaller room. I stayed at around 3 places in Busan and Felix also had the best sound-proofed rooms, which was pretty important to me. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but when I did, they were polite.

Awesome restaurant, location and room with kitchenette”
Awesome restaurant with great breakfast buffet/dinner options. The location was nice and room with kitchenette was great to have when traveling with kids. Excellent room cleaning service. The dinner menu of pizza was cooked and tasted like pizza that I've eaten lots of in Naples Italy.

Best Breakfast and spacious room”
I really loved staying at the hotel as specially the breakfast was one of the best. I normally travel alot and I can say it was one of the top five breakfast I ever had in my life. The bed however was a bit narrow compare to the hotel room so, consider this if you move alot while you are sleeping.

Clean and close by”
This hotel is right by the beach three blocks away. On the way to the beach you could shop in a the little store they got along the street. A market is right by with all different kind of products n dishes. Hotel was clean, the view was ok but we enjoy our stay

Elevator traffic”
Nice location, decent rooms, but very difficult access to the lobby, which is on 6th floor, so the taxi drops you off on the street and then you have to figure out how to move everything onto 6th floor without a rolling cart. Also, the elevator traffic is insane, once spent 20 minutes waiting for one of four elevators servicing 50 floors, then just walked up to 12 floor with three kids.

The hotel is literally next to the train station so it was super convenient to travel around Busan. There are plenty of restaurants around. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you are a light sleeper. This hotel has a serious noise problem. The rooms are not properly soundproof. I can hear the next door neighbor snoring. There is a serious problem if I can hear other people flushing toilets from my room. I spent two nights listening to people farting and chair stretching the floor (my ceiling).

Good location, frustrating to get in/out of hotel”
Conveniently located next to the Haeundae metro stop, as well as a bus stop with access to lots of bus services. Room size is average, the wardrobe hanging bar is far too high - almost at the ceiling, makes it difficult to use the hangers. The building has so many floors that even with 4 lifts you have to wait for ages for a lift to arrive, whatever time of the day.

Breakfast buffet was not good. Restaurant space was very limited and had to wait long time. Had to get a carryout box. Cost of adding breakfast was too high for the very limited availability of breakfast buffet.

There are not enough elevators for the size of the building. Waiting for it takes forever and then they are totally overcrowded.

Staff's service is outstanding and considerable.but...”
Beside the bed lamp area, there is a lot of dust .i was trying to sleep not to think about the dust. When i check in and out time, staffs are all kind.
