A nice island retreat right at the center of Boracay”
We really enjoyed our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay. The place looks amazing and classy—perfect for your Instagram #ootd selfies. The room is clean and offers a relaxing place in the lively island. Sleeping in their bed feels like a massage after a long day at work. The bathroom is also pristine and spacious. The staff was also very courteous and friendly. The receptionists very helpful and kind as they were able to provide us with everything we needed to know from beginning ‘til the end of our stay. The dining staff at La Plaza were very also accommodating and attentive. A big shoutout to Lou, Ver, and Chen! When we arrived, the security guard even helped us exchange our cash for a smaller bill since the driver did not have enough change for our fare. The only negative part of our stay is that our room is near the hotel's plaza where a live band performs every night. The music can last until 11 p.m. So ask for a room away from the plaza if you want some peace and quiet at night. This has been a really nice break from work. Thank you, Feliz for the nice stay. Best for Boracay newbies”
I've been to Boracay about 10 times already but it was the first time for my family. I figured they would appreciate to be in the center of things rather than in a resort far from D'Mall. I'm really glad that I discovered Feliz. Its location is simply perfect for Boracay newbies. It's just a couple of steps from the beach (at the back of Epic) and is surrounded by shops and restos. My family was able to easily take off to swim and eat anytime they want. It's also very near the main road if you want to explore other parts of Boracay. The hotel itself is beautiful, so are the people (shout out to Danica, the resto staff, the pool attendant, and housekeeping). Our room was so spacious although it doesn't have any view. Also got a minor complaint with the bed which was a tad hard for me. All the necessary toiletries were provided, complete with a Covid kit. I love the huge soft towels. They also provided bathrobes, four big bottles of drinking water which they replenish as needed, and instant coffee and tea. We also appreciate the dining staff a lot. Once, we came in half an hour early before breakfast started yet they were very friendly and accommodating. They did their best to put the food on the buffet table as fast as they can. Kudos to these wonderful people. Although the breakfast spread was good (but not really outstanding), the resto's regular menu, especially the grilled chicken and caldereta, were heavenly. I haven't had chicken barbeque as tender as the one I had there. Anyway, the pool and jacuzzi were also nice. They limited the number of users to six pax so it was not crowded. The gym also allowed only 3 pax at a time. Transfers were also easy. The hotel arranged it for us. They don't have their own vehicles but they have contacts with a tour agency which was also efficient. We really enjoyed our stay in Boracay and a key reason was the hotel and its staff. Worth it!”
Location is right at the heart of D'Mall. Noise level in our room coming from the outside (since it's in D'mall) was practically non-existent. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Check in and check out was a breeze (We arrived at 12 noon but they still let us inside the room despite not requesting for early check in. A+++) Buffet breakfast was excellent as well. Things to note: TV has youtube but no netflix When getting inside the elevators, press the desired floor right away. We actually forgot to and the elevator lights shut off. We thought there was a blackout. We pressed the emergency button quite a few times but nobody answered. When the power "went back on", we asked the lobby attendant if there was a blackout and she said no. She explained to us about the "power saving technology" of the elevators and that they shut off when not in use. I guess we were just ignorant about it? Still, they should've explained it to us during check in nonetheless imo.

Romantic and Very New Hotel in Boracay in the center of everything ”
I've seen this hotel when I was in Boracay last year. then I checked the rates immediately so I have an idea. Exactly after a year, we've booked for Bora again. then I have this hotel already in mind. when I checked the rates, suprised that it went on promo, high discount, so I booked immediately. one of my best stays in Bora! the hotel is quiet. the location is so perfect, not beachfront but at the center of everything and just few steps away from the beach. cozy and romantic interiors. accommodating staff. pool is so beautiful at the rooftop and spacious. sarap tumambay. gym was free to use but since I was able to sleep comfortably in their rooms, I haven't used it 😅. I will probably stay here again next time.

One of the best stays in Boracay”
We are amazed by this hotel during our last visit in Boracay. It is one of the nicest hotels in the island, great interior, great rooms (the beddings and lines are 5 stars) and really nice bathroom, amazing and well trained staff! The food is really good too at reasonable prices. And since we really opted to stay in the middle of the busy D'Mall due to availability of different food choices, this hotel is right smack in the middle of all the action. So its not beachfront, but its a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plus it has a nice pool on the rooftop too. The only complain I really have in this hotel (and this is purely my personal opinion) is that there is singing in the courtyard every night... so there is nothing wrong with live entertainment. However, the singers and the songs does not reflect the elegance and classiness of the hotel #sorry. There is a solo performer in Los Indios Bravos whose repertoire is more opt for Feliz's and he is 10X better too! I am sure the guests of Feliz are all watching there rather than the ones singing in the courtyard. Also, if you dont want to be bothered by such loud singing at night, request for a room farthest away from the courtyard.

Excellent facilities n location”
Staff are friendly, fast Chek in, they allowed early checkin. Buffet breakfast really good. Room was clean n hotel is still NEW, since it was just opened 2019 n due to pandemic was reopened only Dec 2021. Thanks for Chris at D concierge who was very polite n attentive to assist us in our baggage. Also D van driver who patiently waited for us at D port since unfortunately my husband forgot his backpack at sthwest kiosk from d other end, need to wait for its boat transfer. Also good job n thsnks to sthwest tours for ur assistance. There was a nightly live show in front of D hotel but they sung mellow type only, but it doesn't bother us in our sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, will go back to this hotel definitely👍

Friendly staff, spacious room, nice hotel near the beach”
I initially booked a 2 queen bedroom but there were issues with agoda's partner and they said the room is only for a 1 queen bed. After exchanging emails and calls, they decided to reimbursed me 6k php due to the room downgrade. Hotel staff were super nice and even gave me my original room of 2 queens. Breakfast buffet clean and delicious and they don't repeat the dishes. Room make up was done when we were out but I requested that they do it when we are in the room. I have trust issues of people going through my things. Very near the beach. Overall, the experience was very good.

Exceptional”
We really enjoyed our stay in Feliz Hotel! The room was clean and spacious enough, good TV channel selection, and best of all was its location! Breakfast food did not disappoint as well and they have a great pool at the roof deck. The only downside for us was since our room was by the courtyard, we could hear the singer from the acoustic night outside. Thankfully, the activity is done by around 10:30-11pm so still considerably OK. My husband and I would recommend this and in our next visit, consider staying here again.

They have the nicest and the most accommodating staffs. The hotel’s interior was picturesque and well-planned. The rooms were super clean and smells fresh. Finally the location of the hotel was very accessible to everything. From stores to restos and the beach. One thing I would like them the hotel to enhance, is the hotel transfer. The scenario in the port is quite chaotic and hassle. It was not a smooth transfer upon arrival. But fortunately our departure was a bit convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A HIDDEN GEM OF THE ISLAND”
my family was always fond of vacations (both locally and internationally) way before the pandemic started and actually this is the 2nd time we’ve returned to the island of boracay. it’s our first major family vacation trip after 2y of hiatus and Feliz Hotel delivered!!! We had stayed to a couple of 5 star hotels around the country before and I must say this hotel is one the next best thing about the island.. it’s is strategically located, new and updated hotel facilities, amazing and caring staff, majestic interiors and overall service was spot on (even the manager personally catered every request I had for my family to celebrate a birthday dinner for my younger sister. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the dinner was beyond my expectations. the only thing lacking was there was no in-hotel Spa to cater guest and the rooftop pool was still under renovation during our stay. But i will definitely go back if ever we decided to go to boracay again!! Trust me, you will not regret staying at this hotel. It is definitely worth it 💯

The Feliz Hotel is truly a gem in Boracay. Located in Station 3 at D’Mall this beautiful hotel is in the center of it all. While not directly on the beach, it is just steps away and that for me was a plus. Staff, cleanliness, food, breakfast, security, room amenities, spaciousness, rooftop polls and bar. I cannot say enough about this amazing gem except it is worth a stay if you want to be in the middle of everything I am a travel agent and I recommend it highly. There are resorts with private beach but that is another trip all together.

Our home in Boracay ”
Situated right in the middle of Station 2, we had everything we need in the area. Very accessible and easy to locate. Staff are super friendly and accommodating! Room is very spacious and regularly cleaned. Breakfast buffet spread is also really good. It's not a beachfront hotel, which we prefer but the beach is about 2mins walk away. Roofdeck pool isn't crowded and we enjoyed the sunset view from the top. We're missing the place already and will definitely book here again in our next stay.

We are a couple with 2 children (5 &2) and with my mom (65). We all enjoyed our stay here in Feliz. My mom asked for an extra comforter and they willingly gave 2 and we also asked for 4 extra pillows and they also graciously gave us. I have nothing bad to stay about this hotel. I just hope they can add more choices of food during breakfast but all of it was delicious nonetheless. We will definitely be back here.

One of the best hotel in station 2. My family stayed here for 5 Days and 4 Nights. The room and facilities are very clean and the staff are very kind and attentive to all our request / concern. It's near to D'Mall and walking distance to the beach. I just hope that you can also update your breakfast buffet, the rest are all good and we're really satisfied to our stay.

Exceeded our family’s expectations. Staff were super friendly, food was yummy and location was perfect. Always enjoyed walking in the area to discover quaint restaurants and eateries and looked forward to quiet mornings sitting on the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Feliz Hotel. The reasons I chose this hotel were for it’s location right in the heart of D’Mall and it was only a short walk to the beach. We had booked 2 rooms which were clean and spacious. The breakfast menu provided options to suit everyone’s tastes. We had also tried their ala carte menu for dinner during our final night and it did not disappoint. The grilled meats and seafood were delicious. They even have a stage with a live band in the evenings to provide a nice chill vibe whilst enjoying dinner and drinks. It was a shame that the pool was under renovation during our stay but they had provided vouchers to use the pool from The Tides as an alternative. The gym had enough equipment and space to do HIIT workouts. The one thing that made our stay even more comfortable were the lovely staff who were all very professional, accommodating, and helpful. One staff in particular, Ella, always greeted us with a smile when we came down for breakfast. She would efficiently help us out if we needed something and even entertain and play with my niece. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would want a wonderful holiday in Boracay.

Room Recommendation: Deluxe King if you want a room with a balcony with acoustic music every night until 10pm (no worktable or bath tub) Deluxe Double if you need 2 queen beds with rooms located near the elevators (with worktable, no bath tub) Premier King if you need a more spacious room and bathroom (with worktable and bathtub) P.S. I havent tried the suite room yet. Pros: Great location Less than 2 min walk to the beach In front of I love backyard bbq Right in dmall Great service from the staff They have a cat named feliz. Please give her food when you meet her. Suggestion: It would be nice to have beach umbrellas at the rooftop

It was indeed a great stay with Feliz Hotel. The location is near establishments and the Beach. We had a relaxing stay that we almost stayed in our room the whole time :) the modern spanish design, cleanliness and friendly staffs of the hotel made our experience excellent. Even though it was located near dmall, we had a quiet, peaceful and relaxing sleep. I would love to stay here the next time we visit Boracay.
