Welcome to FHAZ Place@IOI Resort City; an apartment at Conezion Residences. A nice 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a minimalist/modern design. Less than 5 mins to IOI City Mall. Adjacent & accessible to South Klang Valley Expressway, and Putrajaya, KLIA, MAEPS, UPM, UKM & Uniten are about half an hour away.

Air-conditioning for all 3 bedrooms, living, and dining. The kitchen is complete with cutlery & crockery and utensils for basic cooking. A large screen android TV with Netflix and Youtube access. A fiber-optic Highspeed broadband is available. The unit is suitable for a single guest or even family either on leisure or business. It can accommodate comfortably for 6 persons.

Guests are allowed access to only certain areas within the building. There are secure carpark bays for you to use. You may do self-check-in and check-out via the access card provided. There are common areas, such as pool, gym, BBQ pit, children playground, etc. shared with others. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these common facilities are restricted (please contact the Host for details).

Clean, wash any dishes & kitchen utensils used, do not throw/leave any food waste or rubbish inside the kitchen sink as it will cause a blockage. Rubbish to be disposed of at the refuse chamber outside the suite; - Please treat the home with respect; - Please respect neighbours, be courteous and keep the noise level low. Quiet time is at 10pm; - Do not rearrange the house furniture; - No smoking; - No party allowed; - No pets allowed; - Must adhere strictly to Building rules & regulations; - Pool, gymnasium and other facilities are at Level6. Only proper attire is allowed. No jeans, cotton wear, and others. When entering the lift, please make sure you are in dry condition. Please refrain from bringing the host’s towels outside the premises. Due to the COVID-19 measure, the usage of common facilities may be restricted (please confirm with the host before booking); - Designated Free Carpark bays are at LG1. Additional carpark bays for visitors are subject to availability and advance booking; - To avoid wastage of energy, kindly switch-off air-conditioning & other electrical appliances, and turn-off water taps when not in use. Utility bills are paid by the host. However, for electricity bills, the host will only pay a maximum of RM400/month (any access above RM400/month will be paid by the guests); If you did not bring it in do not take it away; - Before checking out, please ensure that no personal belongings are left behind. We’re really enjoy staying in this house. The house is clean upon arrival. The area provide many facilities. Our sons happy playing at the swimming pool, playground, and pingpong. Closed to many shops and the mall.
