The staff were exceptional! The entire hotel is maintained very good. Clean in all aspects. I didnt give 5 star in facilities due to fact there is no restaurant or bar. Great restaurant about 100 meters away. The Cooper Spoon, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a small bar on roof top at pool. The pool is small so you have to get there early to occupy a chair. Small gym . The location is good, right off Soi Buakhao 300 meters. My room was clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again.

4th stay here. Love the place, 2nd floor room. Bed - firm but not uncomfortable Shower - excellent and strong pressure Room - good size, plenty of storage space Didn’t venture onto the balcony. Pool - nice size on the roof Staff - lovely people, smiles and welcomes every day Room was cleaned every day and clean towels and water left. The only negative was, the soi the hotel is located is starting to get a lot busier than previous years, a few more bars have shot up which brings a lot more noise.
I had a chance to stay at Adelphi for several days. In general, it was a good experience but I have some issues I hope Adelphi can look into for future upgrades. First, the Adelphi staff is wonderful and made my stay pleasant. Klang at reception was great and very helpful. Housekeeping always did a great job. The staff is fantastic. The good stuff. The location is great. It is close to Treetown and Soi Buakhao, Soi LK. Those are the areas with many bars and restaurants. It is also not to far from Central Shopping Mall which has many shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was a hot water kettle and coffee provided for free. They gave a couple of free bottles of water. The air conditioning was great and I could adjust the temperature easily. There wasn’t a lot of street noise, but there was some construction in the morning. There wasn’t any bar noise at night, so sleeping was easy. The areas for improvement. While I was there, there was some construction going on that I could clearly hear in the morning. Hopefully, this will be completed soon. The wifi in my room was not great. I did not have any wifi in my room during my stay. The safe is very small. I was not able to store a small laptop in the safe. I doubt an IPAD would fit. It is fine for small items like a wallet or passport. Lastly, I wish the room had curtains so people could not see into the room. My room faced a car part, so there weren’t many people who could look in. If I wanted light in my room, I had to open the curtains which allows people to look in. Adelphi should use 2 sets of curtains, one to let light in, but won’t allow people to see into the room and the second set is blackout curtains like they have now. That’s all

Whst a great hotel, wish I discovered it before now. Good location short walk to everthing you might need but quiet and peaceful. The room was fantastic, very spacious, well appointed, comfortable bed and very clean snd maintained. The best thing for me was the friendly pleasent staff, professional and courteous. I had a pleasant stay at the Adelphi Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city, and the building itself has a lot of character. This was my third time in Adelphi Pattaya, and comparing with other hotels that I stayed in Thailand this is probably the best, clean and has a balcony for smokers, the shower in Thailand is always weak and this hotel was one of the best, but not good, comparing to shower in Japan. Location is nearby a lot of bars and restaurants, the Central Pattaya is nearby also so lots of restaurants and shops.

I have just completed my 3rd stay in the last year or so at the Adelphi. The rooms are clean and functional. Comfy bed, good air con, large fridge etc. The staff always friendly and have always found the rooms to be quiet which is great for the area. Simple coffee bar in reception and pool on the roof with a small gym off reception on ground floor.

Just a solid 9/10 hotel. Spotlessly clean & quite quiet, 3 minutes from soi buckao and third road. Staff are always helpful and the lady that works in the cafe is nice and friendly. Nice pool on the roof I’ve stayed in many hotels in Pattaya, for around 1500 a night, this is best value imo
Adelphi is perfect for the money. Very clean rooms and facilities, nice and friendly staff. Located in a small, quiet side-soi off Buakhao makes is a great location within walking distances, to explore central Pattaya nightlife - loved every minute of it 😊

pros: - balcony faced Pattaya Bay, afternoon got strong sun can dry clothes n wet shoes - big spacious got luggage stand, niche, coffee table - clean floor - both bedsides got 2pin power point but only lhs usable - aircon cools room fast, has drying mode - hand basin has both hot cold water cons - 4 pillows but cheap soft lumpy - small safe can't keep laptop - 10 step stairs have to lug heavy luggage up, lousy guard didn't bother to help - toilet threshold dangerous sharp edge pseudo marble, scratched my heel damn painful - no toothbrush toothpaste - centralised aircon - stupid useless built-in "bedside table" too far too low, must get off bed to reach it - showerhead overly strong water pressure

Nice hotel with a good staff and service. Efficient cleaning staff. Decent facilities, the swimming pool on the top. Small gym room however if you are into that. Location is fine if you don't mind walking a little. Only 5mn strolling down to Soi Buakhao. But the rewards is that the hotel is quiet and no much outside noise. Kindly note a 2000 bath cash deposit might be requested upon check-in and will be refunded at departure. My second stay and I will come gladly come back.

Stayed here for two nights. Hotel is quiet at night, although very near Tree Town (5 minute walk) Staff are efficient and friendly. Pool is nice although pool bar area not staffed. Bed comfortable. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT at the hotel for breakfast. I ate breakfast at the excellent Copper Spoon restaurant about 50m away. The biggest problem for me, was the ridiculously small (smallest I have ever known) safety deposit box in the rooms - too small to even fit my tablet in, let alone a 13inch laptop. This one issue, would probably deter me from booking again, as I didn't feel my possessions were safe, although nothing actually happened to them.

The only problem I had with the room was the fridge (which was quite spacious) was loud when the compressor kicked on. But I was willing to put up with it because everything else in the room was on point. The water pressure in the shower is great. The hairdryer was as well, Dyson style so it was compact, super quiet and yet still powerful.

This hotel is great, but be warned - it caters predominantly to single white male sex tourists, and its location is smack-bang centre of the red light area. The room I chose had a small balcony with a table and chairs covered by foliage; th Ene’s was huge and relatively comfortable; the room had a full-size fridge; the desk was built-in black marble, and there was a small robe. The rooftop pool is glorious, if you’re content to share it with said sex-tourists. The only females, other than hotel staff, I noticed during my stay were the local ladies being seen out by said tourists every morning.

The location is between 2nd and 3rd road away from Soi Bukhou with no late night bars nearby, a perfect location. It's quiet, clean, well appointed and a great value for money. I'll be staying here again in the future.

Excellent location 2 mins walk Soi Buakhao and Treetown. Great friendly staff. Comfortable rooms even the bed is not hard. Got everything you need ie pool on roof,coffee shopetc. Enjoyable 28 nights stay

The staff were both very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Pae and the other room cleaning staff. Spotless room with good amenities, coffee and tea making products, and numerous toiletry items provided .I enjoyed my stay so much that I will be returning here in June. Highly recommended and very good value.
Everything is great here at the Adelphi. Only short comings is that there is no restaurant any more because it closed down during COVID and the hotel has elected to not re-open it at this time. The other thing is that there is no sitting chair in the room. You have a desk chair but the room has space that could accommodate something like a single comfortable wing back chair. If you are a couple one person can sit on the desk chair but the other person would have sit on the bed and that's not good. Other than those to short comings the hotel and staff are great. Oh and one of the good things is that if there's going to be a Buddhist or national holiday that will result in no alcohol sales for a day or two, the room comes with a mid-size refrigerator that can easily hold 24 cans or bottles of beer and still have room. You need not worry about not being able to drink 😂
Stayed in Pattaya many times but never stayed at the Adelphi hotel before, I must say the hotel is really nice, very modern, nice spacious sized rooms, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in a quiet area, but is less than a 5 minute walk to Soi Buckow and tree town, the hotel does not do breakfast but that’s no issue because there are plenty of places close by if you want to eat, the Adelphi does have a nice coffee shop in reception area and not to expensive. The hotel is 100% definitely value for money, we will definitely stay at the Adelphi hotel again in the near future
As a solo traveler who likes to frequent Treetown/Sou Bukhao the Adelphi was perfect. The room was very clean and serviced to a good standard daily. Guest friendly with no issues, all staff very polite and accommodating. A great coffee shop in the lobby area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Great location and hotel altogether. Perfect up keeping and room cleanliness. Tucked away in a quiet spot just 2 minutes walk from the major local entertainment areas. Plenty eateries nearby, laundries, little bars for a quiet drink and a big soapy massage place right across the road. That doesn't affect the serenity of the place at all. Shower has the best water pressure and temperature. The only cons are the walls seem to be paper thin so you'll hear all your neighbors noises and also the staff can be a bit more friendly and interactive with the guests. Bed very comfortable, not too soft and not hard. Plenty storage place in the room. Balcony on the tiny side but functional. A/C works but unit is noisy at night, I had to turn it off. I'd come back here anytime

I've stayed here a number of times, and it's my go-to spot in Pattaya. Close to nightlife, but it's a clean, welcoming property with soft bedding, hot showers, cold aircon, and a rooftop pool that you'll want to try. I also like this spot because I can install my Chromecast on the back of the TV. The staff is excellent and highly-professional, but you can bring back guests if that's your thing. Highly recommended.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel, friends have stayed here many times, but this was my first time. Overall the hotel was good,staff were very friendly. The room i had was with a balcony and was quite spacious. Nice size bathroom and shower and a very comfortable bed..
Came in to town to visit some friends. I'm sure anyone coming to Pattaya knows what to expect. It's very busy. This hotel is down in the middle of Pattaya, but it's still relatively quiet when it's time be get back to the room, relax and go to sleep. You'll hear typical motorbikes and other vehicles driving by, but no loud bar music. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers. Staff was all very nice and very helpful. We drove and they have some underground parking for cars. If you have a truck, they have an outdoor area that is safe and secure. Overall happy with the hotel, and I'd book again if we visit Pattaya.
I'm 70 ... retired and travel quite a bit at home and to LOS. I rate a hotel-motel according to the shower and bed. I know I'm a weirdo. Anyway, Adelphi is a very nice hotel for the money. Shower has good water pressure as far as it goes for over here. So many places put the shower head 4-5ft up and u have to bend over to get water in ur face. As for the bed , it was very nice and firm. At least the way I like it. The room is clean and the staff here are very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Nice little hotel, busy location but surprisingly quiet. Clean room, cheerful and helpful staff. Pool was a little crowded in the afternoon, we swam in the evening but it was a little bit cold for my 6 year old. I would stay again for a couple of nights hotel was as expected, no outdated pictures as sometimes happens, we booked to be close to Central Plaza and because it was close to my friends bar a few minutes walk away. Did not book breakfast so cannot comment.

I would recommend this hotel 100 percent very clean great location massive shower cant fault it at all, close enough to the action but far away enough to still be quiet at night.
First time staying in Pattaya, and I was pleased with the location of this hotel. Practically next to Tree Town, 5 minute walk to LK Metro, and 10 minutes to the beach. I like to walk around a lot, but there's also motos available right at the hotel. It's relatively quiet and still close to the bigger party areas, though there was some nights where music blasted up, I was however only on the second floor so maybe getting a room higher up would help if you're an early sleeper. Staff is not nosy, but helpful. And room cleaning is fast and efficient and still working into the afternoon (perfect for a long sleeper). Pool area is nice, however I personally would have liked some food options and a broader drink option. Massage is possible in room, however likely more expensive than what you can find elsewhere. I would likely book his hotel again on a future vacation.

Booked this hotel as a 4 star property on the back of AGODA confirmation of a 4 star . But was disappointed to see no restaurant in the hotel. It's a basic hotel with standard rooms most of which smell really bad as I had to change both of my rooms. TV doesn't function properly. Sink water in the toilet doesn't clear fast leaving behaving all the muck. If you have a front room. You will face loud noise from the near by bara until at least 2 in the morning. Hotel doesn't even has a ramp to walk in. Instead you have to climb 10 steps to get into the hotel. Poorly staffed as the manager himself had to carry our bags to and fro from our rooms. Staff was polite kind and accommodating. Agoda poor judgement on your part to consider this property a 4 star and mis-sell to the public. Not was expected from a reputed company like you. In honesty. I am dissatisfied and disappointed as my holidays were affected and I had to find another hotel for the rest of my days in Pattaya. I think my money should be either refunded or I should be accommodated for this bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel to any one. Sorry for my honest review and do request Agoda to review their policy of classifying the hotel stars.
I found nothing wrong with the Adelphi hotel however for me a snack bar round the pool is key to my holiday and I feel the Adelphi had it where you could call reception from the pool and get things sent up I felt it was poor and no restaurant on site but for me that’s my personal preference and that aside good clean hotel very polite team and still enjoyed my stay

stayed here a few times now it’s a good location off the main night life area just better to choose the rooms on the right side of the hotel as they have 2x double glazed doors to hide the noise, as the aircon units on balcony are very noisy aswell as the motor bikes coming past i needed earplugs to sleep even with both doors closed and that is with a room at the back away from road. the staff allowed me to change rooms on the right side of hotel which was better but not perfect, there is a roof top pool open until 10pm (which needs more sun loungers) and for some reason the hotel offers no free breakfast.

Nice and quiet area but close enough to all the bars and restaurants, staff are really good, swimming pool area is large with plenty of sun loungers , and they have the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever had in Thailand. Only downside’s are internet is slow and there is no restaurant or room service but there are some places to eat about 1 minutes walk away

Location is walking distance from everywhere in pattaya. Rooms cleaned nicely everyday, pool on rooftop was nice and staff in receiption really friendly. Easy to recommend.
