Very nice hotel, central location for shopping, food & services. Great facilities: fitness center and pool. Service is very kind from reception, to house-keeping. We'll be back next time coming to Bangkok.

Tämä hotelli ei todellakaan ole 5 tähteä. Ehkä oli 10 vuotta sitten mutta ei missään nimessä enää. Sijainti on hyvä. Pyysin non-smokin huoneen jossa haisi tupakointi, pyysin huoneen vaihtoa jota jouduin pyytämään 3 kertaa ennen kuin se onnistui. Tässä huoneessa oli myös todella äänekäs ilmastointi eikä kylpyammeen tulppaa saanut auki. Uudessa huoneessani ei haissut tupakka, mutta kylpyammeessa oli pinttynyttä likaa. Petyin todella huoneiden vanhaan dekoon. Ei hinnalle vastinetta.

Erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Kaunis ja tyylikäs hotelli. Huoneet siistit ja ruoka erinomaista, erityisesti aamiainen. Kirjauduimme sisään hotelliin illalla klo. 19, ja koska toinen huoneistamme ei ollut vielä valmiina, saimme hyvitykseksi de luxe-aamiaisen ja ilmaisen drinkit klo. 15-19 koko lomamme ajaksi. Tähän hotelliin tulemme varmasti uudelleen, kun seuraavaksi saavumme Bangkokiin.

hotelli, joka ei nyt ihan ytimessä(?!), mutta palveluiltaan ja ominaisuuksiltaan kuuluu ihan top 10. aula mahtavan oloinen, jossa pieni turisti tuntee itsensä tosi pieneksi, mutta henkilökunnan palvelualttius / ystävällisyys saa kaiken unohtumaan. uima-allas / spa /sauna (8.krs) allasbaareineen on mahtava kokemus, jossa työt unohtuvat. tulomme hotellin eteen, jossa mustia autoja / tummapukuisia ihmisiä, oli mieleenpainuva kokemus. mittaritaksilla, johon matkalaukut osittain kiinnitetty "mustekaloilla" takaluukun ollessa auki ja meikäläiset bermudat / hihattomat paidat päällä bussireisun jäljiltä. palvelu toimi ikään, sukupuoleen / arvoon katsomatta.

“Truly Exceptional Stay – Our First Time in Bangkok Made Perfect by Amari Bangkok”

We stayed at Amari Bangkok from 26th to 28th May for our very first trip to Bangkok, and I must say, this hotel made it incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were warmly greeted at the entrance by the doorman with both hands, a gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the amazing receptionist, Earth. He addressed me by name throughout the entire process, gave us detailed information about our stay, and even offered tips and recommendations for exploring Bangkok. What truly stood out was how he followed up later to check on us — now that is top-tier service. We were then ushered to our room, Room 2812, and were blown away by the view facing Platinum Shopping Mall. The night view of the bustling road below was captivating. The room was spacious, and we especially loved the enclosed bathtub. One of the coolest features? The pillow menu! We got to choose the perfect pillow type for our sleep preference — such a thoughtful touch. The location is also unbeatable. Surrounded by shopping malls and night markets, everything we needed was just a short walk away. Cleanliness was acceptable — floors weren’t sticky, and the bathroom was in good shape with no signs of grime or algae. A lovely surprise awaited us for my husband’s birthday: a complimentary chocolate cake — big, beautifully presented, and not overly sweet. It meant a lot to us, and we truly appreciated the gesture. Breakfast was top-notch, with a wide selection that included plenty of halal options — Muslim guests will feel very comfortable here. We also loved the little details like TWG teas in the room and the delicious Pad Thai we had via in-room dining. Highly recommend trying that! Every time we entered or exited the hotel, every staff member greeted us with both hands, without fail. Their consistency and warmth were something I’ve rarely experienced. Even during checkout, the concierge helped with our bags, guided us to wait comfortably in the lobby, and ensured our taxi was called and ready. To the entire team at Amari Bangkok — you made our trip unforgettable. Thank you for your dedication, hospitality, and sincere kindness. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

“Impeccable Service, facilities and location”

If I could give 10 stars I would. Amari Bangkok was absolutely outstanding in customer service, it was top notch out of all the resorts/hotel for our 3 weeks holiday in Thailand and Vietnam. From the moment we arrived. Khun Ball from concierge kindly noticed that my daughter was quite ill from our flight from Vietnam, he kept checking in on us and gave me the best options if I needed to take her to hospital/ doctor on call/ pharmacies and sent us get well flowers to our room. Just little touch of care really made our stay pleasant. All the staff in the lobby was so helpful ( and there was a lot) and always greet us with their lovely smiles and always check if we needed anything - especially a main person manning the lifts even though they use a “huddle” lifts system - which in my opinion is very convenient for busy hotels in Bangkok. Even ask if I need help to carry all my shopping bags! This is something I think other hotels are lacking. Facilities was great and a large spread of breakfast. Clean hotel with great location if you like lots of shops around as there is Platinum mall like a market style indoor shopping and a short walk on the bridge to CTW mall - a must for all foodies! We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be back! Thank you everyone at Amari :)

“Patient and competent staff ”

We arrived on the evening of the recent earthquake event in March. As expected there were long queues of guests waiting to check in and all the counters were opened. We waited about 45min before we got check in. During the wait we saw the counter staff assisting guests of all nationalities; some like us were waiting to check in while some who checked out in panic earlier wanted to recheck in and have their rooms back, while some came down to request for lower floors. Tempers were high as the wait were long and some demanded since they had checked in earlier they just wanted the same rooms back, which was impossible as the rooms were cleared and reassigned to others. We admired that the staff maintained their cool, explained politely and treated each guest fairly I.e: they asked those attempted to cut queue to wait. We could see they were very tired already but still carried on patiently. Our assigned room was on the 18th floor and along the way up we scanned the walls and pillars for any sign of cracks due to the earthquake. Was relief to say we didn’t see any except for some dust or loose paint flakes. In the room, there was a long crack on the partition wall separating the bedroom and bathroom. We were not sure if it was already there to begin with but the rest of the room was clean and neat. Delighted to see that they even have pillow menu - which the staff reacted and delivered our request very quickly. Next morning, we noticed some abnormalities with one of the lift and informed the staff. When we returned mid day, they had shut down 3 out of their 6 lifts for intensive maintenance. The q and wait for the lifts were long and one of the lady staff was stationed there to direct guest and those attempting to cut queue. We went and returned late at night and she was still there. We saluted her as she had worked late the night before and was still here to carry out her work all day. All in all, the staff left us with very warm feeling and we felt safe under their care. Location to the near by Big C, Central World, Erawan Shrine were all within 15min walks. Opp the hotel is platinum mall and December. Down the same street as the hotel was the night market and wholesale shopping and massage parlours. We will definitely return to stay here in our next visit.

“Nice Stay and good Location”

We had a wonderful stay at Amari Bangkok Pratunam during our family holiday! We traveled with our two kids (8 and 11 years old), and the hotel was just perfect for us. My room is Deluxe Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable,ideal for a family. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options from Western, Asian to Middle Eastern cuisine. There was always something for everyone to enjoy. Though we spent most of our time exploring the city, the swimming pool was a nice bonus, our kids loved having a quick splash in the afternoon. The location is unbeatable. Just across the street from Platinum Shopping Mall (only a short walk via zebra cross just 4 meters to the left of the hotel). It's also just a 10 minute walk to Central World via the convenient R-Walk bridge. One of my main agenda is for shopping, that's why this location is best for me, very close to Pratunam Market Highly recommended for families who want a comfortable stay in a super strategic location. We’ll definitely come back!

“Amazing Momsie Getaway at Amari Bangkok”

We had an awesome stay at Amari Bangkok for our momsie getaway! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The halal breakfast was a big highlight! So many choices and great variety! It really made our mornings extra pleasant and worry-free as Muslim travellers. A special thank you to the concierge staff, Cheri, who greeted us so warmly upon arrival. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and truly made us feel at home even though it was at midnight! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable! Perfect for resting after a full day exploring Bangkok. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for moms getaways, girls trips, or even family stays. We would definitely return again!

“Great Weekend getaway”

The hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. Location is great, within walking distance to a few malls and shopping locations. Facilities are well maintained. The rooms are large and spacious. Complimentary mineral water are in glass bottles, which is a nice touch. Room service menu is a little limited at night, tried the wagyu burger, it was great. but they offer variety from their in house restaurants before 10pm. The aircon is centralised, so there is no way for you to control the temperature in your room. Breakfast buffet was great, with thai milk tea and coffee available along with fresh fruit juice. Do note that your keycard automatically locks you out at noon on check out day. I was locked out but managed to get the staff to extend my stay by a few minutes so i could get back into my room to grab my luggage. I would recommend this hotel. For smokers, smoking areas are limited. Only on the 8th floor poolside until 10pm daily.

Everything was perfect—from its prime location that made all our itinerary stops easily accessible, to the warm welcome we received the moment we stepped into the lobby. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights for us was the high-tech elevator—it was a fun touch that added to the modern vibe of the hotel. The facilities were all excellent, and we were especially thankful to be upgraded to a spacious Premier Room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping was exceptional—our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Big thanks to Tong and Ami for keeping our space spotless and cozy every single day. After long, tiring days exploring the city, it was such a relief to come back and enjoy restful nights. Thank you, Amari Bangkok, for the amazing experience. We can’t wait to return! 😊

“One of the Best Hotel in Pratunam”

Stayed for 3 nights with the family with our 3 young kids in tow. Our room as very spacious, clean and comfortable! We love the buffet spread for breakfast too and not to mention the perfect location for shopping! The staffs were all equally nice and pleasant. Will definitely stay again once we are back in BKK

“Overall worth it. Good location and room.,”

Good location, just across Platinum . Easy for grab drivers to find. Room service was accurate and prompt. Lobby staff is helpful. Room amenities complete, nice view, comfortable bed, ample sockets. However, a few cons. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more detail oriented — they left the emptied trash can container in the middle of the room and did not replace the used bathrobe they took away until we requested it. Front desk staff kindly gave us the room earlier than expected (11am) because we arrived at 8am, however they told us to go to the 8th floor to their “waiting area” in the meantime but it was a couch in a hot hallway with no air circulation.. I’d suggest better coordination or maybe preparation of the so-called waiting area. For the room, if you are sensitive to noise ask for a room that is not so close to the fire exit. Our was right next to the fire exit and into the late night hours we could hear the fire escape door banging shut again and again, Maybe staff use it for transit to other floors. We were tired anyway and slept but others may not find it easy to sleep through that. Lastly I hope they build or put a divider on the driveway ramp for pedestrians needing to roll up heavy luggage. Only other option is a long staircase. Overall , if I were to stay here again, I would. There were minor inconveniences but the location and comfortable room are major plus points.

I had an amazing stay at Amari Hotel Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made me feel welcome. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the city view from the window was beautiful, especially at night. The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the heart of Bangkok, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport, making it super convenient to get around. The facilities were excellent too, especially the pool and fitness center, which were both well-maintained and peaceful. Overall, Amari Hotel Bangkok exceeded my expectations. It’s stylish, comfortable, and offers great value for the quality and service you receive. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely stay here again!

Both my friend and I were very delighted and enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Checking in was fantastic and room assign with the beautiful city view (Room2718). Thank you very much to Ms Ninew from the Reception. Very helpful and very informative with her conversation. The smile on her face and greetings was very nice. The room is spacious and perfectly comfortable . The large bed and lovely bathroom. The ambiance is great! The hotel is closeby to most shopping centres. Mostly are within walking distance including the train stations. It’s very convenient for us. The buffet breakfast is great too! Lots of variety of food options and choices and very a perfect and pleasant meal! Thank you very much for a wonderful experience in this hotel. Will be back soon…. 😊😊😊👍👍👍

“Sincere and helpful staff”

- Hotel level corridor is well-lit - Housekeeping staff is friendly - Spacious room for 2 adults - Bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a bathtub, shower area & toilet all separated - Entrance corridor is also spacious for a big luggage and to walk around - Twin beds are smaller than expected but fits height <175cm comfortably The housekeeping missed out replacing hand towels after my first night, but that’s not a big problem as I believe the staff will provide if I’d called in and requested. Helpful staff provided first aid and followed up till we checked out the hotel: My elderly father fell outside the hotel near the driveway as it was dark in the evening and the area was dimly-lit. Unfortunately he grazed his forehead, arms and knees and suffered bruises. When I requested for medical support, the hotel staff very kindly provided the first aid within their means and suggested hospital visits.

We had a wonderful stay at Amari Hotel Bangkok! The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and accommodating—always ready to assist with any requests. One highlight for us was how they handled our late-night departure. With our flight scheduled at 3:00 AM and our hotel pick-up at 11:00 PM, they allowed us to use their spa facilities to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport. This made our journey back home so much more comfortable. Just be mindful that the spa closes at 10:00 PM, so plan accordingly! We truly appreciated their attention to guest needs, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for a seamless and relaxing Bangkok stay!

The property's location was incredibly convenient, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Food from Club Siraa were the best and we loved their breakfast! The staffs were attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Location was great - just opposite platinum mall and beside pratunam market. Walkable to big C and CentralWorld. Room was dated but doable. Got upgraded to premier twin room due to some unforeseen circumstances and it was so much better - would definitely choose the Premier rooms going forward.

Any establishment only as good as qualities of staff. From check in, daily encounters with every staff, receptions, housekeepers, porters, guests liaison ladies, we were also greeted with smiles n sincerity at lobby lift every time we left n came back. Whenever we had to approach reception, a liaison lady would walk towards us to offer assistance instead of waiting for us to approach them ❤️. Great location. Big spacious clean well maintained room 40sqm. It’s evident they are serious about delivering exceptional customer experience 👍. Only 2 minute feedback. The shower did not have a ledge to put your toiletries shampoo n soap dispensers etc. either u leave on floor of shower, not savory tot or had to hop in n outta shower. If u come back late, the lobby lift waiting area is dim. No light. It’s energy saving endeavor. They can achieve that by using sensors when traffic is low at night? In spite of these 2 minute feedback, I’ll still rate Amari 10*. Strongly recommended if it suits your budget of course. I’ll definitely put Amari top of my next visit! Great hotel, Exceptional staff. Thank you Amari for an exceptional experience 🙏❤️

“Lovely new renovated hotel”

We stayed for three nights at Amari. The location is very convenient for reaching shopping areas such as Pratunam Market, Big C, CentralWorld, December, and Platinum Mall. There are also many 7-Eleven stores and plenty of local food vendors nearby offering delicious and affordable meals. Although there is MRT construction happening near the hotel area, walking around the hotel is still quite pleasant. We were assisted by a hotel staff member named Mint, who was very friendly and helpful during our check-in process. The newly renovated room made our stay even more comfortable, and the hotel also provided a free tuk-tuk service to the Siam area and nearby attractions.

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because the overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. In particular, the check-in staff, Ms Oat stood out. She was professional, warm, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a restful stay. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast offered a good spread of international options, nothing too exceptional, but enough variety to start the day. Overall, it was the excellent service, especially from Ms Oat, that made the stay memorable.

I stayed at the Amari Bangkok with my family, and we had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, with great facilities. I especially enjoyed the gym and the beautiful lobby, which made the whole stay even more comfortable. The only downside is the location when it comes to traffic. At certain times of the day, taxis and ride-hailing cars take a bit longer to reach the hotel because of heavy traffic in the surrounding area. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families!

“Premier Twin Room ”

Our family stayed 9 nights in the Premier Twin Room and had a great experience. Every time we visit Bangkok, we choose to stay at Amari in the Premier Twin Room with two queen beds, which is very comfortable for families with children. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised by the birthday cake prepared for our daughter’s birthday — a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Amari Bangkok, for making our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families.

“Superb hotel & exceptional staff”

All the staff were very helpful and always greeted us with sincerity. The room is spacious, clean and well-maintained. We booked a twin room for three people and the hotel helped arrange one more bed for us without extra charge. The mattress was as thick as the standard one. Convenient location. The opposite is Plantinum Mall. Walk out of the hotel. Walk across the road. Go one floor up in the mall and turn left. You will see the R-walk. Then just 2-3mins walk to Big C & Central World.. Thank Amari for the perfect experience. We would definitely come back again

“Comfortable stay at Amari”

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent; very close to Pratunam Market with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s within walking distance to major shopping malls like Platinum Mall and CentralWorld, and even MBK is walkable if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll. The staff provided prompt and good service throughout our stay. They were polite, attentive, and took the time to listen to our requests, which made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Overall, a solid choice for shopping, food, and convenience. Recommended.

“Exceptional stay! Will be back!”

This is our first group trip in 30 years! Hotel is located in a superb location (near Centralworld, Platinum, Big C) etc. The free electronic tuktuk was a nice experience for us (although it would be better if frequency was higher!). We got a free upgrade and a 1pm late check out too! The rooms were spacious and clean, amazing toilet with Panpuri amenties. Although the pillows were too soft for our liking, there was a pillow menu available for selection. We are very thankful for the wonderful experience from all staff! Hope to come back soon :)

“Best hotel i stayed in, in Bangkok”

Easily the best hotel i've stayed in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and politely by the staff, making me feel very welcomed. The service throughout my stay was excellent, everyone was helpful and attentive. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. so spacious & well-equipped, and perfect for a good workout. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool; it was clean and well-maintained, making it a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Amari Bangkok to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Good location hotel and breakfast good wide spread, worth paying for it. Walking distance (appx 10 mins) to BTS Chit Lom station. As for our room number 2230, indeed very spacious and clean. The XL king size bed was comfortable. BUT..... we encounted unusual thing during the stay on 3rd day early morning around 6plus. "Someone" tap my leg and trying to woke me up! 1st tap (3-4 times) but i keep my eyes closed as i know my partner still sleeping so i dare not open my eyes, i pretended continue sleep, then again tap (3-4 times) on my leg! Couple of hours later, while we were awake, the TV turn on (music channel) suddenly! My partner saw a dark shadow passing by too! We decided changed room, hotel concierge move us to another newly renovated room no. 1216. Overall, good stay in room 1216. Nicely renovated room!!

“Super beds!”

I’ve always stayed here after leaving Bkk as a resident for 15 years. It’s accessible by foot to all the food & shopping places. I also sleep so well with their comfortable bed & pillows! I like that the staff are always there to greet you at the entrance & elevators which also gives a sense of security. A special mention to K. Harry & K. Charis at the reception, who are most helpful & courteous. One of my favorite hotels in Bkk!

“Love our stay”

I booked Amari Bangkok without doing much research as it was a very last minute trip to Bangkok. I felt so glad I did as it was the best choice I made coming back to Bangkok after more than 10 years. Checking in was easy breezy and we were given a complimentary early check - in as we got ourselves a morning flight to Bangkok. The walk along the corridor to our room was pleasantly scented which lifted up our mood. I booked a Premier Twin Room which comes with 2 double beds, perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 young children. The room is very clean and well maintained. I did not book the room stay with breakfast but on one of the mornings, we decided to try out the breakfast buffet after reading good reviews about it. The breakfast buffet has a huge spread of food and they even cater halal food in their spread. Their fitness facilities like the swimming pool and the gym are very well maintained. The gym has a lot of equipment unlike most hotel gyms. The location is so convenient as it is walking distance to many shopping areas. Platinum Mall is just across the street and when we walked a bit further behind Platinum Mall, there is a bridge leading to Central World. We even walked a bit further to the right out of Central World to go to Siam Paragon - Siam Centre - Siam Discovery - Siam Square. In the evening, we only needed to walk to Pratunam Night Market. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Highly Recommended Hotel”

It was our first time to stay in Amari Bangkok and we were impressed! First, we arrived early in the hotel before check in time and the lady at the front desk looked for a vacant room similar to our booking so we can check in early. And she did find one! I forgot her name but thank you so much because coming from a very early flight this is very helpful and much appreciated! Second, the room is very spacious and clean and has a modern ambiance which we love! Third, the staff are all very friendly, helpful and accomodating! When we call to ask for water or towels, they come up right away to give our requests! And we were specifically impressed when we asked if they have a packing tape and a marker so, we could seal the box of the golf clubs my husband bought. They said they'll check if they have one. And voila, after a few minutes someone is knocking at our hotel room door and brought the packing tape and marker! This is what you call VERY GOOD SERVICE! Fourth, we have only tried their Italian restaurant Prego and everything we ordered was delicious! Fifth, the location is very good! It is across Platinum Fashion Mall, walking distance to Central World, Siam Paragon and Big C! And there are a lot of street food around the area and 7-Eleven! There are also a lot of money changers in the area which make it very convenient! Overall, I highly recommend Amari Bangkok and will prefer to stay here again on our next visit in Bangkok!

had a wonderful 4d/3n stay at amari . hotel had a grand entrance area, big and spacious lobby and very responsive staff - from the bellhop to the person opening the doors to the front desk staff. check in was easy and smooth and lift security was good. room was spacious, clean and welcoming. bathroom had a big bathtub, separate shower area with a big vanity counter with good lighting. took the room with breakfast as I read from previous reviews that breakfast was good. It was really good. very wide selection of food and drinks. Staff were polite, fast and friendly. the f&b and front desk mgr was around on our last day and chatted with us to find out about stay and experience. could feel the addn effort the entire staff made to make us feel welcome. Love that the front reception and hotel was big and didnt feel cramped / overly crowded. Location was great too! directly opposite platinum mall and December and a very short walk to central world and other shopping centres around the area via the overhead bridge. highly recommend the hotel and would definitely come back again.
