We booked a studio with 1x queen and 1x single. On arrival, we were put in the budget area with permanent residents. There was only 1 bed. When I asked to be moved, they said it would be an additional charge, to be fair, they never charged it. We were put in the original room that we booked and the rubbish from the previous occupant was still there. Appreciate that it is cheap accommodation but never again.

Budget Means Budget”

Couldn't use the table because it had the TV sitting on it and the bathroom towels were ripped, old but clean. Wouldn't have given them to my guests. 30+degrees and no aircon or fan. On arrival the office manager was quick to point out that we had booked the budget room and was OK if your on a budget.

I don’t know where to begin and I don’t feel like going on, but this was truly the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. First room was so dirty that we requested to change and the man at reception was very friendly and let us see another room. The second room was better but only just and the only reason we stayed and didn’t go elsewhere is because we had already paid and it was only for one night. The shower was clogged, filled up about 10cm and there was hair blocking the drain. The beds move if you sit on them, they must be on wheels. The mattress was uncomfortable. The duvet/quilt covered in stains. Audible snoring from the next room. Carpet squares. Drunken people. There were some weird men around (staring at my sister and me) and I since understand this is somewhere he orchard pickers/seasonal workers often stay. I have a young baby and felt bad staying in a place like that with him. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It reminded me of a homeless shelter or something.

No bedside lights no ceiling light and one wall light. Room not serviced or rubbish removed or tea and coffee refilled. The man on desk was scruffy and unhelpful

It was reasonable for the money. An older property getting a little tired but it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable which is most important. For those who like a pool there was one available and well used by the younger set. Daily paper was provided free of extra charge.

Average stay ”

The room was quite big and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen facilities were dirty and quite disgusting. There was even a sign in the kitchen which stated that it was disgusting too. So other than a fridge in the room, we didn't have any other facilities which meant we had to eat out.

Great value for money, this motel is not flash and new but we found our room clean and tidy and everything we required. The new owners were lovely

It was good experience. This budget accommodation has good rooms and were clean. Also Recommended for families. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Myself, my partner and 2 children stayed for 1 night. We checked in late with no worries we were provided with clear after hours check in instructions we were provided with a warm and clean comfortable room which was worth it as we checked in late and checked out on time to carry on our roadtrip. Affordable overnight stay for a small family and great customer service from the lady on the phone

Couldn't get extra towels , pillows or blankets. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Awful place to stay. Couldn't get more budget if they tried. Never again. Pay a bit more in the future for better service. If I wanted to stay at a backpackers I would have stayed at a backpackers. Disgraceful waste of my money.

Very average rooms ”

Had to drag suitcases up stairs as there were no lift. The rooms need to updated having to dishes in the bathroom sink or a bowl. Walls very thin. Not enough cutlery in the rooms only had 1 spoon for a 3 person room. Poor lightening. Heating was average with only a panel heater on the wall. No extra bedding provided.

OMG we stayed 3 nights NO house keeping, no rubbish bin in our room so we had to go buy rubbish bags we had washing liquid but no where to wash them But our towels we only got 1 between 2 of us and it was a bath mat not towel.. Totally crazy thought it was a mistake but nope
