Situated within walking distance to the massive mall Terminal 21, we could then use this as a base to travel to other spots around Bangkok. Firstly, as a couple, we booked 2 nights in jacuzzi suite where the living room, bedroom and master bathroom was nearly equal in size, let that sink in. We get the feeling that the facility might have aged a little, but cleanliness and housekeeping was top tier. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom did its job in keeping our suite cool. We also had a great time using the jacuzzi, temperature control in shower room was pretty responsive, good water pressure. We also like how the staff were very polite and helpful in every part of our stay. One fair warning would be the GPS pin of the hotel is slightly off. It leads to the side gate instead of the main entrance - so you might want to communicate that to your ride-hailing drivers as early as possible, traffic is typically bad in Bangkok. Special shoutout to the rooftop bar and the bartender / owner there. We had a good time because of the new Taiwanese friends we met. Decent rooftop view, outstanding menu and fantastic evening of drinks and songs. Also nearby the area, there are lots of cafes, even a cat cafe, and more massage shops. There are also 7-11 convenience shops on the main road right in front of the hotel, so it's super convenient. Smart TV's working well too, if you're down for Netflix or international channels.
I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Arte Hotel. The service from the staff was amazing throughout my stay, and I especially want to commend the porters, who never failed to greet guests warmly and were always ready to provide assistance. Their hospitality really made the experience even more pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The gym was also functional and well-maintained, with enough equipment for a good workout. The location is another big plus — it’s within walking distance to both the BTS and MRT, and also very close to Terminal 21, which is super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Arte Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic location.
I've moved hotel after a 4 days business meeting and am happy with Arte hotel. It is located about 100metres away from Terminal 21 (also direct to Asok station). Along that 100metres road, there are ample massage places peppered across, convenient stores, street stores and also nice cafes (WWA). The staffs were very friendly and helpful, i left an item in my previous hotel and the staff were very helpful. I had a delivery biker collect from my old hotel and send it to Arte hotel, and the staff helped me with the translation over to to the driver (since they are mostly locals and may not speak english). This made me rate highly on their service as I didn't need to worry and could head out with a piece of mind. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities but took photos. The gym is well equipped and clean (only downside would be it may not be as ventilated - seeing it's located near Ground floor but no complains for it's range of machines available) The rooms are clean and spacious for it's price and i would definitely recommend this!

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the essentials for a city stay. The bed was great, and I appreciated the spacious layout and quiet environment despite being in a busy area. Service was friendly and efficient. The front desk team was helpful with check-in and gave clear directions when we needed assistance. Overall, a solid choice for families with kids. We booked the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is tucked in an alley but visible when the lights were turned on a night. A short walk to T21, with many small message shops along the way. Near to healthland. The family room was big and comes with 2 big king size bed. The toilet is a little worn our but still ok. The view was blocked by the construction of a tall building next to it. Aircon is strong. A small table and 2 chairs are good for eating in the room. Breakfast was basic spread and comes with very good coffee. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay. The only issue was 1st night, there was quite a big bug found on the pillow. May need to improve on cleaniness.
Beautiful decor in the whole hotel including rooms and rooftop pool. Unfortunately let down by reception staff who made me feel very unwelcome. I arrived at 12 and felt they were forcing me out of the door to return at check in at 2pm. On returning at 2.05 pm. They the said I had to wait while room was being cleaned again in a harsh way. I then complained and thet rushed it along so I was in my room in 5 minutes. Even in the restaurant area staff were less attentive to customers and more intent on chatting to each other. Upper management really need to improve this. Not what we are used to in South Asia.
It’s a nice hotel just a few minutes walk from the BTS and MTR Room is large and clean and the bed is comfy. The staff are friendly and want to help. I’ve not checked out the pool or the buffet but so far so good. I only have 4 coat hangers but I’m sure if I asked they’d provide some more and I’ve been given an iron and board on request. For the money it’s great and being a few minutes walk from the main Sukhumvit Road you don’t hear all the traffic. I’ve been staying in this area twice a year for over 15yrs and I can say with confidence that this is one of the hidden gems that I wish I’d tried long ago.
I stayed for 11 days and did not get bored of breakfast. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent in soi 19 about 1 block from terminal 21, the BTS, and the metro subway. It’s an easy walk to Nana. Bring goggles if planning to swim as the pool is salt water. There is construction of a building next door but they have done a decent job covering the work area. The gym is small but functional. My only complaint is that it was at times difficult to regulate the shower water temperature otherwise everything met or exceeded expectations.
Location is a plus, minutes walk to Asok BTS station, which is also Sukhumvit mrt station. Located behind terminal 21. 2 7-11 shops nearby. Some grab drivers unable to locate hotel as hotel location not at main road. Cleanliness is great. Aircon is cool. It’s a small hotel, didn’t check out the facilities. Breakfast is 249baht per pax, it’s very tasty. Hotel could not accommodate late check out with top up, though I had requested months ago . Suggested for us to upgrade to family suite which I declined as it costs a lot more. Other than that, it’s a pleasant stay and good hotel.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from both Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MTR, making it super convenient to explore the city. Plus, there are two 7-11 outlets, at least five massage parlors, a cat cafe, and a regular coffee cafe all within that short walk, which was really handy. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile whenever I entered, which really made me feel welcome. They also offer airport transport for 700 baht, including toll fees, which I thought was a great deal. The hotel itself had everything I needed—dryer, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, kettle, fridge—and they even have nice amenities like a swimming pool and bar to unwind after a long day. However, one downside was the shower heater. I found it nearly impossible to adjust to the right temperature; it was either too hot or too cold, which was a bit frustrating. In terms of cleanliness, the room was decent. The sheets and towels were clean with no stains, and the pillows were fluffy and comfortable. While the furniture wasn't in perfect condition and did show signs of wear and tear, it didn’t really affect my stay, and it’s nothing major. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the price, with a great location and friendly service. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
The room that we booked was nice and clean. The sheets smell good and pillows are soft. The bathroom’s spacious. The staff are very approachable and prompt. The hotel is a just a few minutes away from Terminal 21 and train station, which is a big plus! You can go shopping at Terminal 21 or enjoy Pier 21, its food hall offers authentic and various but affordable Thai food. The hotel is also surrounded by different coffee shops, restaurants and massage spas - just pick your own poison.
Location is not bad, 5mins to BTS. Staff are also very helpful, but the housekeeping just isnt doing their job properly. When i first get in, the place had a bad smell - very musty, I have to blast the aircon and go out for a while to get rid of it. After a night of sleep, the floor below the aircon is wet, the fridge also not cold. Condensation seen outside of the fridge. In the end of 3rd day, the milk I kept inside was spoilt. The phone cannot call to anywhere. Everytime i need something, I have to go down to recep. Asked for makeup room, the housekeeper kept 4 towels for our room, but always replace only 2 towels. I always have to go down to recep to ask for extra 2 towels.The housekeeper also did not clean the shower area, the floor is always so slippery (due to mould) and its very dangerous esp young children and older people. If housejeeper can make aome effort to scrub the toilet floor, it will be so much better.. Even though the hotel is rather big and spacious, thanks for the stay but I will not come back to stay in future. Im rather disappointed that this is 4-star hotel.
This location is excellent with lots of food and restaurants. Train is just 5 mins away and terminal 21 is 3 mins away. The room is smelly and corridor has a strong mouldy smell. The toilet sewage smell is strong. The room has zero sound proof, I couldn't sleep at all because the next room is listening to music and watch tv at 4am. The staffs are too polite to stop the neighbour. The water is so hot it can cook an egg. Or too cold. Think twice before u step in here Ive learnt my leason
Absolutely incredible stay! The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city near Asok station allowing us to walk everywhere. The location is excellent, very near public transport and very near malls, shops, restaurants. What truly made it special was the staff—they were attentive and went out of their way to make us . We will definitely be back and hotel is recommended!!
The room is clean and fairly new. Price is very reasonable too. Location is good. The only thing I didn't like is the water pressure of the shower head. It was very weak and the temperature was very hard to control too. Other than this, no issue! ;-)
The overall experience of our stay was great. The hotel is located near to 7-11 (2 branches) and about 3-4 minutes walk to terminal 21. We got a clean room with ample space (good for a family of 4). The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The washroom floor could be a bit slippery when it’s wet, but not a problem as we requested for an additional rubber floor mat. Recommended hotel 😊
This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. The last 2 times, I enjoyed free upgrade, one of which was for a Premier Room. I wanted to book a Premier Room for this stay but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. Despite that, the room was comfortable enough for the 3 pax which I had booked for. The quality of the breakfast spread can be improved. Loved the proximity to Terminal 21 and to the BTS station. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is within walking distance of Terminal 21 shopping mall, which makes it very convenient. The property is lovely and comfortable overall. However, the pubs next door can get a bit loud at times, and the doors are not very soundproof. If you’re a light sleeper, the noise might wake you up occasionally. That said, the room is cozy enough that I was able to fall back asleep quite quickly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Lost track of the number of times i have stayed at this hotel. It is my go to hotel whenever i come to bkk. Location is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and clean. This time i got a room at the lower floor and the toilet door’s condition is a little worn down. Everything else was good though and most of male staff at the front door already recognize me. Hahaha.

This property has been our base whenever we visit. It is an easy 3-minute walk to T21, Asok BTS Station, and Suhkumvit MRT Station. Healthland is a hop, skip and jump away. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Staff is always helpful; Queenie and Oil are my favorite people. There's a construction site next door, but we were hardly affected by it. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities: 7-Eleven was a 2 minute walk, Terminal 21 a 7 minute walk and Soi Cowboy a 15 minute walk. There are a multitude of street food and massage options nearby. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, maintaining high standards throughout. We were truly impressed by the value for money we received, as the experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!
Awesome, friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast. Location was great with easy access to metro, with direct train to Chatachuk Market. Few blocks from Terminal 21 mall and SW1 market. Wonderful rooftop pool. We were upgraded to a premium room with beautiful soaker tub. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend.
An easy walk to the BTS or subway, along with malls, supermarket and many eateries, the location is spot on. But it is also far enough back from the main road that it's quiet. Comfortable bed and recliner made it a superb crashpad after a day's activities. The only small negative: maintenance seems to be a bit lax, with a few minor issues in the room, none big enough to warrant losing a star though.
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at Arte Hotel. The location is excellent, but it's good to be aware that traffic in the area can be quite heavy at times. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though it did show some visible signs of wear and tear and could benefit from some renovation. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff—they were all exceptionally courteous and helpful. Their outstanding service made our visit a very pleasant one.
Location next to terminal 21 , asok bts and suhumvit metro. Hotel is a little dated needs a refresh but still clean overall. Staff says electric curtains covering shower are not working for all rooms.

I found this hotel very comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. Large size room With the Premium option. The roof top pool is nice too. Staff were very polite and helpful. Couple of negatives though, firstly, there is a new building being constructed right next door at the moment and I'm sure it would be noisy between 9am and 6pm on that side of the hotel. Secondly, the hotel is generally a little run down as commented on in other reviews but I actually believe it is priced accordingly. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.
I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location. Before booking, I had read a review mentioning a sewage smell, but I assumed it might have been an isolated case and decided to proceed with the reservation. The room itself was spacious, which was a positive point. However, the bed was firm and the pillows were quite high, making it a little uncomfortable to sleep. The biggest issue was the strong damp, musty smell the moment I entered the room. I left the air purifier running the entire night, but it didn’t help much — the indicator was still showing orange the next morning. I reported the issue to the hotel, and housekeeping came to clean the drainage holes. The smell improved immediately after that. Unfortunately, after taking a shower that evening, the sewage smell returned again. It seems like a deeper plumbing issue rather than a one-time problem. The hotel may need to carry out a thorough pipe cleaning or declogging to properly resolve the sewage odor. Given that similar complaints have appeared in previous reviews, I hope the management can address this more permanently.
This is an excellent hotel to stay near Asok that is very clean with a great service. The rooms are fairly large for the price. It would not have the views like the premium hotels by the Sukhumvit road but has the value for repeat visitors and long term stays.

The room was big and spacious, and it was clean. The bathtub was a great bonus and my child really loved it. However, the shower experience was disappointing as the water temperature was inconsistent, constantly switching between hot and cold. The air-conditioning also took quite a while to cool the room. Strangely, it wasn’t cool enough at night, but in the morning it became extremely cold on its own. Nice small cute pool at level 9 if I didn’t rem wrongly

I stayed at The Arte Hotel last year and enjoyed it enough to return again—it's a genuinely nice hotel. Conveniently located near Asok Station, it offers easy access to the city while still being quiet enough to ensure a restful stay. The staff were kind enough to hold our suitcases for three days before check-in, as we were heading out on a short trip and wanted to travel light. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our twin room was excellent, well-equipped with everything I needed, and featured a charming, old-fashioned standalone bathtub in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked well, though the room didn’t offer much of a view. Breakfast was a solid buffet with a good range of options, including an egg station where eggs are cooked to order. There’s also a tea and coffee machine, and the dining area is bright and spacious—overall, a pleasant start to the day. One word of caution: avoid letting the guys outside the hotel arrange taxis for you. We ended up being overcharged—400 baht to Chinatown without the meter running. There’s a taxi price list available at reception, which may offer better value. Alternatively, I’d recommend using Bolt or only taking metered taxis to avoid any surprises. I’ve been staying in this area for the past three years, and The Arte Hotel has earned a spot on my preferred list of places to stay.

Conveniently located about 10 mins walk from Asoke Station and Sukhumvit Station; tucked away from the hustle bustle of the noise on the main road. Many value for money massage centers along the road to hotel. Room is clean but doesn’t have good sound proofing.
Room is spacious and housekeeping ensures supplies stocked and bathroom cleaned. Shower is strong though a bit challenging in getting the right temperature. Tried the buffet breakfast for two days, slight change in menu and can’t complain about the price vs variety. Good location for the price but remember it is unsheltered. Many friendly staff around hotel lobby proactively giving assistance.

From all the years of coming to Bangkok i had finaly found my favorite golden nest. Choosing this hotel based on the reviews that i previously read before booking it was all that as already described from other reviewers , and upon my arrival even more than i expected. I havent found any mistakes and i been staying long enough to make this observation. A quiet location close to everythjng youll ever seek arround area of Sukhumvit, few minutes away to a BTS station and a very good local Thai garden restaurant literaly just arround the corner of the hotel entrance. Cozy clean rooms , very comfy beds and caring staff at your service. Worth for any price. With all that said i would like to sincerly THANK all the staff at the time of my staying for making my staying an experience to remember,specialy for grant me a type of room , floor and the view just as i wished for❤️. You will definetly see me there again, and untill then i would realy wish that you keep up the quailty and good work as it is , dont change. Thank you, good job🫶👏..
