Wholistic Place”

A very cozy studio. Excelent view of the golf course. Staffs are very kind. A prime grocery store is a minute walk. You can buy your steak, salmon and cook it at the apartment as electric stove is available. You have microwave and kettle too! Iron is available and of course a washing machine. Shower was very strong pressure and i love staying for a bit more. Restaurants banks and convinient stores are everywhere. I choose BGC cause it is also a friendly place to have your morning walk as it has parks and lot of greens anywhere. In the city, but the feel of Singapore or Osaka 😊

I think each apartment in here is individually owned and managed. I got the "deluxe studio with 1 queen bed" and as you can see in the pics it does look nice, but in real life all the finishings are sloppy. Super ugly airconditioning unit on the wall falling apart, paint on walls a bit ugly, and in general if you know philippino construction it is just overall sloppy in the final details. Original price for this is 9k pesos...and let me tell you if I had gotten this for 9k pesos I would have been really upset as for this price you can get a pristine room at rhe Shangri-la hotel. As it turns out this room was about 3.5k because agoda was running a discount and it is worth 3.5k or even less (i would say this is about a $60usd) room...but I think location definitely makes it worth about $80 a night. It was nice to have a washing machine and a fridge and small homely things that hotel rooms dont necessarily have. A good option for longer stays. All in all am satisfied for the price I paid.

Bed”

The room is great and the staff is quite accommodating. Our WiFi didn't work at first, and then they brought us a new router. I prefer room C as it has a king-size bed. Also, the bed in A is really soft and hurt my back.

Amazing price point for its location”

Awesome service, great location, amazing staff, fast internet, fully furnished from bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances to toiletries, even has a tiny washing machine. Some issues were minimal, such as it’s just a bit dusty so I was sneezing consistently throughout my stay, ac would take a while to get cold, and only a couple of very tiny trash cans. Otherwise, for the price in comparison from other similar establishments around the area, it’s definitely worth it. 9/10 would stay again

Best Apartment in BGC”

The unit we have gotten was 6C and was managed by Jazz. However it was Sarah who assisted us checking in. She was very efficient and nice to deal with. The whole unit was clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good warm shower. Amenities were complete. I liked my stay and would recommend this place anytime.

BUYER BEWARE!”

They assigned us a lower-grade room than I paid for. Did not know this until following day when they asked if we wanted to move to the room that i paid for. They said "guest wanted to extend"...Yeah - so move THE GUEST. Description said "Daily Housekeeping and Cable TV." Was told when we arrived, "No Housekeeping for only 3 nights, " Asked to speak to owner (Jazz) she never called. I tried her no answer. Last night, I left my elevaotor card in room. (Had my keys). Asked security to let us up to room - THEY ACTUALLY SAID NO. Then, they said, "1 time exception" I asked, so if I leave this big bulky evelator pass in my room again, but have my keys - do I have to sleep in the streets. He shrugged his shoulders and nooded yes. I have spent 1 year in The Philippines - stayed in at least 25 hotels / resorts. GREAT service every time. This place was 1) Poorly-run 2)Too expensive 3) LOUSY service 4) Put a damper on our stay...first time to GBC...which is BEAUTIFUL...DONT STAY HERE. -Michael R.

Value for Money Stay in BGC”

The building is located just 1-3 blocks away from the main activity areas of BGC where bars, restaurants, retails outlets and friendly parks abound: (1) BGC High Street , (2), Forbestown, and (3) Burgos Circle. BGC bus stops are also within walking distance. The unit itself was really well-kept - very clean and smells good. They provided towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, detergent and dishwashing soap, and also gave free 2 bottles of mineral water. I didn't expect these because this is a homestay and I thought I had to bring my own toiletries, so the hotel treatment was a welcome surprise. I was attended to by Myla, one of their staff. She was very pleasant, polite and professional. At the time I was checking in, they have another guest attended by her colleague and I observed how her colleague also gave the same professional treatment to the other guests, so it's safe to say they were trained well. I didn't get to try the gym or swimming pool though.

Location is good but expensive for what you get”

1.Staffs They are awesome but the owner cab be a bit more courteous. I am a single mom travelling full-time with my 11-yr-old son. We rarely leave our things behind. However, we were annoyed ever since we got to PH. So we just want to leave and transfer to Makati (more affordable place) thus forgetting some things. The owner questioned me like I intentionally left some of our things. 2.Overpriced Compared to other more developed Asian countries, Philippines is the most expensive yet the the lowest in quality. Don't expect much even for the price. 3.Location is the best thing. It is near to good restaurants and is in a semi walkable city.

Excellent property. Staying in this condo made me feel like I was in my own home. Great location with restaurants, convenience stores, etc. right outside the front door.

Everything you need. ”

All ammenities you need are there already for you. No need to bring anything ! Nice apartment and plenty of room for us. Only disappointment I have is that the ad said that it was a king size bed. We only got a room with a queen bed. This was my major issue with the booking. If I pay for a king I expect a king.
