Great hip hotel”

I was impressed with the hotel's facilities and the fact of how modern it is. My only complaint is the area, first time staying in the east but being a solo traveler and walking by myself a lot didn't feel very safe walking at night back. Other than that, if you are not alone it shouldn't be an issue. Loved the decor and ambience of it!

Stay on the higher floors”

The hotel is very well located, 3 blocks away from major subway stations. It is practical, with a cheerful design, offering easy around the clock access to coffee and snacks, and har a wonderful rooftop bar. It seems to be run by mostly young people, accomodating, tech savvy, and sometimes a little impatient. I stayed on the 18th floor with a spectacular view of downtown Manhattan, and enjoyed my big comfy bed, right next to the window, the shower/bathroom cubicle and the controls available on the ipad. Since I flew out at night, I was able to store my suitcases in a locker after checkout. It was at the very end, when I asked for help opening the door to pass through with my two suitcases to the waiting Uber that an annoyed desk clerk said, "You have to press the button, Mam!" pressed it and turned her back on me to resume her chat with a colleague. Hence my 3 stars for staff.

Great new hotel, in great hip area ”

Loved staying here. Was very user friendly. Loved all the apps and control in the room. Comfortable bed and amazing rooftop bar. My only comment is that the rooftop Bar closed for drinks at 11.30pm on a Thursday night. As a paying guest who stayed 10 days, it would’ve been nice to have accomodate guest staying at the hotel. We did however go downstairs to the other fabulous bar which was nice as well.

Very central and convinient ”

This hotel is very central and the work/hang out are on the ground floor is great. Staff is friendly. Its def more a hotel for a business traveller than a family. The interior feels dated and a bit to try hard in my opinon. The rooms are funky space like but very small everything (lights and tv) is controlled by a ipad wich i found enying more than cool and modern. My room was not very well cleaned, there was hair in the shower and on my pillow. But if you just need a place central to crash its totally ok for NY standard.

Living in a nice box”

First time in box style hotel room. Room was small but well organized and detailed (all nice German furniture and fixtures). Check-in and check-out was smooth and self service.

酒店付近有流浪漢收留所，他們日以繼夜坐在酒店大門外的長椅，弄污地方，感覺出入不安全，酒店也沒人管理，扣分。高級酒店收貴價的，不正視這問題，令人失望。只要把長椅改走，請door man就已解決問題

コンパクトながら、設備は整っています。 窓から見えるNYの景色は圧巻でした。 私は使ってませんが、カフェもお洒落な感じです。 中心部からは少し離れていますが、地下鉄で問題なく 近くにリトルイタリーやチャイナタウンもあるので、食事には困らないです。

조식 종류가 많은 것은 아니지만 가격대비 좋으며 직원도 친절합니다. 무엇보다도 로비가 너무 예쁘고 맨하탄뷰는 끝내줍니다👍

숙소의 위치는 소호의 쇼핑스트릿과도 가까웠고 차이나 타운이랑도 가까워 맛있는 아시안 푸드도 즐길 수 있었습니다. 방사이즈는 작았지만 뷰가 너무 좋았고 깨끗했습니다. 다시 뉴욕을 가게 되면 또 여기서 지내고 싶네요~
