We only stayed over night for the next day flight so, based on my short experience, it was perfect. Of course a pair of slippers and more bottled drinking water would be even better. A bit traffic to the airport so leave enough time . If I were to stay over night to catch another plane, I would definitely pick this hotel again!

We needed an overnight stay close to the airport and we chose this hotel. It was more than we expected. A clean, comfortable room, refrigerator and hot water maker. There is a cute mini store downstairs and a wonderful night market across the street! We enjoyed it.

This is a good over night hotel near Bangkok airport. Its a good choice for morning flight. The distance is really close, but now there is a huge construction on the way to airport, and could take way over 30 min to get to airport. Just be aware of the construction and go early. Overall a good hotel for morning flight.

Location ”
This is a nice enough hotel, but although the location is only 4km away from the airport. The traffic is so bad as there's not a direct route to the hotel. It takes approximately 25-35 minutes. I travelled late evening and mid morning. There is a market and 7/11 opposite the hotel that is great. Otherwise, nothing around for 1-2km. Locally, only the hotel staff speak English making it a little difficult to get food. Haha. Luckily I eat most thai food 😋

Parking lots really bad and difficult to get in, Staff was just okay ,but house keeping was nice and smiling, they have 7/11 in front of hotel,hotel's room look totally different from the picture, the hotel far from airport 7 km.

False advertising at every angle”
Very disappointing - I didn't leave a review immediately as I questioned the false advertising myself and gave them an opportunity to rectify - which they did not. The airport transfers are made up, maybe they did them at some point long in the past but this is not an option, nor has it been for a very long time. The people at the airport are sick of dealing with annoyed customers from this hotel who are just left abandoned, apparently it is a common occurrence. I called the hotel and told them it was included in my price, to which they point blank said no and ended the call. Hot spring pool? Doesn't exist. Hot tub? Doesn't exist. Massages in the spa? Only if you book, can I book please? No. On-site restaurant for evening meals? Breakfast only. Offers a wide range of cuisine? Doesn't exist. You can see the theme here. The room was spacious, but nothing like the pictures. Entrance hall was amazing - but this is where it ends.

Hotel is a bit run down and expensive ”
Pros it was quiet the rooms were quite large. I chose this hotel because it had a gym and a pool. After I checked in I discovered that the pool was filthy and that the gym was not maintained well and was missing equipment. This hotel is more expensive than others I would normally choose close to the airport and in my opinion it's not worth the extra cost. Furthermore the wi fi was off all night and only came on around breakfast time. I had a late flight and thought I would ask for late checkout. Eventhough I had the issues I described they wanted to charge me extra. Staff were unhelpful. If you're a budget you can get a better deal and better service elsewhere!

sorry but this place wasnt worth $17”
staff ? two people. i chose this place because it is near our new home that has no furniture. no bellman. balcony with no access unless you want to climb over a window thats slightly above the waist.the lighting in hallway was somewhat spooky. felt very unsafe. had paid for 2 nights ended up staying none. ended up staying in our home. was not expecting much and didnt live up to that. I rarely give a harsh review but this place deserves it.

Chinese Hotel”
The hotel wasnt advertised as a primarily chinese hotel and thus didnt cater for westerners. The internet didnt work in our room or even floor. Our balcony was covered in pigeons. Finally the distance from the airport was advertised as 4km when in fact it was 9km.

FAR from Suvarnabhumi AIRPORT”
Contrary to what they're advertising, they are FAR from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Yes, you can see the airport from there but it is actually far because there's no direct road going there. If you have early morning flight, the traffic is soooo worst! It took us 1 hour and 30 minutes from this hotel going to Suvarnabhumi. Also, they don't provide extra room keys. Every time you go out, you have to take out 1 key and it will turn off the power inside the room. Since we have food inside the ref that may get spoiled, we always leave the keys inside so that the ref won't tun off. Every time we go back, we have to ask them to open the door for us and sometimes it will take them too long to go up and open the door. How hard it is to provide an extra key?????? It's very simple yet they can't do it. Also, there are always so many people from group tours that stay there so it's quite noisy. The restaurant is dirty. When the big groups eat during breakfast, you'll be left with nothing to eat.
