The Best place to stay in lembongan.”

The place was clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful and courteous. You could relax at the beach for hours at night sipping beers. We were a vegetarian couple and found the food to be delicious. To be honest, we liked the veg options. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us. It was the best stay in whole bali trip. Would definitely stay again in the same place.

Great Resort”

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Relatively new. Room size is very big. Location is at the far end of the island, but it’s ok. Nice beach view also. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staffs were friendly. Great experience staying here.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island”

If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place for you. This hotel is probably best value for money from what I've seen it out of the nice hotels on this island. The staff very friendly and accommodating and the facilities also very good. We stayed in a lagoon suite and the room was large and spacious and very well laid out. About the only thing I would say you need to look out for is the pools . The water has very strong coronation which is necessary considering the location so just make sure you bring your swimming goggles. Overall I would recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again.

Perfect getaway destination ”

This hotel is everything you want for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Clean, quiet, spacious and well decorated. Outdoors facilities include pool, access to the sea, bar and garden. My favorite spot in the property were the swings, from which you can get the best views of the sunrise and sunset. The staff is the friendliest and most customer-oriented I have ever seen. Near the hotel there are several restaurants, bars, sea activities companies (including diving), yoga facilities and more. Despite it’s in one extreme of the island, it’s easy to get to anywhere in a few minutes. By the way, breakfast is truly amazing.

Location is great, staff is so friendly. Breakfast was not great... seemed like pre-wrapped pastries & flavors were nothing special. Our bathroom was a bit dirty, but the property was immaculate although their grass area by the pool had died. Beach & pool were nice, but bus loads of tourists arriving was unpleasant. Definitely nicer places you can get in the area, this one was too “resorty” and touristy for my linking. We stayed here bc our friends booked.

We stayed here just for a night but enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. It is right by the beautiful beach. Very near shops and restaurants. I cant complain. We enjoyed our stay, loved the hotel and the location! Will definitely go back!

I stayed in Lagoon room with pool access for 4 days. It was a good choice. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The room was cleaned everyday by a room attendant, which was good. Nasi goreng as A la carte breakfast menu was so tasty. It was one of best Nasi goreng that I had during my trip in Bali. The breakfast buffet was average. I must say that staff was amazing. Specially, receptionists were so welcoming and helpful. We could arrange transportation, renting motorbike and tour easily with their help. Thanks to them, our staying at D'nusa was pleasant. I will definitely stay this hotel again without a second thought.

stolen engagement and wedding rings”

I stayed at this hotel after my wedding in Bali. I actually got all my friends to come and stay in this hotel--a group of approximately 25 of us. I actually really loved staying at this hotel and I have good memories with my friends here. On our last day, my husband and I packed up and checked where our rings were and noticed that our things were looked through and our rings were gone. When I contacted the staff they said they had no idea and that they will let us know if anything turned up. I know this hotel was fairly new and I was so excited to stay, but I cannot recommend this hotel due to theft.

Quite bad experience in general, we were unlucky to be the guests while the sea took the rubbish to the beach - terrible amount of anything plastic - flip flops, shoes, bottles, toothbrushes etc - everything was there on the beach. The worst thing was that nobody from the staff did anything about it. I personalny collected like 100 different flip flops in 10 minutes!!! The beach was cleaned (only the access from D Nusa) 2 days after this happened but you could go 3 steps away from the hotel beach and there were still trash everywhere. Even worser was that in the evenings everybody was burning the rubbish on the beach - the smell of the burnt plastic was all around the island!! During the day you also sometimes smelled it while swimming in the swimming pool... The swimming pool area was covered by very dark material - it was impossible to walk on it during the day - you could burn your feet. They had quite a lot of things in the menu but almost everything what we ordered was out. Forget about fresh fish because there is little in the waters around. In general I would never be back on this island again...

Despite the other negative comments here, this place was AAA+ to stay at! World class lagoon suite rooms with crisp cleanliness and super friendly staff! Housekeeping is great and the effort placed in the breakfast is nothing short of superb. Great resort with. Very central location on the island. 👍🏼 Will be back for sure!

Perfect location to stay!”

The room and bathroom is spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. The hotel location is at the center of hustle bustle Jungut Batu Village so it's easy to find warung, beach club, mini market, even hospital! The hotel has beach club so family can enjoy the pool + beach effortlessly. They have free ride for guest to several tourism spot at Lembongan Island. Recommended resort to stay!

Ants and mosquitos ”

There is a constant sighting of ants near the sink, quite a lot of mosquitos the repellant in the room didn't work, towels seem very old quite dark. Best was the lobby and concierge staff very helpful. And the quite relaxing beach behind the hotel. Breakfast very limited, could do with a renovation.

Impersonal and not welcoming”

First of all, the photos are not realistic from how the hotel really looks. Dirty, mould, no view, not cosy. This company tried to make a western hotel, but didn’t do a good job. The staff was not so friendly & didn’t feel nice energy around the hotel. The only thing we liked was the location, on the beach :) ( but they build a ugly grey wall, so the view was not so good)

2 nights couple”

We stayed 2 nights for our visit to Nusa Lembongan. About 5 min transport from the ferry. This is a resort style living. We shared a standard room and it had all you can need. Restaurant and pool are is a short walk towards the beach. Great breakfast and reasonable price. I recommend this hotel.

Stunning hotel ”

Stunning hotel, I had a lagoon room, lots of space, huge bed, and fantastic bathroom, with shower and bath tub. I had a few issues with my booking, not the hotels fault, but the manager at the hotel was fantastic to help me out. Most of the staff were so friendly, couldn't do enough for you. However, some I struggled to communicate with. The room was fabulous. The laundry service also fantastic. The cleaning could have been better, dirty glasses weren't replaced each day. Properties right on beach, supermarket a few minutes away. Only takes cash. Make sure you bring some cash to island only 4 atms.

Very nice and clean rooms and friendly staff. We received an upgrade to a private Villa which was the perfect arrangement! During 11:00 am and 2:00 pm a boat of Chinese is arriving and will take of the pool/beach area. We had breakfast outside.

best hotel in Lembongan. perfect location, perfect facilities, perfect beach, the best sunset point! lagoon suite is huge! staff is really nice. the only thing that let down was the cleaning. towels were not white at all, some stains at the sheets, sand on the bed and sofa, toothpaste stains at glass wall in the bathroom. however, hotel is so good that I'd stay again

Cheap & Chinese”

Bus loads of Chinese tourists made their way through this hotel whilst we were there, leaving us choking on their cigarette smoke in our room, the restaurant and at the pool. Restaurant forgot our meal order due to being too distracted by their Chinese guests. The rooms are fitted out with nasty flat pack furniture which is beginning to show wear and tear. The only good point about the rooms were that we could stream Netflix.

i cannot recommend this hotel due to the fact that staff members stole my husband and my wedding and engagement rings after our recent wedding in bali.
