Miellyttävä, ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Hyvä sauna, jacuzzi ja OK höyrysauna. Todella sujuva aamiaistarjoilu. Uusi ostoskeskus aivan vieressä. Keskuksen Peppermillissä hyvää intialaista ruokaa. Juoksumahdollisuus lähellä. Shuttlebussimahdollisuus Marjan Islandin hotellin rannalle ja altaille. Hyvä juoksumahdollisuus saarella mm. mondo.

Great Stay ”

We will always return to this property! We have stayed on marjan Island and it gets a bit cattle ish... Rooms are far more comfortable at this location. Drive to sister property on Marjan island Is very easy and allows you to stop for supplies, food etc. Staff is always perfect

Cozy and clean,”

Room were clean. .. Ms.Ruth and Mr.Soe from the reception are very approachable. Special thanks to Mr.Ashraf of engineering department for being so helpful. Without his help i might not be able to do my work on that day. Plus delicious welcome cookies. 😋

Best hotel with the perfect family staff”

What can i say , first of all id like to say hilton double tree is 2nd home for me in rak ,no other hotel will welcome you and have recognition of thier guest like them , fast check in always with a smile and eye contact perfect customer service ull ever have .the thing is they never say no to any request , that always pleases me and makes me go back to them . Id like to thank the front desk staff and forgive me for forgeting anyone ( ruta,ausslan,bilal,iscouf,) and the rest ur all the ground support of this hotel and thank you all for everything, hope all can learn from you guys . Keep it up ur the perfect people for the job , i hope always to see u giving ur best services to me and to all hilton guest. Wish u all the best and hope seeying u duty managers in hilton ... Staff was very kind and helpful! Rooms are clean and spacious. food from restaurant was very delicious as was the restaurant next door.. daughters used the free shuttle to island and that makes this stay worth its weight. . staff was cool

Great Holiday”

Its in the city with not much to do around except some shopping.However, if you have a limited budget and also wanto relax, the hotel offers free shuttle services to the Double tree beach resort at Marjan Island. Shuttle trips also available to shopping malls.

great rooms - modern hotel”

The rooms have new fittings and furniture and all is high quality. Breakfast are great! Buffet but with plenty of choice. It is a boutique hotel with only 3 restaurants and that includes the small lobby cafe. The Mezzanine serves buffets for all meals and there is a small a la carte menu on the roof by the pool. The best a la carte restaurants are in the Hilton Hotel across the road. Go here when u can get a good deal!

great rooms in a new hotel”

normally i book into the hilton on their own website so it was a change for me to use agoda. when we arrived they did not know i was a silver card holder. this caused a flurry of activity and the management and staff were very keen to impress. i was upgraded and given excellent service throughout. breakfasts were lovely. we had dinner over the road at the old hilton as the double tree is no smoking. drinks on the roof by the pool were pleasant. ras al khaimah is a small sleepy port. not much nightlife except in the hotel bars. nightlife and posh shopping are 1 hour away in dubai. hotels v cheap compared to dubai.

We stayed 2 nights, in this hotel. All in all, it does not disappoint, it is what you would expect from a Hilton. The facilities are a bit disappointing, the pool is very small, however the rooftop bar is a nice touch. Breakfast is ok, a bit more variety would be welcome. Probably for business it's a good hotel, if you're more interested in relaxing, and a nicer pool, head across the road to the Hilton Garden Inn, that's what we did during the day.

Parking facility is very less .pool is very and depth is only 80 cm at one end and water was smelling chlorine . Lift service was taking more time , total they have three lift but only two is accessible to customers which takes much time . staff's are very friendly .over all 3 / 2 star facility provided .

I was very impressed with the professionalism and warmth shown by the staff. I received an upgrade to a suite at check in which was much appreciated. The room itself was well laid out. The bathroom was clean and had adequate amenities. The bed was one of the most comfortable. The air con was more than sufficient. An added bonus was the free shuttle bus to the sister property on Marjan Island where the man made beach was an enjoyable stay. The highlight was the sunsets from the roof top pool and bar.

Excellent hotel with great staff”

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. My favourite coffee shop Starbucks is also there. The sleep quality is very good. No noise at all. The Gym is very big with good machines. The pool size is ok. Can't say anything about food as we didn't dine there. Overall a great experience. Would love to stay again whenever we are in RAK

Not worth it”

It was not what I expected from a "Branded" and "Award-winning" hotel.. I've stayed in 2 stars hotels whose value was more worth it.. Considering it was aholiday and a busy time for the hotel, I won't even talk about the service and give them the benefit of the doubt.. However, there was NO HOT WATER.. Breakfast was bland and not too many options.. The juice was warm and the bread was stale..

Our most fabulous experience at Ras Al Khaimah”

we were given a free room upgrade, thanks to at the reception. our request for early check-in and late check-out was granted by in the reception with matching welcome cookies for me and my husband. they also gave us a complimentary access to the hilton resort and spa which made our stay extra speacial and definitely a fascinating experience. the hotel also offers shisha at the pool area.

spent 2 nights at the hotel. arrived late at night and the hotel managed to arrange a pick up transfer to hotel from rak airport. front desk staff and the rest are very friendly and very attentive. recommended.
