Sijainti erittäin hyvä, metroasemalle 100m. Huone perussiisti ja tilava. Kattoterassin lounge oli ok, mutta siellä tarjoiltava ruoka oli kehnoa (pakastepitsaa, kuivaa kanaa). Asiakaspalvelu toimi kuten myös ilmastointi.

Ihan kiva hotelli”

kaikki toimi hyvin. jotkut arvostelut arvostelivat respan hitautta, jota en ymmärrä. paljon henkilökuntaa kaikkialla respa nopea. ainoastaan hissit aivan hirveät, aina sai odottaa, joten siihen saa todellakin varautua. hyvä punttisali. aurinko alkaa paistamaan ainakin tammikuussa vasta iltapäivästä altaille, joten ei mikään auringon ottajan paratiisi.

Location: fantastic. Metro within 2 minutes. Taxis available 24/7 Facilities: Spotles. Good for families as no nightclub or hang around ladies. Staff: very warm and welcoming with a smile that does not leave their lips: Rooms; Modern and cosey. Balanced furniture and decoration. Internet: fast and available in all areas of the hotel. Food: had breakfast only. The staff were amazing . Good variety of food. Nice view from the 43 floor. Value for money: this hotel at whatever price will give you all what you need copated to 5 Starz hotel: Parking: Valet boys are very quick and cooperative. Bell boys: polite and reactive. Negative side:Lobby small and need a bit of more space especially when the hotel is busy

Great hotel in great location”

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. It's clean, well maintained, not luxury to the extremes, still very pleasant. Rooms are spacious, washrooms are spotless and the personal is very welcoming. Very important is the location I think, which is close to the financial center and DIFC, right on Sheikh Zaed road, with access to all one may need on a business travel. Would I come back to this hotel? - definitely.

Excellent hospitality and location”

The hotel is very close to the Financial center and Dubai mall. The staff is very helpful and polite, especially the reception staff. They upgraded my deluxe room to the super deluxe room, with added lobby and kitchenette attached. The hotel is in the middle of Marina Bay on one side and Burj Juman on the other. Clubs are all situated near the hotel within 10-15 minutes drive by taxis or Metro. I suggest everyone to look for this while on holiday, the price online is very very attractive as compared to others.

If you are looking for a great place along Sheikh Zayed, this s highly recommended. Near the metro station. Near to a supermarket. Near to a coffee shop and restaurant. The room was classic and the view was great! 😉

I stayed for 14 days in the hotel. It was not my first time to be there. Location is top! Staff is nice. Room was very big and clean. My bed wasn't that comfortable, when I reported that at the reception they offered me directly a new room. That was so friendly. Good job! We had a great stay. I really recommend this hotel. Next time I will stay there again.

Emirates Grand Hotel is located in a very good position in Dubai. It is very easy to get to by catching the red line Metro from the airport to Financial Centre station and then a quick 3 minute walk. It is only one more station to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Our room was upgraded to one that was very spacious. It included a separate kitchenette, lounge room with office desk, separate bathroom and a good size bedroom. The rooms were very well kept. The staff were quite attentive and happy to look after our luggage on the last day we there. I would stay here again if I were to come back to Dubai.

I had booked one room for me and my wife as we were planning to stay over in Dubai over the weekend. I reached the hotel at around 1200 hrs and Ms.Violeta who was the manager welcomed us and as a sweet gesture upgraded us to a two bedroom suite on the 37th Floor with magnificent views. The rooms were quite spacious and the kitchen was big and the lounge had some spectacular views of Shk.Zayed Road. The breakfast next day was quite sumptuous and the restaurant manager was very friendly and quite organized. All in all a wonderful experience.

Pros: Got an upgrade to suite for free Big clean rooms with good view Free bottles of water, cafe, tea. Close to metro station. Cons: AC was not working properly even if I tried to set the thermostat. It was cold in all the rooms. Need to wait too much for the elevators every time. Breakfast was just OK.

Strategically located near Metro line. Easy to go anywhere by taxi or Metro.. Breakfast is just okay. Room is spacious. Got upgraded to 2BR apartment. Can check in early.

Amazing Room Size!”

Hotel room far surpassed my expectations! HUGE in size and absolutely immaculate in cleanliness! Stayed a week and seriously could not get over how large the room was and with such an amazing view! A very nice (and very welcome) addition was the washer/dryer in the room! Only negative aspects of my room included: location at the end of the hallway where housekeeping staged their daily (noisy) activities (i.e.: carts, laundry, supplies, etc.), resulting in general housekeeping activities, beginning very early in the morning on a daily basis, waking me each morning far earlier than anticipated and impacting the overall ambience of the room. Quite a disappointment. Another downside to my room was that the auxiliary door lock was broken so that the only remaining functioning lock was the one that housekeeping had a key to which did not provide me with full peace of mind. As a matter of personal security, the auxiliary door lock should have been repaired prior to my arrival.

Its great location and very clean and staff is excellent and When I don’t like my room they’re gives me a higher room without any more charge so I recommend this nice hotel and I will be back again to this hotel
