I have no word left to describe but everything went well. They sealed the door with a sign, marked that the room had been sanitized and was ready to use. The bed was also perfect. It was near to city attractions. Definitely will come back here for the next stay.

The rooms are clean, cozy and modern looking. The new building (west tower) has nicer and brighter rooms, but both towers have clean and cozy rooms. There was a miscommunication regarding room type on the first day but the staff were quick to help when we asked to switch to a non-smoking room. Breakfast is also quite good. I would definitely stay here again next time.

The room was nice and comfy, the only thing was the room wasnt soundproof becoz u can hear the other room having problem with the door and it was so noisy when they fix the door , i opened the door and asked whats up…the staf didnt say any word or even sorry just ignore…at least say sorry for inconvenience…even when housekeeping clean the room i can hear loudly how they clean the room… i book for deluxe king i expect the room image the same as on the app but real one totally differrent, its only deluxe queen…
