Clean, cosy, comfortable. Room was clean, toilet was clean too. For the price, this hotel is good. Location is strategic, very close to the city centre. The staffs were friendly, I told them about wifi problem and they took care of it within 5 minutes, they even sent a staff to check if the problem have been solved. They also have good range of food for room service. Privacy is good, no tall buildings anywhere nearby and there was no sound could be heard from adjacent room. The room has an iron + board, hair dryer, mini fridge, Koran and prayer mat. Checking in have to wait a bit for a room, checking out was easy less than a minute all settled.
We really loved staying here! The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Kuala Terengganu, making it super convenient to explore the city. The price is affordable, the place is clean and beautifully decorated, definitely great value for money! If you’re planning to walk around and visit the attractions in the city centre, this hotel is an excellent choice. Everything is just nearby and easy to get to. I recently stayed at Felda Residence Kuala Terengganu and had a pleasant experience. Actually I have high expectations when I decided to choose this hotel. But, when I reached my floor, the corider is smelly. And, when I entered my room, the room is quite smelly, the carpet is dirty and the bed’s springs have sunk in. It’s very uncomfortable to sleep on. Maybe, they should do something to maintain their room because the price is like high star hotel, but the condition is more like cheap budget hotel. Overall, I'm not comfortable with my stay. Maybe the best things here is the staff is friendly and soft spoken. The iron is functioning well, heater is good. That's all.

Pada mulanya diberikan bilik 0504 yang bila saya masuk sahaja, bau hapak, bau habuk, aircond rosak, kerusi berkulat. Aircond hanya keluar angin, makin lama, makin rasa panas dan sesak nafas (unpleasant smell, not comfortable in breathing). Dua kali call receptionist untuk panggil maintenance, tapi tidak datang. Saya pergi ke receptionist, minta tukar bilik. Dapat tukar bilik 0603. Masuk2 ok, tiada bau hapak dan aircond berfungsi dengan baik tetapi tv rosak. Ada rasa ruang udara tu berhabuk juga. Bila dilihat pada aircond, habuk punyalah tebal (boleh refer gambar), kerusi pun berkulat juga, nampak sgt buruk dan tak sanggup nak duduk/ letak barang. Pada siling bilik, ada kesan-kesan air. Pada siling bilik air, ada kesan-kesan air dan karat. Secara kesimpulannya, hotel ini not well maintained. Cucian bilik tidak dibuat dengan baik. Perabot dan peralatan perlu ditukar terutamanya kerusi dan karpet. Cukuplah kali ini sahaja saya menginap di sini.

Book for 1 night at first then extended my stay for another day due to the ambiance of the hotel. View was superb facing the sea. Staff was extra friendly from the time arrived n check in was without hassle. Kudos to Ashraf n Athiyah as they were very helpful. Room was great, spacious n clean. Food was good n cheap as well n portion was big. Will definitely come n stay here again.

The space of hotel is really big size and comfortable solo, couple and family travel. The food also really delicious and really recommended those who want to book for seminar or hi tea. I got the same room that I stayed in before. The toilet smelled before but it wasnt this time. That shows improvement. The room was spacious & clean. Only the aircond got the problem which is leaking at the first night but the maintenance team settled it ASAP. Very efficient. The thing that need improvement is just the hotel is still using the old amenities. Iron board and iron can be replace with the new one for the guest's comfort. Tq
Room not ready even though already pass 3.00pm, we need to wait till 5.30pm and waste our time and ruined our plan. Order hotel with twin bed but what we get one king bed. This the worst experience that my family counter. For info every visit to kuala trengganu this hotel is my first choices, may be lack of housekeeping staff cause delayed of room cleaning. Tq
Had a great stay! The room was spacious with an amazing view, and the accommodations were really good. Everything felt comfortable and well-prepared. The location is also super strategic, so near to key highlights of the town, making it really convenient to get around! The only minor downside was that the room had a slight old-room smell, but it wasn’t a big issue. However, the open parking was a major concern for me. Unfortunately, my car got scratched during my stay, which was really disappointing. That was the only thing that put a damper on an otherwise great experience. Overall, a solid stay with a great location, but I really hope they improve the parking situation!

The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant (particularly a short, plump female staff member whose name I unfortunately cannot recall). She was kind and always greeted us warmly. However, in terms of facilities, I hope improvements can be made—for instance, the availability of a hair dryer, the condition of the carpet, and the wardrobe, where I noticed the presence of baby cockroaches.”

Despite the high ratings I've given, which I believe was fair according to the hotel conditions, I was appalled by their decision to retain a large percentage of smoking rooms in the hotel. On top of that it's done without the awareness of protecting the non-smoking occupants from being affected. We checked in late after 11pm and was totally exhausted from an 8-hour long drive. After checking into our room and had taken time to unpack, we noticed the air was slowly filled with cigarette smoke. Took a quick check outside and found that the whole corridor was filled with smoke, the cigratte scent was as heavy as something was on fire. I had not encounter such an incident throughout my hundreds of experiences in travelling and hotel stays, and I was totally confused. I moved downstairs to check with the staff, who nonchalantly told us "no more non-smoking room" and our request upon booking was "only based on availability" - there were only 20 non smoking rooms of the type we chose and all were occupied, he couldn't do anything. Granted, policy said "based on availability", but he could have informed us upon checking in to avoid all the fuss. The "tidak apa" attitude was worse than his incompetence in his job as a receptionist. My friend was furious and went to argue with the guy due to her concerns about my health, as I my skin and respiratory tracts are hypersensitive towards irritants. At the end we agreed to pay extra for a more expensive room type just to avoid the smoke. So we went and repack, moved to a different room on a different floor, and unpack everything again before we could finally wind down and rest... at least a whole hour wasted on that. *Didn't know how the issue was communicated within the hotel management later on, but the extra fees were exempted at the end. *Hotel management might want to look into relevant policy again, and train their staffs to respond to relevant requests more appropriately, and handle the situation more professionally.

Booked this hotel to attend a wedding in KT. No regret. Opted seaview. Price cheap. Basic and old hotel. Abit damp smell. But close to nearby attraction. Parking available for free.
Menginap selama 3 hari 2 malam, 2 bilik river view. Bilik no. 1101 & 1102. Lokasi bilik mmg menarik, betul menghadap ke sungai. Dari 1101 boleh nampak Drawbridge, dan dari 1102 boleh nampak Masjid Kristal. Lokasi hotel betul di tengah² KT, 10 minit ke Pasar Payang. 5 minit ke Nasi Dagang Atas Tol KT. Parking agak banyak available. Cumanya parking tidak berbumbung. Di tingkat 11, keluar dari lif akan ada bau kayu/karpet lama. Tapi, tidak mengganggu sangat. Bilik secara keseluruhan; 1101 - bilik luas. Perabot semua okay. Bilik air okay, pressure air okay, heater berfungsi. TAPI aircond dia berair yang menitis, dari siling boleh nampak dah berkulat menandakan berair/bocor dah lama jadi. 1102 - Sama mcm 1102, semua okay & takda bocor/berair. Memang berpuas hati sangat. Pressure air kuat, kecuali shower agak perlahan, tapi masih okay. Dalam bilik ada mini fridge, tv, iron & iron board, tea/coffee + water heater, shampoo+soap+toothbrush.

Stay here for 2 night. Overall nice and comfortable. But please consider early check in for people who have travelled 4 to 5 hours along the LPT 2. And please upgrade your mattress... one can feel the spring... hahaha.
I chosen this hotel because of the view and the price is affordable. But I have a bad experience for my first time staying in this hotel. First, my room at level 11 has an issue when the water from aircond leaking and there was baby cockroach in the room. After the technician came and done with the checking, he advised me to change the room and yes they changed my room to level 8. What I like in my new room is the Wifi is strong than my first room. But, there are lot of dead charlie ant in the room and found one still alive on the bed. I can’t sleep because thinking there might be other charlie ant in the room. That will be my first and last I will stay in this hotel even though the staff is really good.
Location is very good and value for money. Just the facilities is a bit old however, the room is clean. The lobby reception is at 2nd floor instead of ground floor which is inconvenient for a big group as the lift is very small. I requested and got a higher floor with a view of the river & Jambatan Angkat. Was given room 1301. The view was beautiful with the river, the mountains, the busy boats & night lights. The room was clean overall. The airconditioning was spot on.

The stay was great. But one thing's for sure , I wasn't expecting a sound pollution like drilling coming from maintenance or renovation team that caused some discomfort. It's not that big of a deal to be honest but for some people might find it quite disturbing. Maybe next time, find a correct time to do the renovation stuff so that the hotel team won't cause any discomfort among the customers. Overall, nice stay
Good location, can go everywhere you want around Kuala Terengganu because its near to the hotel. The breakfast is good. Comfortable and clean.
The hotel location was very good, by the river and close to eateries. Pasar P Payang is just 3 minutes away by car. The city is just a walking-distance away, there are ample free parking, room service is available 24hrs. Breakfast lounge is on a higher floor with a very nice view of the river estuary. Varieties of foods served and they are quite good. My complaint is the room carpeting which looked quite old and used, the same with the chairs provided in the room. They also need to add a few more wall power outlets for gadgets charging. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you are stopping for a few nights in Kuala Terengganu.
Comfortable and delightful accommodation. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is provided, and the breakfast is delicious. The Wi-Fi is also fast. I have stayed here several times and will choose this place again for future stays when visiting Kuala Terengganu.

“My weekend trip to KT”
Had the weekend trip from 26-28/7/25 at this place. After going through the listings of recommended hotels available, I have decided for this because of its proximity to various places of attractions including pasar payang, china town, and above all, its towering building overlooking the river- and of course I had the river looking suite booked! Despite my initial dismay due to a glitch of my room not being ready by 1730H on the day of checking in. (Check in was from 1500H-just like any other hotels in Malaysia)-upon entering my room, I was impressed by the view from my 11th floor suite, reminding me of all the major world cities overlooking their rivers. Majestic view! the room, although slightly dated, was very spacious, clean and come with the standard amenities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. I really enjoyed my time there.
