Hotelli sijaitsee aivan metroaseman läheisyydessä, joten liikkuminen helppoa. Huoneet pienet, mutta siistit. Saimme perhehuoneen ja aamupalan muutaman dollarin lisähintaan. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä.
Huoneessa tehokas ilmastointi, helposti laittoi liian kylmälle. Hotellin uima-allas katolla kiva juttu. Sijainti tosi hyvä, ainoastaan kadun ylitys Central - kauppakeskukseen ja Clarke Quayn metroasemalle.
Kun saavuimme hotellille, tarjoutuivat he automaattisesti vaihtamaan huoneemme parempaan ilman lisämaksua. Tämä oli mukava ele henkilökunnalta. Huoneemme oli siis hieman isompi kuin olimme alunperin varanneet. Meidän huoneessamme oli parisänky ja lisäksi yhden hengen sänky, turvakaappi arvotavaroille, pieni kylpyhuone ja pukeutumispöytä. Tuttavapariskunnan huone sen sijaan oli paljon pienempi ja ilman turvakaappia. Hotellin katolla oli myös pieni uima-allas, jossa saattoi pulahtaa uimaan. Aamupala tarjoiltiin samassa rakennuksessa olevassa kahvilassa. Se olisi saanut olla hieman monipuolisempi.
We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly and the location was excellent. It was easy to walk to the station and to many of the restaurants in Clarke quay. It’s also easy to walk along the river around the bay and to Chinatown. Would recommend based on location alone. The room was fine, the bed was good, towels pillows and linen were all decent. The only thing that was a bit rubbish was the hairdryer, it just didn’t generate any heat which made it a bit useless if you have anything other than very short hair. The hot water in the shower didn’t last very long but was manageable. The air con was good and the fridge was handy. We didn’t use the coffee machine in the room so I can’t comment on that but there are quite a few well rated coffee shops in a short walk. Overall the room was pretty decent, would stay there again.
Why do we keep coming back? Main reason - location! Walking distance to 3 MRT stations with 4 different lines, surrounded by food places, close to some attractions & there's a 7-11 next door. Being a reputable chain, I guess they still good SOPs to uphold even if it's a "budget", which, I reckon, refers more to the small sizes & basic conditions of the rooms. Still, rooms are equipped with "good to have" items like hairdryer, kettle, fridge, TV, a safe. And, though services & facilities may be limited, they do have a rooftop pool, a cute poolside area, a li'l gym and they 💯 provide a clean, safe & pleasant environment & the staff, from reception to housekeeping & any others we've met along the way, are some of the most courteous & helpful. Price, well, this is Singapore. Thus, I guess it's OK? Overall, a good stay.

The location of the hotel is extremely strategic. It is very close to the Clarke Quay metro station and within easy access to many popular tourist attractions. The Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The front counter staff Amirah has helped us for an early check in as we arrived at the hotel at noon time. The manager Shaun has also gave good recommendation on places of interest to visit and food to try on. Every question or request for information we had was answered clearly, professionally, and in a very informative manner. I stayed at an ibis hotel and overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The location looks close to the MRT on Agoda, but in reality you have to cross a main road using a pedestrian bridge. This is quite inconvenient, especially if you’re carrying luggage. It’s also not close to any hawker centers—you’ll need to walk more than 500 meters, which feels quite far, particularly in Singapore’s heat. The room is extremely small, and the bed is also small. Unfortunately, I got a room without a window, which felt very uncomfortable. Honestly, windowless rooms should not even be offered—it feels inhumane for a proper stay. The air conditioning is another issue. The unit is too powerful for such a small room—even on low fan, it feels too strong and uncomfortable. To be fair, one positive point is that the shower water pressure is strong, and the hot water dispenser is excellent and very fast. But aside from that, everything else is quite disappointing. Since I was out early in the morning and only returned at night, it didn’t affect me too much. But overall, the hotel doesn’t feel comfortable, and I didn’t feel like staying in the room. For the same price, I would recommend choosing another hotel—unless this one happens to be very close to a specific place you need to visit.
We stayed at ibis budget Singapore Clarke Quay as a group and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made it very convenient for us. The room was quite congested and felt a bit small for a group stay. However, the staff were very good, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. They were always polite and ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made our stay more comfortable. Overall, despite the limited space in the room, the positive service and great location made it a pleasant stay.
The hotel was clean and very well equipped. The best part was that they are more environmentally friendly then any other hotel we have come across. Amenities were great both in the room and with the hotel. Room was small but well equipped and comfortable. Next time, I would not book with AGODA but some other site. Agoda was the worst service provider. Cancelled my other hotel bookings without informing me and caused me a lot of stress and gave me lies. Had problems with Agoda several times so I was worried that when I get to the hotel my booking would not be honoured even though I had a confirmation and my credit card was charged. Do not book through Agoda. Book with other travel sites or directly (even though you may end up paying more) but it's the peace of mind that you have a hotel booked & confirmed when you arrive.

Been resting at Ibis hotels for a few years now and none have disappointed yet. This one is also quite good for my two nights here. There's a personal locker and water heater (though it takes a while to function). That being said, the room is not very soundproof, and you can hear noises from the outside. The staff is very helpful. The room is not too big but spacious enough not to feel crampy. There's a nice pool on the roof (haven't tried it, though). Breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor is quite excellent. The owner is quite friendly and helpful and the Mushroom Soup is very delicious. There's also a 7-11 convenience store just outside the hotel, too. It takes about 5 minutes walk to get to the Clarke Quay MRT station. Overall, a good budget option with a few drawbacks. If you don't mind some noise.

The hotel's location is excellent—close to the city, making it convenient for exploring. The room was clean, and the price and facilities were reasonable. However, the check-in process was frustrating. One staff member attempted to assist but instead made the process unnecessarily complicated. After much back-and-forth, we had to check in via the app, which was confusing. Additionally, registering additional visitors was poorly handled, as the staff couldn’t differentiate between family members accompanying guests. This led to unnecessary delays and separation in the lobby. Fortunately, speaking directly with the receptionist resolved the issue, and things became much clearer afterward.

In general, my family & I like to stay at any Ibis hotel in Asia. We often stay at Ibis Bangkok with our dog. This Ibis Clark Quay Singapore is fantastic too! The room was minimalist. We stayed there barely 3 days since our flight was too early on the 3rd day. But we’re glad we chose Ibis. Staff were all nice, the room is cleaned, the hot water though was not hot enough and toilet was not flushing yet it was fixed by opening the valve both for bidet and toilet. The location is great, in clarke quay, very near river walk, roadside bars and restaurants, the park, everything is walking distance. The staff, Ayu, Simon, Nuszruk and Cheryl are the best! They are always all smiles and were very helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and cozy. It is small but it is understandable as it is a budget hotel. I stayed here recently for a few nights with my partner and as soon as we walked in the door the staff were super attentive and helpful. They let us check in a few hours early, as the room was ready when we arrived and they let us store our bags for basically the whole day of check out so we could do what we wanted before heading back to the airport. The location is great, there's a 7eleven next door which is super convenient and it is close to a few MRT stops as well as bars/restaurants at Clarke Quay. Not to mention, the added bonus of a pool! I chose this Ibis basically because of this and it was worth it, even if I only had about an hour to chill in/around the pool in between other plans (the weather was lovely, which helped) I very highly recommend this place, thanks for having us! :)

This is my second stay at this hotel. I really like the Ibis Clarke Quay as it is in an excellent location. This time, my room rate included breakfast and while not extensive, was able to sustain me in the morning. I got the standard room, which meant no windows (I knew this was gong to be the case). I was actually able to sleep longer without any window, so it worked to my advantage. My early morning check-in at 1 AM was smooth and very quick, mainly because I pre-registered on the app.

I love this hotel! Near MRT (purple) and bus stops. Two blocks away from Chinatown Top attractions are walkable but prepare to sweat. Has a Chinese restaurant one street away with all of the popular dishes in SG. Has a cafe and 7/11 downstairs. Superior room was clean, they also have shower gels, bath soap, hair dryer, and bidet. The pool area has a few chairs where you can hangout and i love it especially in the morning. Overall, if you're traveling and want to save but still get the value of your money without any regrets —book a superior room in this specific Ibis hotel.

If you want a clean and quiet place that’s within the budget, then this is the hotel for you. The staffs are nice and our check in/out was smooth. They clean the room everyday and also change the towels. The hot shower and aircon works good. The bed is comfortable after a long day of walking. The location is very convenient since its near to MRT and bus stop. The only downside is the limited power outlet for travelers who need to charge their devices all at once. All in all we had a great stay!

Although our room was smaller than anticipated and not enough shelving, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Its location is near a shopping mall, very nice riverfront walking, restaurants, city tour boats, small shops and and many more businesses. It’s also close to the MRT (train system) which I highly recommend to get around all over Singapore. The hotel staff were nice and helpful with our many questions. I would recommend this hotel.

Budget hotel with two twin beds. If you remove the middle padding, it becomes a king bed, which is what we did. The location is convenient to the Clark Quay train stop and pretty Riverwalk and only 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom. It was tiny. The shower, toilet and sink are in a small room. When you shower the water goes EVERYWHERE in the bathroom, which is about 3'x3'. There's no separation to prevent water spraying all over the place. We had a window but it faced a construction site. So nothing to say except it helped to get some natural light but no view Staff was very friendly and helpful. Towels were changed but they give you the bare minimum. Two bath towels and one small hand towel which we used as a mat to dry our feet after showering. No water bottles. Pool was pretty but we didn't have time to enjoy it. There's a mini fridge and air con worked good. Bed, pillows and blanket were comfortable. Quiet. So overall it was okay but after 5 days I couldn't wait to leave because the room was so small.

This is my second time as a solo traveler staying at the hotel and the staff have been absolutely incredible! A big shout out to Nana and Amirah who made this trip so memorable! My flight was later in the evening and they were able to keep my luggage at the hotel for a few hours as well as I explored!

Great location being close to public transport and shopping. Clean and tidy with rooms being quiet. Room was small but who spends all their holiday in their room.

We had 36hours in Singapore, so planned to spend the bulk of our time out exploring, and just needed a place to rest at the end of the day. Small room and bathroom, but was all we were looking for. Nice pool for use after checking out.

We stayed here one night and locations is good and there’s a nice pool are but unfortunately hotel room and corridor smelt mold really badly…
