Great Location- Great Customer Service ”
Great location and easy walking distance to restaurants and Orchard shopping malls. The hotel was excelent as expected for the 5 stars and category. Great customer service at the receptionist desk. Ms Ariana is quite helpful and supportive. All of our rooms were upgraded to make wonderful trip. Very impressive with their customer service. My brother dropped the wallet at the lobby, and the staff at the concierge found and returned it to us. (sorry that I lost his name card). We do appreciate it. Thanks Customer service Manager for her quick action and respond. All hotel staff go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great staff, great customer service. Grand Hyatt Singapore is our choice when we come back Singapore in July.

A Great First Stay”
Stayed at the Grand Hyatt for the first time for a 2 night staycation. Arrived at 3p.m. but was told the room was not ready. We were brought to Scotts Lounge to wait. We enjoyed the high tea there while waiting for the room. At 3.45pm front desk staff brought out room key card to us. Was pleasantly surprised that the high tea was complimentary. We were also upgraded to the Corporate Suite which was 108sqm! Room was huge! Wifi was good, bathroom was spacious with a shower and bathtub. There was even a proper kitchenette. Breakfast was also complimentary. Just order from the menu and food will be served to you. Food was really good. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. On the 2nd day called Guest Services for extra bottled water and bath towels and it was brought to the room after 10 minutes. Staff were polite and professional. Location of Grand Hyatt is also great, walking distance to most malls. Will definitely stay again if I can get a good deal.

It was a staycation to celebrate our 19th Anniversary.”
We booked ourselves the grand two bedroom deluxe for our three children and ourselves. We were checked in at 330pm a bit late to our room because of the thorough cleaning due to covid which we understood. And because of that, Mavie allowed us to check out a bit later. I think that is very sweet of her. Little did we know that the staffs had arranged a surprise cake for our Anniversary in our room. From the minute we arrived our room until we leave the hotel, it was a very pleasant experience for our whole family. All the staffs from Hyatt did a very good job. We had amazing spread of delicious breakfast at Straits Kitchen. The staffs there include Yen Peng,Paul,Shirl and Mike were very attentive to our needs. We especially want to highlight Ms Yen Peng here. I feel that her hard work,her constant care in serving us the two days of breakfast needs to be applaud. Great job to all the chefs for all the delicious,fresh and hot meals that we had. Our rooms was always clean. The pool was a delightful place to just relax and unwind. It was not crowded at all. I think the policy of 5 persons in the pool at one time is safe at this period. And lastly to the concierge staffs who helped us to get our ride home so we didn’t have to wait long. THANK YOU GRAND HYATT for making our 19th Anniversary a great experience. We highly recommend Grand Hyatt for everyone.

It was alright ”
Reached at 4pm and there was a long queue. Was told that the room wasn't ready. An hour later, they decided to give us a free upgrade. Room was super nice and clean. The next morning, we decided to sleep in and skipped breakfast but there were some drilling that made us woke up pretty early. Went down to the lobby and told the customer service our experience with them since yesterday. Customer service person was fast to rectify the matter. Drilling stopped and we were given a late check out till 4pm.

Excellent in everything ”
A superb friendly services from all the staffs from the front door to the housekeeper, it still maintains its 5 star quality very nicely, the room size is unlike the new hotels in SG & the cleanliness is extraordinaire. The buffet in the restaurant is halal. The only thing is that the pool is on the next building so you have to go down & go across through the mini garden. But overall if you are considering a 5* hotel in orchard better choose this one.

Best customer service!”
From Day 1 our journey from checking in till now was pretty smooth and fast. They upgraded our room since it was our 2nd Anniversary celebration. They even surprised us with a mini cake for a start. Room was huge and clean. The aircon was working perfectly fine. Breakfast was sumptous and they were very helpful and polite. Overall, it was the best hotel so far in Singapore. Will definetely return again.

We checked in on 29th Oct 2021, Friday and checked out the next day. Even though the pool was closed due to renovations on the other wing of the hotel, the coziness of the room was absolute pure bliss. The reception host, Shafiqah really made our stay at Hyatt a memorable one. She upgraded our room and prepared some colouring kits for my son as we were celebrating his birthday during this stay. Her thoughtfulness and kindness really shone through. I am an hotelier myself and such employees are really hard to come by especially during this pandemic. A really nice hotel to chill away. With plenty of F&B options within a stone’s throw away. My family really enjoyed our time here. The Grand Hyatt Singapore is truly a gem in Orchard Road.

Perfect for proposal”
Booked this hotel for my cousin’s proposal and the hotel was very kind to decorate the bed with swans made from towel and fresh rose petals. The room was spacious and our family had a successful proposal! The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. Though the toilet lights couldn’t be on and we were told that it requires a longer time to fix. We told the staff it’s alright and they can fix it when we check out instead as we didn’t want to waste the time for the hotel stay. Overall very satisfied with their the room and service! This room is perfect.

The First, But Definitely Not The Last”
First time staying in Grand Hyatt and it was an amazing first time experience as I was greeted by the friendly and good looking Concierge named Aqid. Followed by the very helpful and beautiful Front Desk Officers, Catherine & Bernice, who assisted me with a smooth check-in without any fuss. We were also given a complimentary anniversary amenities that comes with high quality chocolates, delicious cookies and a card wishing us a blissful marriage. It's not a mistake to choose Grand Hyatt to staycay over the long weekends. Would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to staycay here in the future and I would be more than glad to return back here with my husband.

This is our 2nd stay here and this time its for my wife's birthday staycation. And the staff always never fails us. This time we would like to highlight Mandy from the front desk. Amazing service from her and she ensured my wife had a wonderful birthday. Hopefully Grand Hyatt Singapore takes notice of this. But nevertheless, every staff from the front door to housekeeping is wonderful here in Hyatt. We will definitely return again! And my kids also love it here. Plus point is the breakfast is halal!

I had the best ever staycation in 6-9Dec 2021 to celebrating my 36th wedding anniversary at this hotel and get a small cake fm them. And I got upgraded also to big room fm Staff name Mr Jeffry. He very helpful and firendly and he help to booked for me breakfast for 2 on my last day. And I wanted purchase a birthday cake fm the straight kitchen on last minutes but Mr Shahril instead gv us a complementary cake fm them. Thank you Mr Sharil😊 The hotel is lucky to have sucha excellent staff!! Definitely a pleasant stay and would return again.

One of the best stays ”
I booked a grand deluxe room with the idea to celebrate my girlfriend’s belated birthday. The staff at the reception counter, Mandy, knowing that I was trying to surprise my gf, gave me surprise instead by giving me an upgrade to a corporate suite and we loved the room so much, it was beautiful. Mandy was also very helpful in helping me make the surprise successful. All it all, service was top notch and the rooms and amenities were beautiful. Would definitely be back here in the future

I love the location of this hotel because it is located in the middle of the city and conveniently to access all the shopping malls around Orchard area. Hotel is very comfortable to stay and cleanliness is on top of the standard. Highly recommended and I absolutely will come back to stay again!!!

Booked a 1 King Room for 2d1n to celebrate my friend and I long overdue birthday staycay. Syafiqah, who helped us with the check-in was very professional in her job. She was kind to upgrade our room to 1 King Deluxe. We thank you for that. Room was big and cosy. The breakfast was something new for us because it is Ala carte. Delicious food! If you are looking for a warm, personal and welcoming place to stay, Grand Hyatt is for you. I have loved every experience i had with Grand Hyatt. The whole stay was amazing. I generally would not book to stay with the same hotel again because I'd like to experience as many places as possible. but if i return to singapore, i will at least book a one night stay with them no matter what. i will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Singapore to all my family and friends.

Best place for staycation”
Pros: Food was halal be it at Straits Kitchen or room service. Room was well maintained but look quite old and need to be revamped. Location is the best to access most of the shopping malls. My kids loves the hotel stay and food at Straits Kitchen. Cons: Waited quite long for prayer mat and clothes and then they said do not have enough due to VIPs taken all of it. Should stock up more next time.

I would like to thank the staff angela,zie and shanel for assisting in the check in yesterday. Even though it was a long wait for almost 2hra.the team quickly do a service recovery by upgrading the room and compliementry breakfast for my kid who is celebrating his birthday yesterday. Great value for money”
The hotel is located right off Orchard Road, the main shopping district. The rooms are large and beautiful, with marble bathrooms. Housekeeping and service is excellent, while the pool area is very nice and gives a real sense of the tropics. For the rate, I would highly recommend this hotel. One of the best ones I've stayed in Singapore, and I have been to many.

Despite the virus situation, the staff in grand Hyatt are all there to make sure that everyone is safe and healthy. To keep their customers all happy. As it was my partner’s birthday, they also manage to give us a free upgrade of room and a birthday cake. My partner was so impressed and surprised by their sweet touch. Thank you grand Hyatt.
