We celebrated the New Year's Eve in Hilton Hotel in a Double Double Executive Suite with Lounge access. From the reception, we were greeted and assisted by their very friendly staff and while we have to wait for the room to be prepared, they accompanied us to a waiting room where we can watch movies and have some snacks to chill. Upon checking in the hotel, the room was pretty clean and had a little view of the pool area which we appreciated (especially since I did not specifically book for a pool view). Hilton usually organize their own New Year's Eve countdown celebration (and may usually be held in their pool area) so I would recommend booking a room with a pool view if planning for NYE staycation. There would be no fireworks display as it is in the airport area but there would be music and partying around the area. The Executive Lounge food and drink choices were superb during our stay, very delicious, plated and prepared well, and the staff in the lounge were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing of note I would like to share is that the 'breakfast' available from their package with agoda for the double double executive lounge access room is not the usual breakfast buffet that usually comes with your agoda hotel booking stay, as it is only for the executive lounge dining for breakfast time, which we still enjoyed, but with lesser food variety/choices so just be mindful when you book and confirm if your room booking which includes 'breakfast' benefits are only for the executive lounge or for the hotel buffet itself. Otherwise, everything was great, and me and my family liked our stay so would recommend this hotel! Biggest thank you to the staff and managers that assisted us on NYE! 🥂
I availed the King One Bedroom Family Suite and a premium birthday package for my little sister. The room came with executive lounge access which went above and beyond, from the check-in process to the staff, food and overall experience. This is the only reason I gave more stars despite the terrible experience with room service and disappointment with the buffet selection. The room was very clean and they accommodated my request to set up the birthday surprise in the living room and dining area. However, I don’t think the birthday setup was worth the price. The roses were already fully open and not even arranged properly; it looked as if the flowers were simply tied together and wrapped in paper to resemble a bouquet. The cake tasted good but was extremely sweet. The complimentary fruits were fine at first glance but one of them (specifically the orange) was already rotten, making it feel more like decoration than an actual amenity. I also decided to avail the dinner and breakfast buffets, expecting a wide variety of quality options from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed especially with the dinner buffet. The price was set at 3,000++ per adult, which felt unreasonable for what was offered. The photos showed lobsters, but the staff told me they have never served lobsters for the buffet. They also didn’t have scallops which the staff mentioned was usually part of the dinner buffet and the only decent choices were the shrimp and crabs. I understand that this may be because only a few guests opted for the dinner buffet but it still felt unfair for those who paid for it. Surprisingly, the breakfast options were better even though we paid more for the dinner buffet. Perhaps this was due to the seafood selection during dinner but it still doesn’t justify offering sub-par food in the other stations. They did offer a 20% discount for the additional buffet price for 2 kids which I thought was a courtesy but I’m now thinking it’s probably because of the reasons I mentioned above. Overall, the experience was below expectations for a 5-star hotel. I booked this staycation expecting the level of service I typically receive from similarly rated hotels. I had high hopes especially since this is part of the Hilton group but the worst part was the room service. I requested a comforter set so we could set up the sofa bed but we were given only two blankets and pillows. I had to call several times to follow up and ended up waiting almost an hour. The lady handling the room service calls that evening was not polite even though we communicated clearly and politely. This was very disappointing and for this reason, I don’t think I would consider staying at any Hilton hotel again.

Here is a breakdown of my stay: Service & Staff The hospitality here is truly a highlight. My check-in experience with Ziah was smooth and welcoming, setting a great tone for the trip. At check-out, Pam was equally efficient and professional, ensuring a seamless departure. I also want to commend the engineering team. I encountered a loose power outlet in my room; upon reporting it, they were quick to respond and provided a power extension cord to ensure I could keep my devices charged without further issues. The Room & Amenities The room was a quiet sanctuary, which I really appreciated. It featured a full bathroom setup including a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Highlights: • Complimentary Perks: Free Wi-Fi, bottled water, and a great mini espresso bar in-room. • Executive Lounge: Having a lounge pass was a nice touch. It included breakfast for two, though I did notice the food selection was a bit more limited compared to the main buffet. • Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests. Areas for Improvement: • Lighting: The light controls were quite confusing and took some time to figure out. • Tech: The TV casting feature was unreliable, occasionally failing even after multiple disconnect/reconnect attempts. Location & Accessibility The hotel’s location is excellent for shoppers and travelers: • Mall Access: There is a very convenient access bridge to Newport Mall located on the 2nd floor. • Groceries: If you need supplies, there is a Metro Supermarket approximately 1km away (a short drive or a brisk walk). Overall Verdict: Despite a few minor technical hiccups with the lights and casting, the stellar service from Ziah, Pam, and the engineering team made this a stay worth repeating.
Stayed overnight with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. 1. Location a) It is within Newport City, near NAIA terminal 3. b) Newport Mall, casino, shops, and other restaurants are within the complex. 2. Room a) Very spacious with working desk and lounge chair/couch. b) Clean and no smell from the outside due to the casino. Feels very fresh and comfortable. c) We got a king-sized bed. The bed, sheets, and pillows were comfortable. d) Air-conditioning worked well. e) TV has Chromecast but we had issues connecting our devices. We didn’t bother to call the front desk and just watched Netflix and NBA on our tablet. f) Decent wi-fi connection. g) Hair blower, mini fridge, and coffee maker were available. Tea and coffee were provided. h) Hot and cold shower. There is a separate bath tub and shower area. i) Body wash, conditioner, lotion, and shampoo were available. j) Toilet has bidet. k) Towels and bath robes were fresh and clean. l) Drinking water bottles were provided. 3. Hotel grounds and facilities a) We were able to park on Basement 4. From the parking elevator, you will get off on the Ground Floor then enter the hotel entrance for the security check, then take another elevator going to the main lobby. b) Casino is on the Ground Floor and 2nd Floor. There are also restaurants on the 2nd Floor. c) Main lobby is on the 3rd floor. Pool, fitness center, and restaurant are also on the 3rd floor. d) Lots of lounge chairs in the main lobby. Ok to hangout while waiting for the room and turn for the breakfast. e) There are game booths (like in the carnival) beside the pool. Nice for the kids. f) Fitness center is spacious for a hotel gym. Not enough equipment but the treadmill they use has the monitors. Complete with drinking water, towels, and changing area. g) Pool is huge. We didn’t swim but we walked around the area. Pool bar is also available. h) Restaurant for the breakfast buffet was pleasant. We waited for about 10 minutes for our table since the hotel was fully booked. Despite the huge crowd, the dining experience was still okay. Awesome spread of various cuisines, jams, pastries, and fruits. We enjoyed the breakfast. i) Hallways going to the room were clean and nice. 4. Service a) Staff were friendly and accommodating. b) It was our wedding anniversary. They made a cute set-up inside the room. Simple balloons and banner, which was very thoughtful and sweet. They also gave us a small cake to complete the set-up. c) They were strict with the 2PM check-in time. It took some time before our room was ready since they prepared the anniversary surprise. We didn’t mind since they provided buko pandan drink in the front desk and there were enough lounge chairs in the lobby. d) Check-out was fast and efficient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We were able to sleep and rest well. Too bad we just stayed for 1 night. We hope to come back again to celebrate other milestones.
I've been trying out some of the 5 star hotels in the area, and Hilton is the most worth it so far. I had the standard king size room, which featured a separate bath, shower, and toilet situation, very clean, very updated. I had the pool view, which was okay, but obscured slightly by part of the building. House keeping was excellent. I tried room service dining, which was quick and professional. The food was good as well, my favorite was the Norwegian salmon dish. During the day, we explored the Newport mall and walk through the various casinos and stores. There's plenty to do around the immediate area, without needing transportation, for at least a few days of entertainment. Of course, if you like to gamble, then there's plenty of that. When I experienced a minor technical difficulty with my TV, they sent a technician in under 10 minutes. Their chat response team is incredibly fast. Checkout was easy, just went to the ground floor and told them which room number I was. We availed the breakfast buffet, for which we got a discount. The buffet (Kusina) is pretty good with a wide selection of foods, definitely great filipino, American, Indian, continental, and pastry foods, but I wasn't wow'd by the other types of food. There's a decent vegan section as well. Internet speed was 10 mbps per device on the normal internet, but we got a promotional code for 15 mbps per device. Tried to connect my Android phone to Chromecast, which they had installed on the TV, but couldn't get that to work and didn't bother to ping the Hilton Honors team chat for that since I wasn't planning on watching much TV while I was staying there. Next time I'll have time to try the pool and gym facilities, which I hear are really good. In any case, for the things I experienced, I was very satisfied!
We had a pleasant stay at Hilton Manila! From check-in to check-out, the staff were amazing, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. We especially loved their pool. It's perfect for both relaxing and having fun. My grandson had an absolute blast, and it was such a joy watching him enjoy every moment. The room was spacious and comfortable, my parents were really happy with how cozy and quiet it was. Breakfast was another highlight -great variety and delicious options to suit everyone's taste. All in all, a wonderful experience for the whole family. Highly recommended for a family-friendly getaway!
Close to the NAIA airport, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parqal and SM MOA. Short wall to restaurants and mini mall. Very clean, comfy bed and swimming pool is awesome although shared with the Sheraton Hotel .Breakfast buffet is commendable. Overall the staff are polite, helpful and friendly.
I booked this hotel as an anniversary gift for my parents. They had a really amazing time and told me that an overnight stay was not enough. Their room was so clean, organized, spacious, and smelled very nice. What I loved most was the professionalism and politeness that their team showed. I kept on emailing them about my inquiries because I want to make sure that my parents will have a great time, and they responded to my emails and messages in a timely manner. I rarely give negative reviews, especially when the staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, I believe honest feedback is necessary so improvements can be made. We booked an overnight stay to make it easier for us to pick someone up from the airport at 2 AM. Upon arrival, we parked at the express basement, and the moment we entered the elevator to the ground floor, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell—almost as if the elevator had been used to transport garbage and hadn’t been cleaned. Check‑in was smooth, and as mentioned, the staff were well‑trained and very accommodating. My reservation was for three guests, but the room assigned had a king‑size bed. I requested a room with two beds, but the hotel was fully booked. The staff even checked for an extra bed, but none were available. Since the booking error was on my end, I accepted it. Still, the room only had bedding for the king bed—no extra blanket for the third person, even on the sofa—so we had to request one. There were also only two robes instead of three. The bigger issues surfaced at night. Several light switches were semi‑broken; the buttons wouldn’t return after pressing, and turning off one switch would shut off all lights, including the night lights. On top of that, the TV kept turning on by itself every 20 minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the food was good—both in the executive lounge and the restaurant. Overall, it was an average stay. But given that this is a five‑star hotel, the room condition and maintenance issues fell short of expectations. I hope these concerns help the team improve the guest experience.
There is a certain expection when staying at a Hilton hotel, and I'm happy to say this one in Manila also delivers, and more. The ambiance is luxurious, but welcoming, and I think that's what sets it apart. The ginormous pool is basically the star of the show. That said, having a room with a pool view, made our stay feel like a vacation. As for the rest, it's the usual - Rooms are clean, spacious, and efficient. Breakfast buffet has a great selection. There are a lot of food options inside and nearby the Hotel as well. Overall, great service. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
We had a great stay at your hotel! The facilities were excellent, and our room was wonderfully clean and spacious. It was a perfect size for our family. We did, however, have a couple of small suggestions for improvement. Since our booking was for one adult and two children, it would have been helpful to have three sets of towels ready in the room. Additionally, we found the TV to be a bit tricky to navigate and were unable to get Netflix to work. Overall, we really enjoyed our time with you and appreciate your team's great service!
Our room was upgraded for free to a king bed with a pool view. It was amazing we have a separate bath tub which my daughter enjoys a lot. The room is spacious the bed is comfortable the comfort room is nice. The downsize was our room got a leak roof later the night until morning. When I reported it the issue was resolved but the house keeping took a while to clean the flooded floor. I know this is isolated case but it should be perfect 5 star if this is not happened. Spent our wedding anniversary and our baby's 14th month at Hilton. Staff are exceptional, from check-in to check-out. Our baby enjoyed the pool. It was big and has a kiddie area. Wish the pool was heated though (it was rainy when we stayed, water is quite cold for our baby). Room is very spacious, clean, and well lit. Good AC system. Since we booked an accessible room, bathroom has no division and water can easily make a puddle until the vanity area. In our very short stay, my little family had a great time and rest.

We recently stayed at the Hilton and opted for the King Guest Room with pool view and access, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly staff at the front desk made check-in smooth and quick. The King Guest Room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens that made for a perfect night's sleep. I particularly loved the elegant decor and the thoughtful amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a well-stocked coffee/tea station. The bathroom was huge, with both a bathtub and was well-appointed with high-end toiletries and plush towels. The attention to detail here was evident, making the stay feel luxurious. Stayed here for a night before flying out of the international terminal 1.The hotel has a very high standard.I booked a King Suite which was a good size on the 10th foor,clean,big bathroom with bath and walk-in shower,toiletries,plenty of towels.Tea and coffee making facilities,large fridge,tv,free internet.Check-in and check-out easy.Swimming pool that was well used.A few bars and restaurants and easy access to Newport Mall with lots more restaurants and bars.It's a 15 minute drive to terminal 1,the hotel provides teansport at a price but I use Grab which which is a fraction of the cost.The hotel can be pricey but deals are available,I wouldn't pay the standard rate.The bars and rsstaurants of the hotel are also expensive in my opinion but you don't have to use them.The Newport area is an upscale area with other highly regarded hotels so you'll pay more here for hotels and restaurants than the city centre but as a convenient spot,and it seems safe,for being near the airport it's a good choice

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Newport Manila. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room is spacious and has a Nespresso machine. And most importantly, the staff are very friendly and hospitable. It's a big plus that it's also very accessible from the airport, right across NAIA T3.

First time to stay in Hilton Manila as this was recommended when we were searching for a pet-friendly hotel. They did not disappoint. Perfect stay for the holiday season with our pet pup. Facilities top notch, but the gym could do some more work instead of just having a lot of cardio machines, not much for weight lifting and space for weights. But could do enough for those staying just for a few days. Food from Kusina buffet was not overwhelming. It had a good number of food choices, not a lot but not too little either. So one can enjoy all of it without feeling the pressure of eating a lot for the sake of trying all of them. Staff were all very professional. Had a mishap with our room service bills and reservations to restaurants, but was settled in a very professional patient manner. No unnecessary stresses was experienced in this stay. Will most definitely come back.
We booked for an overnight stay for a wedding. The staff at the reception counter, Ophnie , was very accommodating and hospitable. We had a double double room and the bed sheets and room were clean. It was a good size for 4 adults staying overnight. The room service was fast, they sent the lacking slippers, toilet papers, facial tissue and shower gel in less than 15 minutes. We also had a good buffet breakfast at the 3rd floor. My son had a quick swim in the pool and it was grand and clean. I would greatly recommend this hotel for foreign and local travellers. Stayed for 2 nights w/ my husband and my family spent 1 night. We had 4 rooms all on the same floor. The total experience was good. The staff is what really makes this hotel 5-star. The room was very clean. The chromecast on the tv was not working all the time. Loved the toilet amenities. Pool was great! Breakfast spread was awesome as well! They had taho which I loved. Concierge was extra helpful. Special mention to Lloyd at concierge who was so polite and helpful. They had staff who were in training (OJTs maybe) and they were all so great! I hope I can remember the name of the trainee at concierge! He was so helpful! I had a few requests during our stay: 1. Asked for a long table for our breakfast buffet - was granted with no hassle at all. 2. Shuttle service to and from Runway Manila (bridge to Naia T3)- easy and no hassle at all! This made our stay extra convenient. 3. My mum asked for extra water bottles - granted with no hassle 4. Requested for a late check out for the room my husband and I were staying in - the latest they could give me was 1pm (just an extra hour) which is okay but could have been more generous considering, the previous night I booked 4 rooms. Our flight was at 6:30pm. It would have been better if they extended it until 2pm. I know it did say that it will be based on availability, But I dont think an extra hour will hurt.

We stayed for one night in transit. It's a bit of a walk outside from the runway bridge to get to the hotel. We would have looked for the shuttle had we realized it would be a bit tricky getting to the bridge and then to the hotel. Probably easier the second time around, but as newbies, it was confusing. Room was nice; however, even though we asked for the room to be prepped for 3, we still had to call reception/housekeeping for an extra set of items. I expected better for this level of a hotel. Breakfast was great and the highlight. Make sure you stay long enough to enjoy it. Welcome macaroons and fruit was a nice touch. Hotel is attached to Newport Mall which was handy for accessing restaurants.
I had a mix of bad and good experience with this Hotel. We booked in advance to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I requested for an early check in and arrived a little over 2pm. The standard check in time however is 3pm. I understand that we were not accomodated since the room was not yet ready. I was promised to be texted or called once it is available. My family and I decided to roam Resorts world Manila to kill time. More than an hour passed, I still did not hear from the hotel. I went back there at around 3:30 to follow up, but the room was still not fixed. We waited and was told that we can go to the room however, towels are still not there. Since we are all tired from walking we agreed. Another bad thing happened when my keycard was not activated yet. It took me additional few minutes to have it activated. Upon arriving at the room, a different name on the screen was flashed as a welcome greeting. I am accustomed to have my name welcome note on the tv in other hotels, but disappointingly, Hilton Manila did not change the previously checked in person's name which can also be a breach of data privacy. Good thing, there are other things that we enjoyed like their pool, excellent breakfast buffet and courteous staff. The following day, the counter called up at 1130 am reminding me of check out. A bit annoying since they were so prompt in having me checked out while not so fast in checking me in. Anyway, I hope this incident would not happen again. We would still come back for the positive reasons I enumerated above. I hope the management would do something so my bad first impression would not happen to others and it would be corrected the next time we decide to check in. Thank you.

We requested for a room upgrade with bath tub however bath tub cannot be clogged - we had to request for repair when we were already in the room. Ref door was unhinged - had to report this. glass rod to curtains was unhinged, rubber to glass door in shower room was detached. Buffet food was okay not extraordinary. The pool area should have more shaded places for when its raining, our stuff got soaked from the rain. Water was freezing cold for my son. Could have been better experience however staff were kind and accommodating, bed was spacious and comfortable.
Stayed here for one night the day before our flight to Australia. Very much enjoyed the pool and pool bar, room was clean and big with a view of the pool, near our room was a separate elevator that goes straight to the pool area/fitness centre so we can avoid being seen by other guests in our swimwear or gym clothes! And of course like the other nearby hotels it was very accessible to the Newport Mall & Casino. We also loved the buffet breakfast, the Filipino section is the best part! I also found out that they are a “pet friendly” hotel and would love to stay here again with our pets next time.

Checking in and out service was great! Kusina food has great options! 2 staff I want to say thank you to.. The chef (who was a girl) accommodated our family because my daughter has celiac. I forgot the guys name who has broad shoulders looked after us very well! 💪🏽😅 please improve the gym facilities for a five star hotel it was very limited
On Eid Holiday with daughter with wedding reception at Hilton. Room spacious, aircon cool, wifi great, love the tub and amenities. Digital lock is a fave in hilton hotels, app ordering in dining great experience too. Duty managers esp Kyle saved the day after a problem on check-in with snotty Reception “Paolo” triggering a not pleasant reaction. Emailed and app notif of 3pm check-in. Arrived 3:30pm assuming all ok. Was rushing fr a 4pm meeting across RSW. Yet room not ready - he said “not all hotels has digital lock”, swiped my CC twice obv not focused coz he was irritated with my questioning. If not for Kyle and rest of the managers handling, it would have been a disaster staycation. Anyway, lessons learned.
The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with our early check-in request. The location was convenient, making it easy to get to NAIA Terminal 3. I stayed with my two children for two nights in Hilton Manila on our way back to SFO. We loved the pool and Newport World that’s conveniently connected with the hotel. It is also a short drive to NAIA (10-15 mins depending on traffic). Note that at the time of our stay (Dec 2023) the shuttle service was unavailable. We stayed in the King Family Ste. It was plenty enough room. Very clean and comfortable. We had the Exec Lounge access that served delicious hot and continental bfast as well as continuous snacks and beverages throughout the day. There is also happy hour towards the end of the day and light hot dinner/meal. The staff were professional and caring. Bianca was especially courteous and Vince was responsive to all my inquiries. Thank you, we will definitely consider and recommend Hilton Manila. The amenities provided upon check in were superb and greatly appreciated.

We stayed for 2 nights, the room is big, location is great and the in room dining food is superb. Just few things, hopefully they change the soap and lotion, the smell is too strong, I hope they check the number of guest next time so they provide the right number of toilet stuff like towels and toothbrush. Also the internet for TV isn’t working at times, it just keeps loading, there’s also 1 staff who brought the toiletries that we requested , gave a snobbish look and used unnecessary rude tone of voice when I asked if we can have the room cleaned. Maybe because it was not his job? Anyway , those are small stuff otherwise, hotel is great, it’s our second time staying there.

We booked two rooms for one night at this hotel because I wanted to stay in Manila before we head to La Union. It was a good choice because my three teenage daughters enjoyed their stay here plus it lessened our travel time to the north, since we are from Batangas. The hotel’s breakfast is superb! We enjoyed it! My partner and I loved that there is a nice gym inside. The pool is also nice! The rooms are also clean. If there is only one thing missing here, it would be the snacks inside the refrigerator that my daughters would normally go for when they are too lazy to go down to get some snacks. I do not mind not having it, Its an added cost, so it’s still good! The girls were just looking for it 😅
Feedback The things we loved: 1. Pet-friendly 2. Near the mall with many food options 3. Clean and spacious room with white luxurious beddings 4. The staff are friendly and super accommodating. Special appreciation for Guard Bohol. He went out of his way to make the checkout less of a hassle. What you can improve: 1. Provide outdoor dining option so our dogs can join us during meals. Then we can eat as a family. We had to always leave someone in the room to stay with our dogs. Just a suggestion to make the stay even better. 2. Check-in needs to be more efficient. It took as more than an hour in the queue. 3. Dog park needs to be cleaned everyday. An irresponsible pet parent did not clean up is big dog's poop. It was still there the following day when we came back.

This is our second time staying at Hilton Manila, with our pets this time! The pet fee was so worth it, they even gave us pet freebies (treats, shampoo) and stuff to use for them (water, food bowls, dog bed, pee pad). The staff is very accommodating and polite, the entire hotel is super clean and smells SO GOOD! And I love their decor and ambience. My only comment is that I wish the pool was as warm as the first time we visited, it was extra cold this month. Also, we tried to rest at the pool lounge area but it was right beside the smoking area; this is the one negative thing we experienced since none of us are smokers. I hope they will relocate the smoking area because it is a big no no especially for guests with senior citizens and young children. Thank you Hilton Manila!

I didn’t explore the other facilities like the gym or swimming pool because I was too lazy, but our room was clean, spacious, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety to choose from. There’s no way any guest would starve during breakfast. The only negative comment I have about Hilton Manila is how slow the check-in process was. We were served by Joy at reception, who was very unfriendly. I don’t know if it was due to her braces, but it was difficult to understand what she was saying. Furthermore, she forgot to include our names on the breakfast list. When we went for breakfast, the attendant informed us that fees would be charged to our room because our booking didn’t initially include breakfast. Thankfully, after consulting with reception, they discovered that our room reservation actually included breakfast for two. We will return to Hilton Manila, but next time, we will make sure to avoid being checked in by Joy.

I liked the set up they made in our room for our wedding anniversary. They also have a cake prepared for us. It was delicious. We felt special. Our room was clean and spacious. I liked the accessibility of the hotel to Resorts World. We will consider this hotel again in our future staycation.

It was may birthday during our stay. i commend the staff and crew of Hilton for making our experience worthwhile. the room is clean and spacious. the food is great most specially on the generous executive lounge on which my husband and kids enjoyed very well, the pastries and bourbon are the best. the only downside of the hotel is its pool which during the time of our visit is visibly soiled water, not sure if its because of the volume of the visitor or water really needs to be changed. but overall we had a great time and i can say that hotel has our moneys worth.
Me and my wife celebrated my birthday at Hilton Manila. The check-in was smooth. The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were just some lacking items that my wife was looking for like a hair comb. The light switches were malfunctioning from both sides of the bed. The breakfast was good at Cucina but they assign seats to you very close to strangers even though the restaurant is only 30-50% occupied, which can be awkward. Overall, our stay in Hilton was great.

I stayed here only for one night as I had a flight the next morning out of Manila. The hotel is only a few mins by grab from the airport. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were very friendly, great pool, great breakfast and a very comfortable stay which feels luxurious. I wish I had more time to stay but I will definitely be back again.

The highlight for me was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge. I'm curious if the experience would be as exceptional without booking an executive room. The hotel exuded cleanliness and luxury throughout. The bed and bed sheets surpassed even those at my beloved Discovery Suites Boracay. Their thoughtful gesture of providing a cake, balloons, wine, and a happy birthday banner made my son's birthday truly special. Additionally, the pool was invitingly warm and delightful for swimming.
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. We also enjoyed the executive lounge. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
It's rare for us to do staycations so this is our first experience where we just stayed at a hotel and did nothing but enjoy the facilities and just chilling. This hotel delivered. The facilities were spot clean and looked so polished; the breakfast buffet was good;, the room we got had a pool view and it was fantastic. The check-in/check-out was just a bit slow but other aspects of the hotel experience was superb. I also like that the Newport Mall was accessible through a pretty bridgeway

“Coming Back”
The room was spacious and they were able to accommodate my request for an anniversary surprise set up (free of charge). Thank you! The ballons were unexpected and well appreciated ;) We stayed here for 2 consecutive nights, the room set up gave us a surprise. I wasn’t expecting the banner and ballons. With Dusit and Okura, they would provide a complimentary cake + the swan towels. Really appreciate the effort and my daughter had fun with the ballons! The room was spacious and the exact room we booked was given to us. The bathroom had a bathtub so yay for our daughter. The AC was working fine and well. The lighting could improve since the options for the switches were limited. I love the sofa and the wide space it provided. Our room was facing the Newport Mall. Location wise, it is reasonable if you have a flight as it is near the airport. The hotel is connected to the Newport mall and very near if we would use the bridge. Cleanliness, it was okay, they cleaned the room if you request it. The hallways do not smell like cigarettes so it’s good if you are traveling with kids. The staff were nice but overall it didn’t give the aura of a family friendly hotel unlike with Sheraton. The staff were attentive to adults but not so much with kids. Facilities wise, they have the same pool as Sheraton but they do not have a separate playroom. Their play area is located within Kusina. Kusina — this I highly recommend! The food here is shockingly amazing! The options were numerous and they all stood out. This is one if the breakfast we truly enjoyed. The staff here were attentive and kid friendly. They also have a kid’s corner which we truly appreciated. The Japanese corner was so-so but overall, highly recommended. Overall, definitely coming back especially to Kusina. Kusina would be the highlight in this hotel!
