Jpark is a "you've got it all resort" not only in Cebu but in the Philippines, if not the whole world. There's never a dull moment with Jpark because fun activities are in store for adults and children alike. They have a wide beach and a number of swimming pools for adults and kids. The resort facilities are really catered to let the guests experience a "five star hotel" experience. Each part of the resort is tailored fit to bring convenience and great experience to guests. And the most important thing is the customer service by its employees which is very good. We even experienced a good one when one of the breakfast buffet waiter named "Elexer" aside from making our buffet table clean is that he even volunteered to took picture of us as family, with the Jpark logo, which was just outside the Abalone restaurant, and its exemplary customer service! Kudos to Jpark hotel management and staff, may you continue to bring world class resort hotel experience to your guests, locals and foreigner alike. Keep it up!

It’s easily one of top 2 Resorts in Mactan, for me. The energy is relaxing and fun. I’ve seen a lot of families and children enjoyed themselves with the pool/beach and riding the “Throne”. The resort is sprawling and the grass is well maintained. It’s also a good memory to see Banana and Coconut trees along one corner of the trail. It’s a world class resort in many aspects and I enjoyed taking selfies with their elegant interiors and luxurious rooms. The corridors are carpeted too. We were upgraded from Deluxe Ocean view to a Suite. It was beautiful, huge and the view of the Ocean was awesome. The sanitized room has push button wall light controls, centralized aircon and hot shower, japanese bidet, new white towels, new white luxury high count bed sheets, several feather pillows and ergonomic coffee cups with saucers that are so enjoyable to hold. After we checked in we tried lunch buffet from The Abalone Restaurant. All the meat dishes they served were tasty and very tender. The staff are all courteous and helpful and there’s quite a number of them. I recommend everyone to take advantage of the current price coz it’s all worth it. Things to improve: no bath robes, can shampoo and conditioner smell like that of Shangrila, maybe sell those room ergonomic coffee cups and saucers

Since the hotel seems to be not fully booked, hotel allowed us to check in early (10am vs 2pm), place is very clean, staff are around to help in case you need anything, service is fast (food order, request in room, calls rtc), the facility seems well maintained and the pools with slides are very nice for children! I had an upset stomach and their medical team was very quick to assist (both nurse and doctor were available) and provided medicines.

Amazing and wonderful resort. One day was not enough for us to satisfied all the pools and the beach. It just that, the weather was so hot, but still me and my family had fun during our stay at Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark. Room was clean though it’s not that spacious. We stayed at JPark when we first arrived in Cebu for 2 nights. Was amazed at the beautiful rooms and facilities. The Waterpark, Beach have so much to offer. The staff was impeccable. I decided to get 3 more rooms for the end of our stay for family from out of town. Top Notch service for my family, including Breakfast and Ammenities throughtout property. You will surely get what you pay for. The staff are so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. They also have pleasing personalities, always wears a smile when meeting you anywhere inside the facility and even over the phone you can hear their smile. I guess its one of the important things I seek when i stay in one place. The facilities are world-class. The hotel ensures proper hygiene and sanitation and observes high standard protocols for Covid-19 prevention. I will keep coming back for sure.

The staff is really helpful. Because I couldn't keep my reservation, I phoned the resort a week before the date. They provided me directions on how to proceed. I gave the reservation to my brother-in-law's family. I asked Agoda to alter the primary guest's name to theirs instead. Fortunately, they agreed. The location is ideal for family holidays! When the staff observed that my baby was being finicky and unhappy during breakfast, they turned on the air conditioning at the buffet.

great resort... delta sent my luggage to wrong place and was completely useless getting to me like they said so had no luggage for 5 days. the guy at the luggage handling department at resort researched and located my luggage got me the customs paperwork and sent it in for me then resort picked up at airport and brought to our room. amazing customer service. also breakfast buffet amazing

Me and my partner stayed overnight at one of their pool villas. It was incredibly spacious and clean. The place itself also has a waterpark where not only kids but adults can enjoy.

We booked 3 rooms using this site and it was a steal. The place is great especially the amenities. You have plenty if things to do inside. Just bring your rubber slippers coz the hotel won't provide especially if you want to go for a swimming at the beach. Overall experiences we had were awesome.. Shexz and families

We a have a 2 year old, and he enjoyed the pororo island which is the for us the main attraction for our child. There are also a number of pools with slides for kids, and for adventurer alike. 3 days 2 nights is not enough to try all the activities and amenities in the resort. We’ll surely back again
