I love Jubilee Hotel”
Very worth it. The room was clean and big, near to most of the tourist attractions (walking distance), breakfast was good (included in the room rate), staff were very friendly etc. Highly recommended!

Majority of the top attractions are less than a kilometer away. The best part is that the hotel to airport transfer was free! Will definitely stay here again if ever I return to Brunei.

Hotel is fine for both solo and family travelers. Walking distance to land mark mosque and river village. Many restaurants nearby. Grocery at same building charged for normal water 1.20 BD, same we find outside for 60 to 80 cents.

Lovely stay. ”
Booked family suite and it was very comfortable. We reached early in the morning and requested for early check in which we get to so we get to rest a little bit before we went out again. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff whom I didn't get the names. Located in the middle of the city and close to all attractions. Overall, the place was worth the money and I have nothing to complain about :)

The hotel though a bit old has the perfect location. Everything is walking distance ... the bus terminal, the fresh market, the mosques, Yayasan mall and even the Kampong Ayer! We experience great hospitality service from all the hotel staff from the hotel Manager Ms Mel, frontliner Mr Al ( who was very helpful giving us trivias and tips) and hotel staff Kuya Luis. The price being a budget hotel is just right for us who simply need a comfy bed, good air conditioned room and clean restroom. Another plus is the 24/7 convenience store beside the hotel and it’s 2 restaurant. The 31St resto in the mezzanine even served us nasi lemak for 1 dollar. The WiFi is so fast! There was even a live performance by a keyboardist in the lobby during our last day in the hotel.Lastly, the hotel provided us a free shuttle going to the airport! Highly recommended for budget conscious travellers!

Don’t expect much from the breakfast, hotel is slightly aged as well. But definitely worth it as good hospitality.

Weekend getaway”
At first there is a mistake where i am given standard room. (I was booking superior.) But it was then quickly resolve and the process was very quick. The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom looks old and need some renovation. But other than that it was very pleasant stay. I am very comfortable with the room and the wifi is good. There is no free water bottle provided but you can request water heater kettle. No more mini supermarket at ground floor (change to grill N steamboat restaurant). The brkfast was simple but its ok

Comfortable and nice area”
Jubilee has the feel of a more expensive hotel but not the price. It is old and a bit worn but the customer service standard is proffesional and the staff friendly. The free airport shuttle is a big plus given the expensive taxis in the country. I love the location will be staying there again for sure

hotel staff were very helpful and can understand/speak English. They also have Pinoy lobby receptionist so communication really went well. hotel has convenient store at the lobby area. convenient location and our room was spacious with big receiving area and functional kitchen.

Nice hotel close to city center. Room was comfortable, equipped with some furniture and a fridge! Bathroom was clean. Supermarket also inside the building. Friendly staff. Poor wifi connection in our room.

Thinking of staying at Jubilee Hotel?”
Do so, as economical and central to tourist spots. Being picked up and dropped off from the Airport is a real plus, and staff are most helpful in giving tourist options. Communication with the hotel before our trip was always answered promptly. Breakfast was adequate but basic, so no complaints. Don’t expect the best facilities but being a budget it was great value for money. Highly recommended from very seasoned travellers. For a tourist tip, do take a boat from nearby waterway, next to market near hotel, 2 hour sightseeing through the Water Village and and pointing out of all nearby tourist highlights was certainly great value, B$25 , plus also for a other 1 and 1/2 hours at night around 5:30 to Gadong to the Food market and Mall for shopping is indeed very worthwhile, we just arranged for our ‘captain’ to pick us up for B$10 for 2 of us.

Great experience with this hotel”
I'd like to commend the receptionist, named Alay. We arrived late night at the hotel and Alay was the one who warmly welcomed us. He was very accommodating and very eager to help us. The location of the hotel is very close to city center, bus terminal, groceries and restaurants. It also offers free transpo to and from the airport, which is a plus factor given there is very limited modes of transpo in Brunei. I'd highly recommend this place to stay when you are in Brunei.

Nice hotel with great personnel”
This basic, but good-value hotel has a handy location right beside the centre of BSB. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but comfortable. Simple breakfast. Staff is friendly and polite and can arrange day tours in Brunei.
