My quarantine time!!!”
This is my second time to quarantine traveling from US. The first one that I stayed wasn’t all good. My experience here so far is very good, so might change. I have 6 more days to go. I can tell you that my experience during checking in and up to now is nothing more than an A+. Great front desk service(Ms Gea), very clean and staff are very courteous. I booked this through Agoda app which is very disappointing because since the law in regards to quarantine changed, you cannot change the dates through the app and no phone numbers to call. I’ve been using Agoda app for a long time, and I hope they can change it. Good thing the hotel front desk (Ms Gea) helped me facilitate it.

All the staff were great! From the receptionist, parking attendant, pool attendant-Erika. They were all very accommodating and pleasant. I requested for an extra bed prior to my arrival and they made sure everything was set when I got there. The only issue I had is the drain in the shower is a bit clogged. I think it needs a little cleaning. It takes a bit for the water to drain but aside from that, everything was perfect! I will definitely come back.

Excellent service from staff. The location is very good. It's only 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest restaurant (MAX'S). And the food there is excellent. However, if you rely on taxi services, then you must be ready for "contactless" service. No currency pay due to the pandemic. You must download one of several money apps used to pay for services. There's a 7Eleven convenient store 5 minutes away, but "no card purchases." Only CASH! Meanwhile, the hotel takes major credit cards. But because of the pandemic, no restaurant services as of the date of this post (12/24/20). We enjoyed our stay! And plan to return the summer of 2021 😄👍🏾

Privato never fails to satisfy! I was surprised at how spacious the room was given its price. It was very clean and well-maintained. Kudos for having water refilling stations on every floor! This was very thoughtful, practical and eco-friendly of them. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again!

I would like to commend the staff for a job well done! They are very courteous. They also immediately attend to your needs and give updates when needed. The room was very spacious, clean and smells nice! Great choice for solo travelers, family or even couples. They do not have a gum though but their pool is open. Their restaurant is closed thus you have to go out for dining, but I was told they will soon open their restaurant at the lobby. Btw, their front door is not yet open, thus you have to go at the back parking lot located at A. Roces to enter the premises. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Will surely book again.

My wife and I stayed in Meranti days before and after our wedding. The experience was great! The room was well spaced, the staff were accomodating, the room service food was awesome. Thank you to all the staff. You all have been kind and pleasant. Looking forward to coming back.

Five Star Staff! Great view of QC! ”
Staff specifically the ones in the front desk were amazing! Requested for a simple note to be left in the room for my wife prior our arrival and they made it even more special with a box of sweets and a personalized Welcome letter. The view was great in our room, and the bed was comfortable too. My wife and I are frequent travelers and this hotel is definitely one of the best we’ve stayed in. Thank you Privado and thank you to your staff especially the ones in the Front Desk.

Great city view hotel with the comfort of silence from the busy night life”
The hotel and the service itself was great! I can attest as to how hands-on the staff were since my friend and I were first given a room which had a faulty double lock and the staff made sure to check it immediately, but we were ultimately given a new room because the lock would take a lot of time to be fixed. Nevertheless, it just shows how prepared the hotel is for instances as such. We weren’t able to visit the pool or restaurant because of the current health situation but the stay was pleasant overall.

The room is spacious and clean. Aircon unit can be adjusted properly. I just wish that the pool will be open for adults at night time because I dont want to disturb families during daytime swimming.

Stayed here for quarantine and got upgraded to bigger room. The attendants were very hospitable and the service is fast. Bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is cute.

Amazing staff, great location as it is very accessible and lots of good restaurants nearby. The only downside is the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Nonetheless it was a nice stay and I will definitely come back.

the kids had a blast playing at the pool are, we say they look like swimming from a big aquarium. Everything was ok and we are definitely coming back soon .. Thank you also for the accomodating staff
