7/11 kauppa alakerrassa. MBK ostoskeskus ja BTS ilmajuna ihan vieressä.
Sijainti ainakin meille erinomainen. Aamiainen hyvä. Kylpyhuone iso ja suihkutilakin riitävän suuri, ettei seiniä tarvinnut koputella ja muu kylpyhuone pysyi kuivana. Sängyt hyvät ja huone tarpeeksi iso. Kokolattiamatosta(luultavasti) johtuen jonkinverran homeen hajua.
Varattiin tämä hotelli hetken mielijohteesta kun etukäteen varattu hotelli olikin heikkolaatuinen. Kyllä kannatti! Palvelu erinomaista, saatiin mm. pyytämällä huone korkeimmasta kerroksesta. Monipuolinen aamupala ja upea uima-allas kruunasivat hyvin nukutun yön mukavassa sängyssä.

Olimme perheen kanssa pari yötä Mercuressa. Siisti hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla ostoskeskusten vieressä. Myös ilmarata kulkee aivan vieressä. Oikein ystävällinen palvelu, siisti, tosin hieman pienehkö huone. Aamiainen ok. Illallisella tilaamani hampurilainen kylmä, jonka sitten salaatteineen lämmittivät mikrossa. 😏

Plussana: sijainti, vastinetta rahalle: Executive Room oli hieno, hyvä sänky, ja siihen sisältyi happy hour juomat&naposteltavat ilmaiseksi loungessa sekä ilmainen aamiainen loungessa. Miinuksena: aika pieni uima-allas, jossa näkymä kaupunkiin aika heikko sivulla olevan seinän takia.

Kahden viikon aurinkoloman päätteksi asuimme tässä hotellissa 2vrk ennen lentoa Suomeen. Valitsimme tämän hotellin sen sijainnin perusteella,sillä meillä oli tarkoituksena shoppailla nuo 2 viimeistä päivää ja hyväksi valinnaksi tuo sitten osoittautuikin. Aivan MBK:n ja Siam centerin vieressä. Ystävällinen ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta. Saimme parempitasoisen huoneen mitä olimme varanneet. Viihtyisä huone sijaitsi hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa ja näköalat olivat aivan huikeat.
Chose Mercure Bangkok Siam as my hotel for my short trip to Bangkok. I definitely made the right choice. First, it was convenient as it is near the National Stadium BTS exit so transporation is accessible. Second, there is a 7 Eleven at the ground floor. Third, it is accessible to a pedestrian walkway which allows travelers to quickly visit on foot MBK, Siam Discovery and even Centralworld. I'd say this hotel is a perfect base especially if you want to visit Bangkok for shopping. I would also like to commend the staff for being accomodating to my inquiries. The room is also spacious and clean. The hotel also has a nice rooftop pool. If there is one thing to improve, perhaps the fitness centre as it wasn't available for use during my visit due to ongoing renovation. But other than that, I enjoy staying at this hotel and will opt to stay here again if I visit Bangkok again.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from MBK Mall, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located in the same building, which made things very easy. The room itself was decent — the bed was comfortable, and while the pillows were a bit too soft for our taste, it didn’t bother us much. The only issue we had was with the bathroom. As we were there staying with our daughter in our room, the door didn’t close completely and didn’t have a lock, which was inconvenient. Even more surprising was the design choice of having a sliding panel that opens directly into the bedroom, giving a clear view of the shower from the room — a rather awkward setup. I wish I had taken a photo of it. A big thank you to Ms. Jean at the front desk and Mr. Nai, the bellman, for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly helpful and really made our stay memorable.

I recently stayed at Mercure Bangkok Siam for the first time and was very impressed. The location is excellent, just steps away from shopping areas and very convenient to reach from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest. My daughter especially enjoyed the Carbonara pasta at the hotel, which was delicious. Another highlight of our stay was the warm and professional service from the bell staff, Nui and Aum. They helped us with our luggage and took great care of it when we left it at the hotel for storage. I truly appreciate their service and hospitality. Thank you very much! Located within the same building as Ibis Bangkok Siam, with Mercure rooms situated on the upper levels. The location is excellent — Siam Paragon is just a 10-minute brisk walk away. Cleanliness was good, the bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was noticeably more spacious than at Ibis, which was the main reason I chose Mercure over Ibis. Both Ibis and Mercure guests share the same buffet breakfast spread at the same dining location. Overall, it was a pleasant short two-day stay. I would definitely return for the affordability, convenient location, and cleanliness.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my 9 year old son. And we loved it! The staff are so sweet and helpful. The rooms are clean. Beautiful view and the beds are soft and perfect. The breakfast was the best breakfast buffet we have ever had. So many fresh foods and different foods. Great quality. The pool on the roof was absolutely amazing. The water was a little cold. But it was so nice and calm and I loved the view. Especially at night time. We will be staying here again.

Stayed at Mercure Hotel in Bangkok for 3 nights and honestly, it was a pretty good stay. We got there around 12 even though check-in was at 2 PM, so we expected to wait—but they were really nice and gave us the room by 12:30, which was a relief after the flight. The room had all the basics we needed and was clean and comfy. Breakfast was alright—not amazing, but decent enough to start the day. Staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. The best part about this place is the location. It’s literally right next to the metro station, which made getting around super easy. MBK Mall is just a short walk away too, so shopping and food options were always close by. Only downside is the traffic around the hotel—it’s hectic, especially during busy hours. If you’re planning to get around by taxi or tuk-tuk, just be ready for delays. Best to use the metro—it’s way faster and less stressful. All in all, solid place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and close to everything.

If you’re attending a concert at the National Stadium, this needs to be your go-to hotel. It’s the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. Literally right next to the National Stadium, BTS Station and also a few shopping hotspots (MBK, Siam Square, Siam Paragon). Even better, there’s a 7-11 on the ground floor. Don’t even think twice about booking this hotel if you’re coming for a concert.

An excellent hotel! There is a 7-Eleven right at the entrance and another one next door. The reception staff were very friendly and even helped us arrange an affordable taxi to the airport. The hotel is clean and located right at the entrance to the BTS station (the Skytrain). Highly recommended, and there is definitely a good chance we will return to this hotel when we come back to Bangkok.

My family had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. Upon arrival, the bellboy asked which hotel we have booked, politely explaining there are 2 properties here. He was forthcoming with his help for our luggage. Front desk staff Mo Khim managed to arrange adjoining rooms for us, and promptly arrange of late check out. She told us to rest in one room first while the housekeeping team finished up with cleaning of the second room. She chased after us to give us the keys when being informed that the housekeeping team had manage to clean up the rooms. It was a pleasant surprise as we initially thought that there are no adjoining rooms available (big thanks!). During check out, the supervisor at the front desk took the initiative to talk to our GRAB driver to ensure all 4 of us and 2 luggages can fit into his vehicle. This hotel is well located just next to National Stadium BTS Station and within walking distance to MBK Ctr. The convenience store at ground floor was really a big plus point for us! Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, handled by professionally trained staff. The Superior Twin Room offered just enough space for two, but the cleanliness was outstanding. The location is also a plus—just a few steps from the National Stadium BTS station, making it very convenient for getting around. Breakfast had a wide variety with a strong Asian focus, including fried rice, noodles, porridge, and stir-fried dishes. There were also options like bread, pancakes or waffles, and fresh fruits. The noodle station was a nice touch, with the menu changing daily to keep things interesting.

I stayed here a few months back when I was in BKK for a few nights. Everything with the hotel was perfect but the location in which it was in was a nightmare if we want to take a taxi to get back during rush hours. If we walked, it would have always been faster as compared to getting stuck in the endless traffic jams which led all the way to the entrance of the hotel building. Other than that, the hotel was awesome.

The room was amazing with a lovely view of Bangkok, spacious, comfortable, and we even got connecting rooms which were perfect for families. The location was excellent, within walking distance to MBK, Siam Discovery, and Siam Paragon, and right next to the MRT station for easy travel. However, there were not many escalators or lifts near the MRT, which made it difficult to move with baby strollers or old people. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool was great for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the price, about three times more than what I usually pay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Good location, very near BTS and there is a 7 eleven just below. The staff was very warm and helpful, the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice, with good spread. The only issue is they still use the old system for the elevators where we need to insert the key card. We always have trouble with it and needed several tries.

Everything was great, above expectation. Service staff was professional and well trained, reception staff was very attentive and have excellent service standards. Except for one house keeping staff who knock on my door repeatedly because I was still in the room at ard 12pm coz I had online lesson in the morning to 12pm. She knocked on my door repeatedly while I was in the shower. Being a solo traveller I hesitated to ans the door, becoz it cant be my friend. I answered the door and she gave me 1hr to vacate the room so that she can do the cleaning. This stresses me up because I usually take 2 hours to do my makeup.

First time travelling to Bangkok and staying at this hotel! The location of the hotel was right outside the BTS National Stadium and was walkable to the main shopping areas with malls like Siam Center and Paragon. The staff was also very friendly and nice especially the bellman downstairs who helped to book an airport transfer for us. One thing to note was that we indicated that we need an extra bed as there was 3 pax but they did not set up beforehand. We had to check again with the front desk during check in. The mini fridge was also not working when we were there and we had to call the front desk to get maintenance twice.

The staff were especially nice, friendly, especially Buss at the front desk. . I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Excellent location close to everything and easy transportation options. The rooftop swimming pool with view over the city is the ultimate facility to relax in a vacation in a bustling city. Highly recommended for families with an older kid.

It’s my first time staying in this hotel. It is on the same building as Ibis Hotel. Mercure Hotel is taking up the upper floors. It is clean and spacious. As the some of the amenities like toothbrush and slippers are provided upon request, the staff is quick enough to deliver it to your room. I even requested additional bottled water which are free of charge. They would clean the room everyday not unless you put the sign of not disturbing you. I requested to have my room cleaned by late afternoon and they even granted my request. They also allowed me for a late check out (1pm) but it was a Sunday so probably that’s why. I have not included any breakfast with the room, the reason being is that, there is a 7/11 right at the ground floor. There is also a nearby Mcdonalds. Or you could just walk to MBK since they open at 10am. Water pressure is not that strong which is probably one of its downside. Also, the bathroom door is a sliding door and it does not have a hook or lock. So not really that private enough for me. Convenience-wise, I would stay in this hotel again. It’s just right infront of BTS National Stadium station. 1 train stop to Siam station. less than 10 mins walk to MBK and Siam Center. Given the Bangkok traffic, I would prefer to take the train instead of taking Grab. Overall, I do like this hotel and would prefer to stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Right outside the BTS and walkable to most shopping centres. Went with family and staff were so welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and secure. Nice to have a rooftop pool and great views from also.

Clean hotel with super close proximity to bts national stadium. 15 mins walk up the busy food paradise ban that thong area. 5 mins walk to MBK. The hotel requires deposit of 1000baht per night and it's cash or charging to your credit card (not just pre-authorization). Lobby is at 9th floor and here's a 7-11 at ground floor so very convenient.

Would enjoyed our stay and definitely stay again as our go-to hotel when in Bangkok. The place is very convenient with the BTS right in front, lots of food options nearby, and a short walk to the MBK and supermarket. The place was also clean with friendly staff.

Great location, clean and spacious room! 24hr convenient store in the lobby and right across from BTS station. Walking distance to Siam Paragon, MBK, and Siam Square. Highly recommend!
