Nice, cozy hostel”

Plussaa: siisti ja hyvin varusteltu yhteiskeittiö, upea kattoterassi, isot lukolliset kaapit dormissa, ihan mukavat sängyt ja varsin siistiä kaikinpuolin. Lämmin ilmapiiri, viihdyimme useammankin yön. Bileitä kattoterassilla :) Antoivat käyttää varastohuonettaan ylimääräisille kamoillemme, kun matkustimme ympäri Filippiinejä, mikä oli uskomattoman ystävällistä! Erityiskiitokset respan Ralphille, joka oli aina niin avulias <3 Miinukset: hostelliin oli vaikeaa saada yhteyttä, eivät vastanneet sähköposteihin. Lopulta sain yhteyden Facebookin kautta. Sijaitsee isojen väylien risteyksessä - ei kovin viihtyisä ympäristö siis.

DECEIVING PICTURES OF THE ROOMS!”

The rooms look nothing like the pictures they advertise. They're small, damp, and very dirty. Full of small insects everywhere, in the room and in the bathroom as well. I have pictures to prove it, if anyone's interested. There's another hotel there, apparently, The fort budget hotel- Bonifacio Global City, with the exact same pictures of the rooms, but more expensive. That's just another trap! I asked about the type of rooms there, and I was told they looked exactly like in Our awesome hostel. The receptionist used these exact words: the rooms don't look like the picture. So deceiving. So not at all awesome. For your own sake, stay away from these 2 places!

Affordable rate”

I was given a room at 7th floor for 3pax. The room is spacious and have own toilet. Affordable rate. I didnt expected it to be that spacious. The cons is no toiletries. We went there to check in at 11pm. It looks like an abandoned building, so I was very nervous at first. But when we arrive at 9th floor, the ambiance is good very different from ground floor.

Good Choice for Big Groups”

Awesome Hostel is good for big groups. We chose a room with nice view facing BGC especially for night lights. Staff was friendly even help us for food deliveries due to the unfavorable weather. We were really having fun during our stay.

Erinomainen”

A 2 USD stay means you have to adjust your expectations. But it was a comfortable experience, though devoid of privacy in the dorms. With great aircon and water heater. No doubt other are staying for long term. Terrace garden is cool too.

Decent hostel”

Staff are nice and accommodating. I stayed for 1 night (Davao Room), the room was decent. If you are staying for a few nights and you have things to leave bring your own pad lock, wooden cubicles are available. Very close to BGC area.

Good place”

Hot shower, cold ac in the 10 person room, blanket and pillow provided, cool roofdeck viewing, microwave, wifi on roof. The bad things are half the room snores and the was a guy and girl in the same bed

Nice place”

This was my second time staying here and the guys that work there remembered me and welcomed me back. Having stayed at several places, the nice things about Our Awesome is it has a great view from the roof, microwave, good AC in the ten person room, a place to hang laundry outside, and close to the airport (15-20 min). The bad things are no wifi in the rooms, have to go to the roof deck, sink didn't work in the bathroom, had to use the sink in the room, and snoring backpackers.

Pros-10 bed is a nice room and close to BGC and the airport. Inexpensive. Cold AC. Cool rooftop deck. 150 peso Grab Car pool from Airport to Hostel Cons-snoring and inconsiderate roommates (20% of the time), people taking phone calls at 2 AM in the room, sink in bathroom doesn't have a pipe so it dumps water on the floor

A budget friendly place that may be far from bus stops and stations, but it was quiet and not difficult to find. The room was very comfy for us, with our own CR, sink and laundry area. The staff were accommodating too.

I went there for just 6,7 hours but I really enjoyed staying there we went to hotel around 1am , we had a cricket match early morning so we left around around 7:30am but when we went there we found a fruendly atmosphere we made some new friends from France and Belgium we were talking with each other like until 4am :) I will try to book it again but it was my first time to stay in some hostel..

From checking in and out, this budget hotel is one of the best so far! They are very accommodating, they try to satisfy guests with their utmost effort. I will be back, you are truly an AWESOME place to chill at the heart of Manila ;-)

My family and I stayed at the hostel for only 2 nights. Although we didn't spend a lot of time at the hostel because we were busy with our own stuff, the stay was pretty good. I like how the check in time was so flexible. A place i would definitely recomend to everyone.

the rooms are very big, clean and new. the staff are very friendly. very good location around the fort. aircon is very cold i even turn off the aircon because very cold. elevator is good. very fast. and the food outside is very cheap.

This place is very fit to all Backpackers..since this hostel is just open 2 weeks before i stayed there, so the room is still clean, and also the bathroom. The staffs are very helpful. The location is in the middle of Makati City & Bonifacio Global City, so very good location. Very recommended place. Thank you.

This hostel just open 2 early in Jan 2013, so the situation in this place is clean n comfort. The bed n bath room also clean. The staffs are very helpful. Good location since near to Makati City n BGC. Very suitable for backpackers.

The ad is misleading.”

There’s no wifi inside our room located in the 7F. Wifi is only available at the 10F where the frontdesk is located. No bathtub as stated on the ad. No TV and ref, too. Parking is free but the space was too tight. SUVs will have a hard time parking inside it. The price is cheap but yeah you really get what you pay for.

Great place to stay”

I stayed here for three days. Didntbwant to leave as i enjoyed my stayed so much.. the staff was great. Rooms are clean and they have lockers which you can keep your stuff. Just dont forget to be bring ur own padlock. If you not there are 7/11 who sells them for 50.00 pesos..

No WIFI at rooms, very slow WIFI in common area, poor facilities”

For the price of P200 this hostel is okay. They only have mixed room and they don't even have an all-female room. You have to put up with a few perverts in a room staring at you if you are a female not to mention the terrible snoring.. However they are increasing the price to P400, which is no longer a value for money considering the broken shower facilities that were not fixed (no place to hang clothes, poor water supply for shower), the crowded bedspace type dorms, not really like those international hostels. WIFI is severely slow and there is no WIFI in roomes
