Worth it ”
My friend and I checked in at around 1500. Check in process was very smooth and efficient. Hotel lobby was very well organised, the staffs there (front desk or security) was very helpful. When it comes to the room. I thought they would just let us have 2 double beds. However, they gave us one more extra bed since we are a traveller of 3 pax. Room was very clean!!! Their bathroom has good quality shampoo and conditioner which is very important for people who doesnt bring these things when travelling. I booked a club floor room, which enable us to have access in club lounge. Their lounge is located in 23rd floor. Staff are very friendly and has great service. They quite less food for the tea time but it is already good enough compare to others. Lastly, my most favourite during my stay her was the outdoor pool area. It is located in 3rd floor of the hotel. But it doesn't seems higher when we were there. They got lot of chairs and tables for guests to sit down and relax. What a nice view !!! Overall our stay here was exceptional!

Wedding Package plus Agoda Bookings”
I booked a total of 12 rooms for two nights in Seda Vertis North for our wedding preps. Seven rooms for one night from the wedding package, and the rest is through multiple bookings with Agoda. Check-in was a breeze! It could have been a nightmare because of the many booking reference numbers that we have and our requests to have specific rooms on a certain floor. But Valerie from the front desk handled it very well without saying "no" to any of our requests. Rooms are spacious and very clean! Our bookings composed of Deluxe Kings, Deluxe Twins, a Premier Room and Corner Suites so I got to see all the room categories. Buffet breakfast is good! Our friends and family from the US loved it. Club Lounge is also good. It's at par with other 5-star hotels in Manila. Straight Up Bar has a nice ambiance with good music. We stayed until closing for two nights! Too bad we can't stay for a longer time. The pool is good! The kids enjoyed it. And lastly, parking was easy. Thanks, Seda!

Highly Recommended”
It seemed Sat/Sun was crowded with StayCationers. Pool was full, breakfast resto was overflowing playground had kids(typically empty), and there was a wedding. By Monday, it was all peaceful. So many seats during breakfast. Many do not follow the no rubber breakfast and did not hear anyone be reminded of it. It's not a big deal for us. Place was fantastic. Great rooms(brand new). Hallways looked impeccably clean. Lift was all working. More than enough parking even if there was a wedding. Staff was always more than ready to server/help/assist. 5 stars to them! I do not have complaints but it would be a perfect 100 if the cleaning staff did not forget to give us towels or clean the toilet better. There were some yellow drips upon arrival(which we easily cleaned with wet wipes.) Will come back. Will not recommend to anyone to keep the population low. Do not go for the premier room. =)

Helpful staff but slightly problematic errors in the hotel itself”
The staff was very kind and helpful. I dropped off at an earlier time to leave my baggage but they offered an early check in with no fees, which was really helpful. The room was overall nice and clean. Though I did notice in the bathroom that there were some gaps/holes by the bathroom’s shower handles. It works fine though. During my stay, I went to the pool. As I got back from my room, both my keycards did not work after several tries. Thankfully, there was a housecleaning staff who passed by me and helped me get in. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been if the staff was not passing by my room as I may have had to go down to the lobby in my swimwear and I would have been freezing cold from getting back from the pool. I also overheard that other rooms faced a similar situation. Lastly, my check out was fast and smooth. I just had to return my keycards as my payment was already settled in Agoda.

Great Stay at a Club Room”
It's off peak season so there is less crowd in the hotel. The club lounge was splendid and private. The afternoon and evening cocktail were visually pleasing and delicious. The chef goes around for small talk and to introduce the food. She recommends dips and sauces best for the dish. Open bar has red and white wine, beer, hard drinks like JD and Black Label. Sad that they do not mix cocktails that female guests prefer. Ironic that it's called evening cocktail and yet cocktail drinks are not served. Dress code was observed (business or smart casual). Pool is by reservation and per hour use. Room is cozy and spacious. Advantage of hotel is its proximity to 3 malls: Ayala Vertis North, Trinoma, and SM North. Fun to go on a last full show at Vertis North Cinema since hotel is just few stones away. Grab Delivery Food is also an option if one does not wish to dine out. Staff are accommodating and efficient. Only thing that needs improvement for me is Misto breakfast. It was underwhelming. I found it a bit untidy and the food just passable. Staff there were like hurrying you up to finish and leave. For our last day, we opted to have breakfast at the club lounge. Choices may be fewer there but at least it's exclusive to fewer clients and it's tidier there. Overall Seda Vertis North is a great choice for staycation within the Metro.

We had an excellent stay in Seda Bonifacio Global City, so we thought of staying in this hotel chain of Seda - Seda Vertis North. This hotel didn’t disappoint us! Very clean, hygienic, and spacious too. Government offices and shopping malls are close by. Good for leisure or business traveller. The high quality of service and attention to details most specially from the staff of Misto like Sarah, Shaira, Marie and Bren are commendable. We salute them! By the way, the food offered in breakfast buffet is deliciously amazing and in great variety! Now we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere other than Seda Hotels. We’re coming to visit you so soon again!

Quarantine Hotel”
I've stayed in Seda a few times before covid and I really liked it here so quarantine purposes, I chose to stay here. The price was about half of its usual, but then again, you don't get the buffet breakfast and use the gym and other amenities. It was a comfortable stay for the most part but you don't get to go out of the room at all for 7 days so unless you're a hermit, come prepared with books or binge on your favorite soaps. They give you a set breakfast (your choice) included which is so-so, but you will have to order lunch and dinner (not too happy with the seafood pasta but Caesar salad was great). Outside food deliveries are not allowed, so figure that into your budget (~P500-700/person/meal). We were jetlagged and were awake around 10pm and sleep around noon so we couldn't order any food. The last order is by 6pm as the kitchen closes at 7pm so, so much for ordering convenience. Good thing our relatives sent us some provisions (gallon of water, chips, cup noodles, bread and other snacks) which helped us tide over the 7 days. No cleaning service, so we had to change our sheets and vacuum the room ourselves! Guess there's a first for everything! The first day when we arrived, I developed bad allergies (itchy and runny nose and watery eyes) which made me paranoid. I asked them to clean the vents and felt better afterwards. The staff were all accommodating and very helpful, and I was really pleased with them. The only thing was that some did not pay much attention to how many pillowcases (2 were still dirty) they brought that I had to call a few times for them to change and bring the correct number. We also prefer fork and knives, and had to call a number of times to make sure they give us the knives instead of spoons. Small things, but can be annoying since I don't like to keep calling the service desk. But since being in quarantine can make you crazy and notice little things which shouldn't be a big deal in ordinary times, I'm still thankful to the staff for

My Favorite Hotel”
Seda Vertis North is my family's favorite hotel. My teenage daughter has been to quite a number of them like Conrad and Nobu but she still finds Seda the best. The check-in, though not as fast as we wanted it to be, was okay. I expected the line to be long because we were there for the long weekend, just as many families were. The wait was made pleasant by the kind and accommodating staff. In no time at all, we were led to our beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was very good, there were a lot of choices and the food tasted really good, as usual. The pool and gym were great. What made our stay in Seda more memorable than the last ones we had was the impeccable service we received when our next door neighbors were making loud noises. A group of men occupied opposite rooms and we could hear the movement and shouting and banging of doors so loud. We reported the matter to Seda and we were given lots of apologies and an upgrade!!! Great service!

Stay at Seda Vertis North”
Time and again we stay at Seda Vertis when we have to do some unwinding and/or family bonding in the city. It is strategically located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. There are shops within the vicinity which is just a stone's throw away from the hotel. When we were caught up in a traffic, my spouse and I (and we tag along our child) chose to stay at Seda Vertis North so that we can relax and have a good night sleep without worrying that we might end up several hours on the road before we reach home and by that time, we are too exhausted. In its De luxe room, the hotel has a clean shower and bathroom with all the bathroom amenities, two beds with clean linens, a chair, tv with cable channels (though few selections and not WiFi ready to watch Netflix - this the hotel can improve on), an electric kettle with provisions for coffee, sugar and creamer (no tea was included) . The hotel has a WiFi which is your room number and your surname as password. It has landline in the bedroom area as well as in the toilet (for emergencies) to connect to the concierge No ref to keep your bottled water cold though the air conditioning unit is working effectively. It has restaurant on the ground floor and in case of spill over there is another on the second floor. The elevators need to be disinfected at all times since there are a lot of guests and the same is being used frequently. The common areas have to be frequently disinfected also to prevent any source of infection considering that it is a multi-use hotel. The concierge as friendly though I had a difficult time contacting the hotel when I was able to book our reservation therein. Compared to our stay a few weeks back, the hotel provided free extra face masks, small bottle of sanitizer/alcohol and we noticed that the shower area is a bit dim . This recent stay, we experienced an earthquake which epicenter is located in Calatagan, Batangas with 6.1 magnitude, though there was shaking, yet we feel secure

Birthday Staycation”
The staff is excellent! The hotel has very courteous and respectful people working for them. The place is clean, smells great, and didn't disappoint. Though our room's view was the nearby informal settlers, that didn't stop us from enjoying our engagement. It being near to Trinoma and Vertis North is also convenient. When we checked out at 1 pm, we were still able to complete our grocery shopping and had dinner with the family since we can still leave our car at their parking garage. Overall, the stay was amazing and would come back!

Awesome Five-Star Hotel”
This hotel is located walking distance to Vertis North Mall. Awesome swimming pool with very few guest, bedding is very soft and comfy. The room is very cosy and very clean. The only thing we miss in the room is bidet, how come a 5-star hotel doesn't bidet all of their rooms? lol Buffet Breakfast is included and it's awesome including the staff. Overall it's a great 3D 2N stay for me and my wife. We'll stay again for sure. :) Thank you Seda Vertis North.

Nice Place”
Was able to book this hotel for just a quick staycation (one night only) in time for boyfriends birthday. Check in and out was a breeze. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. We were at the 12th floor which I like because I always like to be on a high floor when in hotels so I can have a view. The buffet breakfast is great, has adequate choices and I am super happy they have crispy bacon. Staffs are friendly as well and attentive. Would love to stay here again and hopefully for a longer period.

Perfect spot in Quezon City”
Seda Ventis North is the perfect hotel/home away from home. Our room was the perfect size, clean and with a view. The staff are very accommodating and service is top notch because you will recognize the staff are trained and professional. I like the ambiance and location as it is surrounded by malls and restuarants. Must go to the breakfast buffet! I go because of the yummy Filipino breakfast they serve fresh and hot! Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Manila.

We had a great stay at Seda! Rooms are big and clean. Mattresses are very comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Pool area was great! The restroom from the spa area was great also, there's a two saunas where you can relax. We also had a great breakfast at Misto. It offers a variety of cuisines with delicious taste. Everything is awesome. (except for the view from our room) We will surely get back here.

Location wise it is very convenient. Easy access to three major malls, Ayala Vertis, Trinoma and SM North. Rooms are clean and spacious. I Love the whole design from lobby to room. Staffs are very accommodating and they are all good looking. I personally thank Mr. Andrew Tamisin for his assistance regarding my cancelled booking. Facilities are all okey. Breakfast is wow, taste of asian and our very own Filipino cuisine. We will definitely recommend Seda Vertis to our friends and family and we will book this again the next time we visit Manila.

Convenient and clean”
I needed a room to stay in for the night to make sure that academic work was done in peace before my presentation the next day. I asked my groupmates to come over so we wouldn't have to move around coffee shops all the time and fight for wifi and sockets. We had lunch at the mall right across the street, completed everything done before they left in the evening, and I had dinner in the comfort of my own room before my nightcap. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. Also, the price is not bad at all!

Great stay at Seda Vertis North”
The staff is really attentive to your needs. They are always smiling and so hospitable, accommodating of your requests from the time you've booked with them. I like the location very much, so little people traffic, but so conveniently near to shopping malls. The swimming pool is easily accessible, and the lounge area and locker rooms for the use of the pool are so big and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is okay considering it is already included in the room rate I availed. Already planning to go back soon 😁

The Christmas decors/lights are very attractive. Easy check in and check out. The Deluxe room is so big as well as the King Bed. The bathroom is also clean. Very accessible location. The pool is big. Straight up bar drinks are quite expensive but its worth it. I love its setup on the roof top. Breakfast buffet is so good! I love the crispy bacons!!! I would definitely book again on Seda.

Hotel suite was clean and tidy. The water pressure in the shower was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious — huge array of foods (not just filipino food but also western food and even some sushi). Pool was nice. Can’t comment on the spa services because I didn’t use them. Location was good, too. Obviously walking distance from Trinoma and SM — very convenient and easy to find.
