Room is great”

The staff at the counter are very helpful, I requested room and the front or middle not the end. He did provide the room at the middle. Although the corridor is very hot, but the room is clean and comfy. But it will be prefect if there is a hairdryer.

Value for money”

The location is good, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance. I am satisfied with the amount I pay, room is clean and spacious. Door man and staff are friendly.

Stayed for a night. Standard clean room. Convenient location as there's coffee shops right outside. The shower is not divided with the toilet bowl area so it will get wet everywhere. The bathroom mirror is using a dark mirror I don't know why .

Great and quiet as always”

Everything is perfect and clean and quiet and the staff are really sweet and nice and friendly. This is our second time and we have already booked for two more in this same hotel for the following weeks. Miss Irene and Mr Gan and miss Sumi and miss Nur and the other young lady are all very kind and I thank them. It is really worth the money. And if they served breakfast it would be excellent!

Everything is fine just does not have wifi and my room does not have clothes hanger. Please provide a complete housekeeping before customer checking in. Overall is okay and value for money. Will definitely come again.

Comfortable, Convenient, And Clean”

Our overall experience with this hotel is wonderful. It is clean and tidy, very convenient to other eateries, pubs, and even massage parlour. The price is affordable and even though it is surrounded by busy shops and roads, it is very quiet and we can sleep very comfortably in the night. A great hotel to be in, and I'm sure our next visit to Melaka, we'll be staying here again.

1) we found restaurant Old town Grand during supper time in walking steps 2) I like the lobby design with golden lights. 3) wifi really useless, skip the wifi ,better use your own data 4) comfort stay with car park lot and very patient security/concierge service

Budget hotel with good staffs & services”

Hotel room is spacious and good for budget traveller, but price might be above average. (will consider price is a bit expensive). Staff services are good, will recommend if price is good or much competitive.

I have a comfortable sleep at this hotel, clean and location ok. on the day we plan to check out, around 11.58am+-, we go back to room and want to take out our luggage, but the room door was not able to open with or access card, ask the counter girl, she said the check out time is 12pm, that something i think quite rude to guest

Value for money for family suite, can accommodate 5-6 people (with extra beds for adults). Located is approximately 3-4 km away from major tourist spots. Very clean and rooms are well maintained. Staff is friendly. Facilities nothing to shout about. If breakfast is provided would be good but there is no in-house cafeteria or restaurant. Parking is limited. Overall 4/5.

my wife saw the exterior of supreme hotel and she thought it must be a luxury and expensive hotel and I let her know that it is just only rm82, super worth it, highly recommend. environment is so quiet, all are so luxury, rooms are clean, comfortable bed, lot of parking, parking is secured with guards, almost perfect hotel. nothing to complain about. my wife love the big mirror in the bedroom so much will visit this hotel again

1st time stay in this hotel, the room is spacious and clean. Although the hotel is not at the main road,the hotel is not hard to find. There is plenty of restaurant around the corner. Everything is good

Good location ”

Reasonable price, good location. However, the comfort of the room could be improved such as changed the dark mirror in the bathroom into a bright mirror. Install more light in the bathroom because it was quite dark when taking shower.

I stay for two days, on first day the security guard outside said I can park in front of hotel (reserve parking) but when comes to night another security guard (Saiful) said I cannot park in front of hotel because he said other customers also park at other place. Other is fine, the wheelchair is available for my grandmother and etc. Please hire or train more friendly staffs.

-the decoration of outside is new and classic but inside is old and the sound insulation is not quite good and can hear sound from outside. -air con is cold -shower water is good also. -can stay for short trip but not for long trip

1. The wall power plug - BROKEN. 2. Air condition remote control - BROKEN 3. Tele Remote - ROOM A only had 1 battery, ROOM B NON 4. Window - you only can open few inch it will take time to get rid of smell/heat/whatever. 5. Called the front desks. told them about it, they say i will send some one up now..... and they send no body to check. OVER PRICE WITH SERVICE LIKE THAT.

The chinese manager was a real gentleman. He provided us with everything we asked of him with politeness and a smile. Everything was nice and clean and hygenic. The only problems were the lack of a fridge. Nowadays, every hotel has that facility. Then again the bathroom door was made of aliminium and made it seem as if this is a cheap hotel, which is not in fact. Then again the heater inside the bathroom, when used, for shower made a very loud noise, roaring unpleasantly until you finished your shower. The floor had no carpet, and last but not least, no breakfast is served. I wonder why. So much space, sunny and nice, on the lobby... With no use. We wnt to old twon coffee, next to the hotel. We paid 15 RM, each day for a simple breakfast, so that all in all, our cost was 125RM each night, and for 110 RM, these commodities should have been taken care of. However, we were satisfied in the whole. The beds were great and large with nice, clean sheets.

Poor service”

Broken power plug, tele remote control without batteries, A/C remote went crazy even i request for a change, and waited for 30min, no body show up. i was lucky in the end remote fine for just 1 time and i had that shot.
