Really looking forward to give this hotel a review, because we had a really great experience all throughout that we ended up extending our stay for 3 hours more! The hotel can easily be seen and is in prime location as there are several restaurants near it, nearest mall is also around 2-3 minutes walk only so if you opt for food other than what they offer in their cafe, choosing would not be difficult to do. You would not get lost here as there are many staff whom you can ask directions to. They would eagerly help you with your luggage and would instruct you where to proceed for the check-in. When we went to the check-in section, I thought that it would take a lot of time because there were many guests already; but lo and behold, someone collected our IDs and told us to wait while being seated. We didn't need to stand up as someone from the front desk went to us to discuss everything, collect the security deposit, and hand over the key card. Checking in was such a breeze, not to mention that they have complimentary snack and drink in the lounge area. I have stayed with other hotels but the rooms were mostly small, but here in Excelsior, the room we stayed in was spacious (we booked the Deluxe Room, and even their bathroom was spacious as well). The room was clean and I really like that they have a separate working table (as someone who work on some tasks on the weekend). Only downside was the pool's water was cold, but I don't think it would create a negative aura to the pool. Even if there were a lot of people during our stay, their amenities and service were still superb. Food was good, although not a lot to choose from. The playground for kids was also nice and huge. My kid enjoyed staying here. Thank you so much, The Excelsior Hotel, and we look forward to bringing other family members next time!

A big swimming pool and a big playground. The rooms are spacious and clean. So many food options nearby. We stayed for 2 nights. Booked through Agoda but if you want the kids a full kiddie experience (indoor activities) you need to book through the hotel via their packages. Because we booked via Agoda we had to pay separate 499 each to access the playground. All in all it was value for money. Thinking of booking again sometime in the future.
I recently booked a stay at Excelsior Hotel Las Piñas for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience they had. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly warm, respectful, and attentive — which meant so much to me knowing my parents were well taken care of. They felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout their stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very relaxing. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining everything perfectly. One of the highlights of their stay was the breakfast — it was absolutely excellent! There was a wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and everything was well-prepared. My parents especially enjoyed the quality and taste of the food, and it was a wonderful way for them to start each day. I also added a spa package for them, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. They truly enjoyed the relaxing experience, and it made their stay even more special and memorable. The spa staff were professional and ensured they were comfortable the entire time. Thank you to the entire team at Excelsior Hotel Las Piñas for making my parents’ stay so pleasant and stress-free. The room is super clean and the bed and pillor is so soft. The pillow is soft but not hard sa neck. I love the cr so big and clean. Though the tiles are madulas the exhaust fan keeps it dry naman. I love the big lavatory and big toilet appearance. Cr is relaxing. Complete and within reach yung mga toiletries. I love the tv din kasi may share screen di kami mapiipilitan manuod ng limited channels sa cable. Ayoko lang dun sa restaurant. 1st tym ko mag breakfast na pipila p though mabilis naman un tawagin ang number. Pinaka ayoko un restaurant kasi madaming umuubo. Un mga serving spoon at elevator buttons nakakadiri hawakan sa sobrang dami umuubo. Matanda bata mga wala mask. Sana irequire mag mask un may ubos halata naman umuubo e. Pipila palang for entrance sana bigyan n ng mask. So ayun pag uwe namin ng bahay from hotel wala n kami dinaanang iba. Yung anak ko may high fever na. Napaka helpful ng staff kasi inallow kami mag uograde ng room. Kasi 2 adults kami tas isang 1 yr old isang 6 yrs old so we need isang malaking bed. Ndi pala pwede pagdikitin un 2 bed buti itinawag muna namin. Thank u excelsior sana mag karon kayo sa qc ng branch kasi napakatraffic sa las pinas. I heard this hotel was new so we wanted to try it out for our daughers birthday. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and security is good. I requested a king bed when I booked, but they advised that they were all taken. I do not understand why I can request a king bed, if they will not hold one for me. We were provided a room with 2 double beds. When we got up to the room, it was clean, but there was a few things in need of repair. The shelf below the TV was seemingly about to fall off the wall. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm at best, so a hot shower is out of the question. The A/C was really cold though. The pool is excellent, that is what made it worth the stay, the pool alone. If it was dependent on the room, I would not come again. The breakfast buffets was average at best. On the day we went, seems they were only serving fish and I hate fish. Their fresh baked cookies are great though and there is fresh baked bread. Staff was accomodating to our needs its just the hotel limits the experience.

Stayed two nights at the Excelsior Hotel. Easy check in and check out. Decent buffet for the free breakfast. Facilities are very clean and pleasant. Very comfortable beds. The TV does Not have many channels at all and that should be upgraded. Be cautious of the checklist in the room out lining the costs of individual items, like towels, floor mats and consumables. Might want to take a few pics to protect yourself at checkout in case house keeping claims something is missing. A 2K PHP room deposit is required at check in. I had no problems getting the deposit back at check out. I enjoyed my stay and I do recommend The Excelsior Hotel. I would be happy to stay there again!
Location: Very near SM Southmall, near food establishments such as jollibee, kfc, shakeys Food: Sulit na sulit ang breakfast buffet. Pero kung may kasamang bata, wag na siya ipag-buffet at baka di niya masulit considering mabilis mabusog ang mga bata. 😅 I love the beef tapa nga pala at sinangag. Staff: Very friendly yung staff na sumalubong samin. Personal pa nag approach yung manager ata yun. Yung roving guard very friendly din. At very nice and polite yung staff sa pool. Lalo na yung staff sa restaurant, nahihiya na ako sa sobrang pag-aasikaso nila but thank you very much, I felt so special 😁. Medyo kelangan lang ng smiling face ng nasa frontdesk, yung smiling face na accommodating sa lahat. Medyo kasi may pagkaseryoso yung nag assist samin nung check-in at check-out. 😅 Room: Malaki ang room, deluxe twin kinuha namin for 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 3 yo). Super clean ng room lalo na toilet and bath. Medyo di lang siguro na-sprayan yung lagayan ng shoes, may amoy pa pagpasok namin ng pinto pero nawala din naman nung inisprayan ko ng pabango. 😅 But all in all, satisfied naman kami. Lalo na may mga paandar silang play area and activities sa hotel Pool: Not heated, diko naenjoy ang pool dahil lamigin akong tao haha. Sana may pool na heated para may choice saan maliligo. Napakalamig lalo at mahangin sa place. Pero mukha nag enjoy naman mag-ama ko sa pool. Price: Nakapromo yung nakuha namin, 7k orig price nakuha namin ng 4k+... kelangan mo lang maghanap talaga ng good deals hehe. All in all, I would recommend Excelsior. Sulit ang stay namin. Dapat pala nag 3 days 2 nights kami. Anyway, may next time pa naman.

We stayed at the 2BR Suite -- the rooms are really spacious and beds are comfy. They provided plates and utensils. There is an induction cooker but no pans were available during our stay. Limited tea, coffee, and water provided. Gym is functional. Pool was a bit crowded because there was a promo during our stay. Giving this 3 stars because for a 4-star hotel, the service can be improved. 1. Check-in was a hassle. Took the reception more than 20mins to have us checked in, considering that we've already booked and paid online. 2. Housekeeping services need to be more attentive. We called in to request support in fixing the tv because the cable is not working. No one came up. 3. Breakfast was okay. There was a lack in variety and flavor needs improvement. Overall, our stay was good. We'll come back but we hope the service has improved by then.
Celebrated my son's birthday. It was a surprise birthday stay and he really enjoyed. The room was so spacious and neat. The beds I requested was two double bed and I didn't expect that one bed is spacious enough to accommodate atleast 3 persons. So it's nice to sleep comfortably. Airconditioning was strong enough to cool the entire place but I think it was set in eco mode that it sometimes lose its coldness that it doesn't feel chilly at all. Housekeeping staffs are so nice. I first requested help how to operate the television since there was a setting showing off the screen that I can't remove. Second, I forgot to bring our personal bath towels so I request for an extra two towels since two are alrealdy available inside the room. Third, I also forgot to bring our toothbrush so I requested again to have two extras. So sleep was soundly and smooth. While breakfast was free for two guest, I paid for my sons' breakfast buffet. It's not expensive, p388 for each child (3 years old to 11 years old). The foods are good enough but not remarkable. Sweet and sour pork is chewable, espada was crunchy but not salty, chicken tocino is just right amount of sweetness, beef tapa is a bit saucy, the mexican soup was unexpectedly spicy but I liked it. I also tried the congee and its bland so you have to mixed it according to your taste. The pancake was nicely done and the sunny side up eggs doesn't have a pinch of salt. Mango juice and apple juice are available. So the overall breakfast experience was nice. The swimming pools are clean and massive. I hope that the owner of the hotel gave justice to add more landscape design to this area. Not just planting in general but a landscape designed by a landscape architect. It felt like the space was design merely by a pool contractor with a blank perimeter white wall and a planting pool that blocks the view from the kiddie pool. Anyway, that's just a suggestion. So overall experience was so good and welcoming. Kudos to the bell boys and the old guy at the front door. He's so nice to assist us with everything. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay. If you are considering accommodation in the area, I would like to recommend Excelsior Hotel in Las Piñas. The hotel offers excellent accommodation with a very elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, designed like full suites with a living area and sala, making the stay comfortable and home-like. The pool is particularly impressive—large and well-maintained which the kids really enjoy. Overall, it’s a relaxing and comfortable place, and I would gladly stay longer because of the welcoming environment and thoughtful amenities.

Finally had the chance to stay in this new hotel. Great Points: 1. Staff - So helpful and welcoming, all of them! 2. Food - Breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. The pastries were great! Try their ala carte pizza, good size for the price. 3. Rooms - Deluxe room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Comfort room was also large and clean. 4. Facilities - Swimming pool was large with an area for kids. Too bad we were all unwell that time of booking, and the water was cold. Play room in the 18th floor was a treat for the kids. 5. Building - Lobby was a bit small if larger crowds come in, but still OK. Resto is on the ground floor. Parking is spacious and free for guests. Since the building is new, the facilities are in good condition. Overall had a great stay in this hotel. Booking can be direct with them and you actually get a better rate. But Agoda's price was OK for this good hotel.

We were told upon registration yesterday that the breakfast of kids (below 12 y. o.) are already included in our Agoda booking. But, at the coffee shop this morning, we were still charged about P300 plus each for the 2 kids age 6 & 9 at rooms 901 & 909. Further, my 12 yrs old grandson has been categorized as adult already in the counting of # of guests. However, at the swimming pool last night, he was not allowed to use the adult pool without putting on his floaters which made him so uncomfortable & had difficulty in swimming. We even explained to the lifeguard on duty that he knows how to swim and we are his adult companions who would keep a watch on him. Only after a long discussion & explanation with said lifeguard that my grandson was allowed to use the adult pool without floaters. Actually, there were 5 of us adults keeping watch on my 3 grandkids.

We traveled with our young kid and loved the spacious rooms, kid‑friendly facilities, and excellent service. The location was perfect for family outings, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Hopefully pool has heated portion good for swimming early morning and late in the afternoon. The pool is exposed to extreme heat also on the middle of the day and not advisable for swimming. Television need more channel options. Cleanliness must be maintained (carpet). Grateful for the upgrade with spacious room and good view of the pool. Food serve in the lobby though must be improve.
Pros: Spent my birthday here. My kid enjoyed so much in their pool. There are also lots of activities which kids and even adults can surely enjoy in their Explorecation package- it includes unlimited snacks & buffet dinner! We were able to watch a movie at night with unlimited drinks, popcorn and donuts. What I like in this hotel is that they offer drinks and popcorn in their reception, so you and your family can eat and drink while checking in/out. Their buffet breakfast is ample and delicious, especially the nilaga soup! The pastries and breads are superb! The rooms are clean and spacious, love their bathroom! Cons: The only thing I didn't like is they would charge you corkage fee for bringing in outside cake in their restaurant. So instead of eating in their restaurant for dinner, we ate in Shakey's instead. But I understand that they have their own cake, reason why they need to charge.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my son’s birthday. While there were some enjoyable aspects, overall the experience did not feel commensurate with the price we paid. We booked a room at ₱4,500 per night and availed of the Explorecation package at ₱2,000 per person. Unfortunately, we found the package inclusions underwhelming, including the selfie gallery, which did not meet our expectations. There were also a few concerns in the room. We noticed an old balloon left behind the TV, which suggested housekeeping may have been overlooked. The carpet appeared worn and not very clean, and the shower amenities (shampoo and soap) felt low quality and did not perform well compared to what we’ve experienced in other, more affordable hotels. Breakfast was acceptable, but the dinner buffet was not very satisfying. On our last night, when we attempted to order à la carte, we were informed of a one-hour waiting time due to multiple events being accommodated. While we understand this can happen, we felt that it should not significantly affect the dining experience of hotel guests. The highlights of our stay were the swimming pool and the outdoor play area, which we genuinely enjoyed. However, given that access to these required an additional fee through the Explorecation package, the overall value still felt lacking. In summary, while the hotel has potential, the total cost did not feel justified compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at for a lower price. “Memorable Birthday Stay”
We booked our stay through a third-party platform, and the entire transaction was smooth and hassle-free. From the very beginning, communication was a breeze. We requested a simple birthday setup for my son and informed them that we might arrive late due to traffic — and they handled everything so well. All of our requests were accommodated, including a king bed and a room facing the opposite side of the city, just as we preferred. The room itself was very spacious — my son had so much room to play around! The air conditioning worked perfectly, the WiFi connection was strong, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. I also appreciated that the lighting in the room wasn’t dim — we didn’t have to switch on every single light just to brighten up the space. The swimming pool area was another highlight. It’s spacious and thoughtfully designed, with separate areas for adults and kids, which we really liked. Breakfast was decent. The selection was a bit limited, but still good enough to satisfy and start the day right. Their salad and fruits were definitely A+, and we especially enjoyed the egg fried rice! The staff were consistently nice and approachable throughout our stay. Room service was on time, and we appreciated that they proactively refilled basic essentials without us even having to ask. We also loved the large outdoor playground. Although access wasn’t included in our third-party booking and had to be paid separately, it was still a fun experience for our child. Areas for Improvement: The outdoor play area felt a bit pricey at ₱499 per head (kids 4 years old and below are free). Access is limited to 4PM–7PM and 8AM–11AM. While we appreciated the space, we noticed that some parts were not well maintained. A few areas had rust, and unfortunately, my son got some bruises from a slightly rusty bike, which forced us to stop playing so we could clean the wound properly. The slide also didn’t seem very clean. Given the price, we hope maintenance can be improved for safety and overall experience. Similarly, some parts of the kids’ pool area and activity features showed signs of rust and could use better upkeep. Inside the room, it would also be helpful to have an iron available, as clothes can easily get wrinkled inside luggage. Overall, despite a few areas that need improvement, we truly enjoyed our stay. Most importantly, my son had a memorable birthday celebration, and that made the experience special for our family.
