Everything was great except for the bar noise which lasted until 1:00 on several nights allowing a small group of people to become very drunk and loud and keeping the rest of the building awake.

毎年リピートのお気に入りオールインクルーシブ”
今年もリピしました。去年宿泊の際は、ビーチエリアが閉鎖され、ビーチベッドやビーチパラソルが撤去されており、ビーチ沿いのいくつかのレストランも閉業中でしたので、今年は事前にホテルに電話して状況が昨年と同じであったため、自分たちで膨らます方式のビーチベッドや、パラソル的な日陰を作れるシートを持参しました。結果、持参してでも滞在中快適に過ごせたので、大正解でした。ここのシュノーケリングは秀逸で、今回はイーグルレイ（マダラトビエイ）に遭遇し、大興奮でした。また、徒歩10分以内で、シュノーケリングで有名なMoney Barへもすぐなため、たまに遊びに行きました。Money Bar では金曜、土曜日の夕方からライブ演奏があり、Happy Hourもあるのでおすすめです。オールインクルーシブのレストランは相変わらず美味しいし、コスパ最高で、また来年もお世話になりたいです。今回は、初めて6階の部屋へアサインしてもらえ、眺望は最高でした。早くビーチのサービスが再開することを願っています。

コロナ渦での滞在”
3回目のリピートです。コロナ渦なので、通常より縮小した営業体系です。ビーチではビーチベッドやビーチパラソル等が撤去されており、ビーチでのんびりという環境が無いのは残念でした。コロナで人員削減して頑張っているためだと思うのですが、ビーチリゾートでビーチベッド等が無いのはかなり残念です。あとビーチ沿いのレストランも全てクローズしており、屋内のメインビル内に全てが集約されていました。はやくコロナが収まって通常営業になることを強く願います。アジアンレストランが一番おいしいと思いました。お気に入りのオールインクルーシブホテルなので、また来年行こうと思っています。洗濯機乾燥機が無料なのは継続してて嬉しかったです。

昨年に引き続き、利用しました。昨年はオーシャンビューでない部屋を割り当てられたので、予約の際にそのことを記載して今回はオーシャンビューを強く希望とリクエストしたら、チェックインの際に考慮いただき、４階のオーシャンビューのマスタールームにアップグレードしてもらえました。やはり４階以上がオーシャンビューだと思います。ここは食事が美味しいです。コスメル島で同ランクのオールインクルーシブホテルに何軒か泊まりましたが、食事のクオリティはここが一番良いです。また来年もリピートします。 スタッフの方々も感じがいいです。オールインクルーシブですが、チップはサービスを受けるごとに数ドルほど渡した方が良いと思います。 ドリンク１回の注文ごとに１ドル、食事、ハウスキーピングに毎回３～５ドルを渡しました。ご参考までに。

内容が価格を上回るオールインクルーシブホテルです。 部屋はオーシャンビューを予約したけど、オーシャンビューではなかったです。でもマスタースイートにアップグレードしてくださったので、ビューが無い分、気を遣っていただいたのかと思います。 次回はオーシャンビューで滞在したいです。 ビーチは無いですが、シュノーケリングがすごく良かったです。 こじんまりしているので、どこからどこに行くにも歩きすぎるっていうことが全くなく、リゾートライフを満喫できます！洗濯機乾燥機無料です。洗剤は安価でフロントで買えますし、自分で持ってきてもＯＫ。ホテルもスタッフも気取ってない庶民的＆ちょっとリッチの間くらいな雰囲気が好きです。
