A good choice
Quiet but close to shopping (Knightsbridge) and museums (V&A and Natural History). Effort has been made to make rooms comfortable.

Great location; Friendly staff; Value-for-money
Very convenient location, 5min walk to 2 tube stations nearby which can take you to the city under 15min. 40min to Heathrow airport via direct line by Tube also, which I didn't get a chance to try this time unfortunately. All staff (front desk, breakfast lady) are quite friendly and helpful, which is a big plus if comparing with the cold service I received at one of the Hilton London properties just 2 nights ago (and being a HHonors Gold member!). I'd be happy to recommend this property to others.

Good location
Close to all the action yet away from the crowds. Not much "boutiqueness" but a good place to base yourself from.

Recent stay in London
Booked this without knowing much about London, just got a neighborhood suggestion from a friend. LOVED being in the South Kensington area, close to many great sites, walked to Abbey Road, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park (a lot) and some great pubs nearby. Would stay there again.

Excellent location, comfortable room and helpful staff.
The hotel is close to two underground stations, many restaurants and places of interest. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room a good size compared to other hotels we looked at. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
