Exceptional”
Great services, great location. The only down side is no one would reply to our countless emails regarding early check , so if your wanting an early check in ring first and book a day earlier to avoid not getting an early check in. And lastly the food wasn’t that great especially the fish and chips fish was rubbery texture and wasn’t edible and chips tasted stale and over cooked and our burger buns were stale . We didn’t want to be rude and return it so my husband ate what he could . The staff and the Fijian Bula way made up for this making sure we had everything or if we needed anything great hospitality and beautiful grounds our room was clean and we had great access to everything. We highly recommend the meals and menu are reviewed as most of our meals were not edible . Thankful to all the staff , with their exceptional customer service experience . a good airport hotel”
was there for just a night layover. the staff were all so lovely. the dinner area had a live band duo, and they were good. it's a short walk to the airport, and apparently there's a airport shuttle provided, but i did not know there was such a service (maybe coz i purchased from agoda and not on their website, and they aren't responsive on this site). there's free wifi at the common areas but you have to pay for wifi in the rooms (15FJD for 24 hrs). I might stay here again if i have an airport layover, but for longer periods, might stay closer to the city and a place that has room wifi covered.

Gorgeous Property”
So happy I chose this hotel and a refurb room. The staff were very kind and never standing around doing nothing. They were always cleaning or looking for things that needed to be done. Ate at the restaurant which was good, but some things like the soup came out lukewarm. My partner's poached eggs on toast for brekky tasted of vinegar. But we had steaks for dinner one night and they were great as were the pancakes. Location wasn't close to town or other places to walk for a feed. Taxi to main Nadi town was $15FJD each way. The pool was lovely and during the day hardly anyone there. Felt nice to have it all to ourselves. You can literally take a short walk just across the street to/from the airport, but the van was there waiting for us on arrival. Will stay again! For about the same price as a standard NZ crappy motel, this place really stood out. Get the refurb room! Only about 6 channels on the TV though. Wifi was fine, but we were also right around the corner from the bar.

Much better than expected”
We arrived at Fiji Gateway for lunch and left the next day in the morning. We had very little expectations but were happy surprise our room was very clean, showered were spacious and good or water, comfortable bed, aircon and Wi-Fi worked really well. We were happy with our meals too, tasty and good portions. Service was also good. Hotel is facing the airport so you can literally walk there or get their free shuttle. Would definitely recommend for first or last night in Fiji. We did notice when we arrived quiet a few kids, family and big groups by the pool having a great time but didn't hear anything from rooms, didn't bothered us.

Ticks All the Boxes!”
The perfect spot for a stop over before launching off to your chosen Fiji adventure. Super close to the airport with free shuttle. The staff are incredible and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The building is very attractive with nice gardens. The swimming pool is refreshing and the restaurant and bar are nice. I would happily stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised that even it's only a few minutes walk from the airport, they provide complimentary shuttle bus. It's a no-fuss airport hotel with small pool, restaurant and bar and a little souvenir shop. The room is standard, shower with heater. A nice hotel very close to the airport with lovely and helpful staffs

The service was great from the start. A bus was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotel. The surrounds at the hotel are lovely. Good pools, lovely restaurant and bar with music made our night there very pleasant.

Great experience at the Grand Park Inn. Airport pick up was spot on, check in took a few minutes and our stay was built around caring, supporting and friendly staff. Great service provided by the well groomed, honest, respectful and friendly staff who jumped at assisting us at all times. Extremely supportive staff, always smiling and helpful ... Lovely staff, recently renovation, clean and spacious room. Comfy bed, sofa and armchair. Bathroom large, great shower. Only comment is that AC unit is quite noisy. Restaurant had great meals at reasonable prices, 2 pools and a slide. Lots of pool side recliners. Lovely gentleman playing guitar/singing for background music. Staff were happy and attentive. Easy check in and check out and we just walked over to the airport!

The Gateway is walking distance from the airport but they do provide a shuttle. The pool is beautiful and I loved the water slide. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fiji gateway hotel”
Really good hotel and very close to the airport. We had an early flight so had our last night in Fiji there. There was a shuttle to take us to the airport and we were there in about 5 minutes. The staff were great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and well priced. Highly recommend.
