Best hotels & accommodations in Financial Street

Very convenient as only one underground transit station to Financial Street. However, except a opera theatre next door, there is no shopping mall around the area and only a few local restaurants nearby. Therefore, you have to dine at the Hotel restaurant which is expensive. Transportation network is good as it takes only 35 minutes to the Airport

Staffs are friendly, professionally, fast check-in and out, Room is very comfortable and very clean, hotel Have swimming pool and most of requirements. Agoda Customer service was professional and trusted as usual, they change my stay to this hotel after bad experience in another hotel. I advice everyone to book thru Agoda, not direct with hotel. Agoda is trusted, suppo...

Pros: - Nice location. Railway station is just outside of the hotel - Stuff are very helpful Cons: - They didn't provide laundry service. However, the you can hand wash your cloth and just hang at the windows. - The cleaner will still call you via phone for cleaning service even though you have hang the "Do not disturb" sign over the door.

Westin Beijing (Financial Street) has been on the top of my list for best hotels since I first stayed there in 2007. Fortunately, I stayed with them again in this Feb, and I was extremely satisfied with their sophiticated service, and well-designed room. In addition, my additional requests were responded efficiently, e.g. courier service, stay extension without changin...

The stay & conference at this hotel was enjoyable which was needed for an International program. The location & ambiance was nice except the language barrier. At lease one very good English speaking person is needed at the counter (reception) at this star hotel.

we celebrated my husband's birthday here. while the club floor was nice and the service was great, the mini fridge did not have the best cooling power and our cake literally melted inside it. other than that, it was great. clean pool, and convenient access to a shopping mall connected directly to the hotel. the italian restaurant, 'cepe', on the 1st floor is expensive ...

두번째 방문중인 메리어트 호텔은 교통이 편리하고 호텔 시설이 이용하기 좋았다 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 사우나 그리고 스파까지 완벽했다 직원들도 친절하며 항상 웃는 얼굴로 반겨주었다 두번째 방문의 이유중하나인 조식은 언제나 만족스럽고 재차 방문할 예정이다 : ) The JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central is one of the best hotels in the heart of Beijing. It is close to subway stations and bus stops. The food tastes good and fresh. There are swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and steam...

The loft we booked was perfect for 4 of us, one queen bed on the lower floor, and 2 single bed on the attic. Small but functional. We love the setting of this cute little courtyard hotel. Very convenient, lots of food on the main street, very easy to get around via public transport (Bus and Subway). We love Aunty Cho, she is a true Pekinese, knew all secret passages in...

Even though I have a hard time going through their hotel main web site for more information of this hotel, but I trusted its location and the photos on agoda for this hotel and book this hotel. hotel room is clean, service is great, perfect location considered that the western financial district was closed by and the subway station is just around the corner. big shopp...

This beautiful hotel is tucked away in a traditional Hutong street of Chinese family homes, but only 5 minutes walk away from a subway station - making it both excellently located for exploring the city, but also a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. The courtyard itself is absolutely beautiful; it is modern and clean but has retained ...

I stayed at the Minzu from May 1 to May 4, 2010 and found it living up to my expectations and as fine as my previous stays there. It's location was very convenient for the purposes of my trip (a tour of Beijing for a friend who had never visited China), and I found the hotel clean, well-managed and the staff to be a delight. The concierge was extremely helpful in arran...

Situated in the hutong areas about 3km to Tiananmen Square. It's a short walk to the metro station. Toilets are a tad small and asian style so be prepared to get everything wet when you shower. The rooms are well decorated with a lovely central courtyard where you can have breakfast and afternoon tea. Breakfast was various pastries with juices and good brewed coffee. ...

Room is small but clean. This location is good (not too crowded and not too far from tourist places). You have a shopping mall, food and train station within walking distant. Staff communication in English is limited but acceptable. This hotel is next to a highway so it is a little noisy. However, I can still sleep at night. If you are a light sleeper and money is n...

Contrary to what others have said, we had no trouble finding the Fish Inn and if you ssk a taxi driver to take you to the intersection of Dayuan Hutong and Xisi street getting back to the hotel was easy. The friendly staff alesys greeted us with s smile and were very helful and efficient in booking our tour to the Great Wall and an onward train to Shanghai. The locatio...

Surroundings as you enter hotel does not give you a good impression at the start. Since I was using a local cellphone, it took me a number of tries to get the correct phone number combination as the meter is running. If you ...

It is out of my surprise. This Templeside hutong is very beautiful. I really enjoy my stay there. Solid establishment, decent hutong experience, close to xisi station with good access to other parts of the city. Relatively cheap compared to other similar choices. The hotel itself was quite a surprise, the pictures don't do the hotel justice it is actually much better looking when you see it in person. you can't get anything like that sort of hotel in Australia for that cheap. The hotel is located along a narrow lane, surrounded by others courtyard houses. The entry to the hotel is narrow, which allow only one car and only one way. really loved the homely feel this place had, a far cry from the bright lights of shanghai. bobby and his team made us feel welcome, organised us a safe driver to the great wall and gave us tips on nearby shopping. only about 15 minutes from the subway (and we had an 8 year old with a suitcase on that walk). heaps of yummy food in easy walking distance. table tennis in ...

The hotel was not as good as what we expected. The bed was clean, but I found the carpet and the bathroom were not very clean. They provide a very Chinese food, except for toast, that's all. The breakfast hall was located at the different building. I was really pissed when it was raining during breakfast time, and the hotel didn't provide any umbrella AT ALL for the gu...

Good hotel. No English speaking staff (but this is China after all) but they were very helpful. The room was good and clean. Breakfast is available onsite and there are some good restaurants right next door. Very close to the subway and can get there directly from airport (just change a couple of lines). I would stay again.

The Location is very centre. Just besides Xidan area, surounding by many big malls so finding food would never be a problem. Nearest subway station (xidan station) is 10 mnt walks but you won't find it far cause is a crowded street. Exit F from station. Breakfast is lots of variaties both chinese & western but honestly it didn't really suit our indonesian taste. OK th...

More about Financial Street
Office buildings and corporate towers including Beijing International Finance Building, China Merchant’s Bank, and the Bank of China headquarters dominate the skyline here. This is also where the Auditing Administration and the attractive Capital Times Square buildings are located. All of these new and impressive buildings are joined by luxurious business hotels on Financial Street that look after China’s top executives when they’re in the capital.
On the fringes of these world-class business facilities are several other notable sites. None of the outstanding attractions are historical, but there are a few nearby cultural venues such as the Central Conservatory of Music, where regular concerts are held. Financial Street also hosts the China Science and Technology Hall, which hosts technology exhibitions and seminars. This area also hosts the Beijing Olympic Basketball arena and the Beijing Children’s Hospital.
Accommodation in Financial Street district is exclusive and upmarket. High rise, internationally-known hotels on the operate some of China’s most successful fine-dining establishments, while onsite shopping malls deal in imported designer brands. Few tourists venture to Financial Street, but those who do are consistently amazed by the ultra-modern hotels in the area. If tourists choose to stay here, they’ll only be a 15-minute walk from important attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.
