Key collection takes place at the office during the following times: Opening times in summer 1 April to 31 October: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00 Saturday 10.00-19.00 Winter opening times 1 November to 31 March: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 If you wish to check in outside of these hours please contact the property directly. A high chair can be rented for EUR 25 per week. Electric fans can be rented for EUR 10 per fan per week. Please note that parties are not allowed at the property. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle Bacallar 12 (2), 03720 Benissa . Please inform Finca Vicente in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
