Did not provide me a room”

I booked a reservation with Agoda for Finn Luxury Apartments. When I called Finn Luxury Appartments, they said they did not know why I was allowed to book the room, because they were completely booked. They said I would need to call Agoda to get my money back. I called the Agoda Customer Service line 10 times and it kept disconnecting me. I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would expect Finn Luxury Appartments to contact Agoda and tell them not to charge me.

Nice and cheap option ”

We stayed at the studio in Lauttasaari. Studio had a nice bed, sofa, small kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. lace was really basic and litle damp but still value fom money. Place was easy to reach from the city center. We only had one slight problem during our stay. The key we had, didnt seem to work on the downstairs main door. You need to viggle the key in the lock really hard to make it work. A bit of a buzzle at 1 a.m.

They give a wrong location for the apartments. please do not trust the location shown. it is not that place, and you have to take a 20min bus to reach the residential area. Check in was disappointing. I wasted almost 3 hours for the check in, ruined my first day of the trips. Think twice before booking this.

Clean apartment ”

The apartment is clean and tidy with modern design. All facilities in the room are in good condition. The staff is polite and helpful too. However, there was something wrong about the address of the triple room and the triple room is not located in the Helsinki city centre. We went to the wrong address at first and this really made a lot of trouble to us! Luckily, all the things are settled finally. Hope this kind of thing will not be happened again.

Family visit ”

The shower was releasing water and the sink was hold by tea cups !!!!! My kid couldn't wash I couldn't take shower and my wife also. Even the setting room and other things were good but without basic facilities was impossible

Erst einmal wurde bei Anrufen nur englisch gesprochen. Kein finnisch und keine andere Sprache. Wenn man nach finnisch oder deutsch fragte, wurde einfach aufgelegt. Dann standen wir in Helsinki an der angegebenen Adresse und sahen nur eine abbruchreife Bude. Bei einem Anruf wurde uns nur auf englisch mitgeteilt, wir sollten die E-Mail lesen. Dort stand aber diese Adresse. Nach längerem Suchen fanden wir dann den Schlüssel zu dem "Luxus-Apartment" unter der Fußmatte. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befand, war völlig verwahrlost. Die Wohnung selbst in erbärmlichen Zustand. Die Matratze im Bett völlig durchgelegen. Als Betttuch diente ein alter Vorhang oder Ähnliches. Die Bettwäsche war verschlissen und roch muffig wie die ganze Wohnung. Ein Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Die Fensterscheiben waren so schmutzig, dass man den Eindruck hatte es wäre nebelig draußen. Das Bad war versifft. Wir haben uns nicht getraut zu duschen. So eine Unterkunft würde man in Finnland nicht einmal einem Asylanten zumuten. Selbst Wasser haben wir nicht getrunken und zum Zähneputzen haben wir Sprudelwasser genommen. Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus stanken nach Zigarettenrauch. Um das Haus herum nur Unkraut und weggeworfener Müll. Deshalb brauchten wir eine Stunde um zu glauben, dass wir in unserem "Luxus-Apartment" angekommen waren. Ein Heim für Obdachlose wäre sauberer gewesen. Die Bilder auf Ihrer Internetseite sind eine Frechheit. Ich kann Ihnen echte Bilder dieser Unterkunft schicken, wenn Sie mögen.

Paikan markkinointi on harhaajohtava, koska asunto ei olekaan Kampissa, vaan Lauttasaarella, kaukana Helsingin keskustasta. Kartalla näytetään kohdettta Kampissa. Tieto oikeasta paikasta tuli vasta kun olin jo kaupungissa. Kukaan ei myöskään reagoinut tekstiviesti-kyselyni osoitteesta.Tämä on tavallaan huijausta!

Pienoinen pettymys”

Nimi Luxuary Apartments on enemmän kun harhaanjohtava. Asunto oli ränsistyneessä talossa ja nopeasti vain valkoisella maalilla maalattu rapistuneet pinnat "piiloon". Sijainti oli aivan muualla (Lauttasaaressa) kun kampissa, minkä kuvan sai esittelykirjoituksesta. Vaillinaiset astiat ja ei mikroa. Televisio piti itse asentaa käyttökuntoon, koska johdot olivat asennettu miten sattuu. Hyvä asunto jos tulee vaikka raksahommiin, tai muuten pikaiselle työmatkalle, eikä ole väliä missä asustelee. Eli pitäisi mainostaa ennemminkin vaatimattomana majoituskohteena, opiskelijakämppänä.
