We're budget travelers, and I think if you book early, you'll find better deals in Baguio at the same price (e.g., Travelite Hotel). Pros: Free unlimited hot and cold drinking water, secure parking lot, shower with heater, and generally clean room. Cons: No towels and toiletries, no elevator, small room with very basic amenities, a bit far from the center, so no nearby ATM machines, convenience shops, or eateries (breakfast is not provided, and there's no in-hotel restaurant). TIP: Buy everything you need (including toiletries but except drinking water) before you go to the hotel. When going to Baguio, book months ahead, so you'll get a better deal at the same price at hotels that are better than Finteo. SUMMARY: If you book at the last minute, Finteo is good enough, especially if you're just looking for a basic room to sleep at night. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Staff is accommodating. We arrived in Baguio before 3am ang nowhere to stay since our check-in time is 2pm. I called the staff if we can just add fees to our extra stay since we arrived until before lunch. Fortunately, we were accommodated with an hourly charge of 100php until 10am (Other guests might come in beyond the time and to allow cleaning the room) at a Family Room unit. Studio type rooms are fully- booked. Facilities are good. Heater is working. Flat screen TV with digibox is available. Small fan is just fine since the weather is already cold. The whole building is clean with water dispenser at every floor. There is no elevator but family rooms are nearly at the 2nd floor. The location is not close to tourist spots though we were able to get a cab in a short while. You can also dine in at 'ChiQueen' near the area which is open 24/7.

Over-all, I had a good stay at Finteo Skylands. The good side: It is within the city and accessible. The room is clean. Well-guarded with CCTV Parking spaces available There is hot and cold shower You can cook. The kitchen is awesome! The building is new! The not-so-good side: Internet connection is intermittent. They have no elevator (but they will tell you this at the onset to manage expectation and to let you decide whether you would proceed with your booking or prefer the rooms at the lower floors) I arranged for a room for 5 persons but when I arrived, the beddings were only for 3. So I had to tell them to add the extra bed. But, they only added one extra. The water in the dispenser is half-empty (or half-full) and you do not know how long the water has been there. Good for big groups but not recommended for family with young children”
Overall experience was good, price is reasonable, staffs are accommodating and theres enough parking space for cars.. But I think the management should consider to put an elevator in the property, this was the only problem we encountered because our room was located on the 5th floor. I won’t recommend this for peope travelling with children or PWDs.

Location is good. The building has no elevator. Penthouse room is the same floor where the water tank, washing machines and stairs to the roof are placed. The noise of steps from people passing, and sound of refilling tank are normal features while you are resting at night. Two towels are provided for free even you are 4 travelers booked, extra is 50 pesos/pc. They have shower heater and bidet. Avoid to wet the floor since there has no water passage except the shower area. Ref, stove, cutleries, water dispenser are provided in penthouse room. Staff are respectful. View from deck floor is the real face of Baguio- houses on the mountains, nice view at night.

Liked the place but no elevator”
I almost loved everything here but there is one thing that was disappointing, they don't have elevator. We were assigned at 6th floor, and we have to take the stairs with all our things. It's hard for us because we have 2 kids with us plus my mother who is on her 50's. But aside from that, we liked that the parking is secure but the space is a little bit small, they have cctv cameras everywhere the establishment, the provide a big gallon of mineral water for free, they will give you extra mattress without extra charge if you requested and the staff are very well accommodating and helpful. The units are spacious enough for families and they have kitchen facilities that you can use and you can just ask for cooking wares in case you want to cook, they already provided plates, utensils and cups.We would like to come back here but hopefully they will give us a unit that is on the lower floor.

I would like to say thanks to Kasy. Very accommodating thru text and call. Allow us to check-in at 11AM. Rooms are clean and have a good smell. Thous we do not know if they offer a house clean, we don't asked either. Rooms are small but fits to our need. No aircon, but we haven't used even the electric fan, the place were too cold. We are at 3rd floor and we've seen a nice view. They have free parking space, cctv's every floor and every hallways. Staffs were very nice. All in all, we really have a great stay and we'll definitely book this unit again. Pros: Cold location, cctv's for safety & free parking space. Cons: No cooking ware.

all is good; except, the stairs. we stayed at the fifth flr. and there was no elevator. Nonetheless, the room was clean, complete with amenities, and AWESOME.

Made reservations with Agoda without using a credit card they asked for full payment a week before check-in through bank deposit to hold or guarantee the booking but to our dismayed when we checked-in we're told that they forgot to reserve the room and the only room available at that time is the bunk bed. The picture of the room is not the same as what we saw in the review pages. Parking is spacious although crowded when we get there since its a long weekend and everyone is on vacation. Security guards are even helpful in our needs and extending simple errands. Cctv camera inside the bldg premises and they have water dispenser in every floor.

Pros: Spacious room, daily complimentary gallon of water, near the market, room has stove, rice cooker, big fridge and kitchen/dining wares, Unit 4A has good view at night, cheap rate, courteous staff Cons: Room isn't that clean (and there's no mop or broom in the room), bathroom heater is tricky and not working properly, no telephone to at least communicate with the front desk if you need something, no elevator, a bit far from parks, no towels I recommend this to family travelers but bring extra dining wares and towels. My 66 year old mom had problem going up an down because there's no lift. I also recommend to download Grab as getting taxis is a struggle.

I stayed for 5 nights, and got a standard studio room. Inside was just a double bed with 2 pillows and a blanket, a bathroom with hot and cold shower. There is an TV with skycable connected to it, an electric fan, and a fridge. The room was clean and just what I expected. Check in is at 2pm and I arrived there around 1:30 and they had me in with my room ready. They also gave me an option of staying at the 3rd or 4th floor room, and I picked the room at the 3rd floor so it's easy to go up and down, they only have stair, no elevator. There is no towels and toiletries available inside the room, so for those who are planning to stay here, bring your own and buy toiletries. Or you can also pay 50 pesos for a towel. I paid for a towel, however their towel is quite old and needs to be replace, I took it anyway. Upon check in I told the lady that I needed a room with a good wifi connection because I will be working during my stay, she said that wifi is all good in every room. I was able to connect to their wifi using the logins written on a peice of paper that was pasted on a wall inside my room. The speed rate was just okay, 3mbps. I was able to use it for a couple of hours and had problems with it during the rest of the stay, and that was just first day. I asked for help and they fixed it for me by rebooting the modem on the 3rd floor where I was staying. On the next day, I could not connect again, it keeps saying incorrect password, or sometimes it would say, I need to stay closer to the modem. The security guy who help me said that the wifi is not good inside the room so I need to stay outside near to it (and I felt it was inconvenient, the fact that I will be working). So after that incident I no longer ask for help whenever I get disconnected from the wifi because it was already a hassle. I'm not sure if it was my devices or there connection because I saw some guest outside playing videos using the wifi and they were able to connect. I had a mac and 2 iphones and

Pros - Early Check-in and Check-out. You can leave your bags at the lobby without worry. Safe, they have cctv everywhere. Cons - Toilet had an unpleasant smell (vinegar, i guess). Beddings are quite old and smelled like it was used and not replaced. Electric fan was full of dust, though we did not use it. It's definitely good value for money.

The staff are very accommodating and courteous. The room that we booked has a TV,cabinet and own comfort room and its cost is affordable for those backpackers who wanted to save a lot. The location of the place is somehow near the Burnham Park.
