Great stay! ”
I enjoyed my stay here more than I thought I would! The staff were helpful and friendly, I changed rooms because next door was noisy. They let me look at the new room before my bags were moved. The room was clean with a kitchenette, iron & board, everything I needed for a few nights. It is a 5 minute walk to Parramatta Westfield and the transport interchange. I would recommend a stay here, you will be pleasantly surprised! :)
good location but not clean”
Close to parramatta station. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious with 2 bathrooms. one bathroom not clean and badly needed upgrading. the other bathroom was fine though. pool & parking good.
I booked a studio apartment. Had everything in it like washing machine and dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, t.v air conditioning etc... Was located in quiet location, overlooking courtyard.. I was relieved I wasnt put in room over looking buzy road. Only 5 minutes to station. Loads sof good cafes around to get breakfast. Pool was divine. Loved that there was a spa and gym. Good value for money. Would definetly stay there again.
Great location and well appointed”
My daughter and I spent 5 nights here and found everything in the apartment that we needed for a home-away-from home stay. The kitchen was well appointed and having a washing machine and dryer in the room very useful. The beds were just as comfortable as our beds at home! Our only criticism was the floor was a bit dusty/dirty which we didn't realise until we took our shoes off and looked at the bottom of our bare feet! However, I would stay here again as the proximity to Parramatta train station/Westfields shopping centre at a walking distance.
Great value for money”
There were unpleasant stains on the Carpet in the bedroom.. that was literally the only problem! Very affordable, Great set up, great location, great staff.. I was there more than 3 days and will be going back again. Thank you Fiori
FIORI APARTMENTS - GOOD VALUE”
Fiori Apartments were a good base to explore from and were conveniently located for my purpose. The room was clean and tidy with amenities which enabled us to cook and wash our clothes if needed. Parking was great and we were able to park near the lift which was very convenient for me due to my disabilities. The reception staff were excellent and friendly and very helpful. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area and a pub about 100 metres from the apartments. There is also a small convenience store located right next to the building and they do make a good coffee. Next time I am in Sydney I will ensure that I stay here again for a longer stay. It was a pleasure to stay there.
Good location, thats about it”
The location and staff were helpful however the property itself was very disappointing, looked very neglected, damaged furniture, scrapes and marks all over the walls, only 2 pillows and no spare blankets, and kitchen facilities were sadly lacking. We wont stay there again.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment could have been cleaner as the blinds were dirty and the dining chairs were also dirty and just needed a really good clean. The money we paid was good and the apartment was close to everything
I was very disappointed with the lack of remorse when the shower door was broken and fell twice.. When I went down to tell the staff member in charge about the first one she told me that she will have someone come up and fix it and nothing was done, the next day it happened again and it ended up falling onto me causing me to bruise my foot and brake my nail.
Ageing accommodation ”
I have stayed at the Fiori many times and keep going back because of its location and it has always been good value. The cleanliness has always been hit or miss depending on the unit and I assume the cleaning staff. It is starting to show its age with the furniture and fitting being worn out and could do with some updating.
Location security and comfort”
We enjoyed our short stay at Fiori. It was easy to find and very close walking distance to the shopping centre and the railway station. The rooms were very big and comfortable. There was a nice view of the Sydney city skyline from the balcony and the kitchen was very useful.
Location Location Location ”
We stayed for 5 nights November 2014, While the rooms could use some attention and the windows could be cleaned and cobwebs brushed down. But putting that aside you don't go on holidays to spend time in your room so it didn't bother me to much. The location is the best 5 mins walk to the bus and railway station and 10 min walk to the Parramatta wharf for ferry to the city. 15 min walk to Westfields. We will stay again next March. Parking is $15 per night but thats good for secure underground parking.
very comfortable, much better than i expected ”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, their was an enuite in the main room and another bathroom in the main area for the delux room (2 singles 1 double), their were locks on doors, a great view from the balcony, we could see a lot of sydney, including the city. their were great cafes and rstaurants to go to for breakfasts and dinners (alot of indian around but lovely) we sound it extremely handy that their was a convenient store directly downstairs that closed at 1am. $15 parking per night was a bit much but we still had a reserved parking spot for only us which was convenient. not very close to the city or main areas but well worth the drive when you stay at a lovely place like this. i was very pleased with our purchase and im sure you will too :)
It was good value and exactly what we wanted near trains too”
Shower door was broken but overall terrific value for my money
Very budget accommodation”
The apartment was OK, but very run down, the curtains were feeling and disgusting and kept no light out. The pillows were soft. Went to make a coffee, the mugs were filthy so we didn't bother. The bedside light didn't work, the TV wasn't connected when we came in. Very cheap budget accommodation.
Good location but...”
Best thing about the Fiori apartments is the location, about 2 min walk to Parramatta station. My apartment was sparsely furnished, but adequate space for a one bedroom apartment. Cleanliness was below average... there was rubbish and food left from previous guests in the kitchenette. Dust on surfaces and lamps in the bedroom. The extractor fan in the bathroom was clogged with big clumps of lint/dust. The roll down blinds in the lounge and bedroom had big stains on them, and did little to block out the sunlight. Also very little signage out front, I only found the Fiori apartments as I knew the street number. Only time I saw the name was written on the glass doors at reception.
The hotel is in a great location, the staff are so lovely and helpful. The appartment was a great size ( we booked a 2 bedroom app) and the price was great $260 for 1 night over the weekend. The downfall was it wasnt clean at all shower had mold all over it all the walls were so badly marked it could really use a new paint job. A little more effort into making the room look nicer would be so much better. Just some new paint and better cleaners.
Very unclean ”
So on arrival I was told to pay a $200 security deposit which in some hotels isn’t Unusual but for here no after seeing the state of the room !!!. Smelly kitchen sink plumbing and had flies buzzing around it as well as the bathroom floor grate had black fuzzies growing on it gross . The bed had seen better days it was bowed and no doona just a top sheet and thin blanket that stunk No Extra pillows like other hotels offer. I’d used the towels so I’d asked downstairs for another and was told I could rent a towel at extra cost .. what a joke. I asked downstairs for the wifi password as I didn’t want to use all my data I was told the wifi was down pft yep convenient !!. Also the neighbour who was clearly a permanent resident had his music going loud all night and friends on the balcony talking loud and laughing . As well the pungent smell of garlic and curry coming from other floors is this a hotel or permanent apartments!!!! For $270 for 2 nights I expected better !!
A bit more cleaning, dust on the fridge, cups looked like they had been wiped not washed, TV in a silly place, couldn’t watch it from the bed. Blinds very well worn, and shower screen door felt like it was going to come off .. But, it served our purpose..
Our bed was terrible , they only gave us a soft pillow each yes 1...winter and had a thin quilt on bed...the toilet seat was loose and couldn’t tighten it as there was no bolt...all fixtures in bathroom was loose , took 5 minutes for water to get warm...there were no spare pillows or blankets really poor maintained room..air vent in bathroom must have had 15 years of dust in it....if you get the same room as we did you’ll know it...mattress must have cost them$50 you could feel the springs..
