Not a terrible hotel but beds were awful and decor in the rooms not great.”
Beds in my room were like old zedbeds- uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. The walls in the room had lots of marks and chips etc. Otherwise ok but not worth what I paid. Normally stay at. Hotel nearby which is much better and only slightly more expensive.

Pros:- Hotel is directly across from the metro which comes from the airport Clean Modern Shopping mall 5mins walk away Cruise port 10-15mins drive in a taxi Cons:- Toilet door didn't shut fully therefore lack of privacy

Good service including reliable bus transfers, comfort, friendly staff
Stay was comfortable. Hotel was clean. Staff were particularly conscientious and helpful, spoke good English were able to share a joke and provided tour advice. The barmen were very obliging and pleasant and willing to assist with punctual and pleasing bar food. A welcoming place to stay following an exhausting flight from Australia.

Magnífico hotel de cuatro estrellas. Situado en hospitalet, en el radio exterior de Barcelona. Muy cerca de centro comercial de ocio y restauración, a 4 minutos de la línea 9 de metro, en 3 paradas estás en la línea 1, que te lleva al centro de Barcelona. Cuenta con habitaciones muy acogedoras, con un diseño minimalista y muy limpio. El personal, muy atento. Se estropearon unas luces de la habitación y avisamos a recepción, en unas horas ya habian solucionado el problema. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. Recomendadísimo, mucho mejor de precio que en El Centro y muy fácil de llegar. No se escucha ruido alguno por las noches, y cuenta con parking interior (un poco caro) y parking exterior, gratuito en la calle, y de pago pero más barato que el interior. Wifi gratuito y muy rápido. Volveremos.

Muy buena estancia en un hotel bien comunicado. Habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El único problema: una de las sabanas estaba lavada pero con una mancha y la tasa de turismo que ha "creado" la Generalitat o el ayuntamiento de bcn (ajeno al hotel)
