Hard to find parking, water heater not working, and no Wifi internet. The only reason to choose this hotel is low price and proximity to USM.

Besides the location which is very near to mydin and USM, the hotel offers lesser than what I expected for what a basic budget hotel. Shower flow was too slow, room wall was stained, complimentary bottled water was available ONLY upon request (not in the room), blanket was too short for an average Asian like me.

Strategic location”
This is one of the few lodging you can consider if you need to go HUSM. Stayed for 3 days during my trip to KB and i needed to stay near HUSM. Walkable distance to HUSM (~ 10 minutes). A few food trucks and shops around the area, Mydin is just opposite. However, as our room is facing the sun in the noon, it's pretty hot and i was sweating in the room with aircond on.

The advantages of this hotel are proximity to HUSM and Mydin. Overall is okay. The only drawback is the clogging bathroom.

Booking was not received & needs repainting”
Somehow my booking was not received by them. They just gave me someone else's room since that person has not arrived. Not sure what would happen to that person. On my 2nd night, around 10:30pm the staff came knocking at my door asking how many nights I was staying. They could have just called my mobile number that they took during registration. The hotel rooms will look much better if repainted. Beds are comfortable, toilet is clean. Everything electrical works fine. They just need to repaint the rooms and add some nice decor.

You got what you paid for”
Room seem not ready. We were late check in around 9pm. Staff wasn't at the reception and need to add Rm2 ringgit suddenly. Entered room and then found some dirt on the floor. I had to rush back to the receptionist however she did nothing. I was so upset and asked het where can o get the broom to sweep the dirt. Hence she said the location of the broom and i got to swept the diry but myself. Room safety was really poor. The door only have single lock and doesn't have the 'selak'. Bathroom was clogged and interior lighting really poor as they provide yellow dim lighting only.
