Cockroach and rat is EVERYWHERE!!”
The room smells musty, so do the pillow and bed! I found 2 cockroach inside the room and toilet! The rat is happily playing outside the room. No free coffee. There is water balance inside the juga kettle which means the cleaner does not clean well the room.

I didn’t feel safe during the staycation. The door lock was not functioning very well. Some random people were knocking our door very hard at night. I couldn’t sleep very well because I was afraid if something happen. The window was not cover with steel and the locker was broken. The window balcony have many rubbish and alcohol tins which is not proper for muslims.

Worst hotel in the world, book 4bed 4adult in 1 room, but get 3bed in 1 room,then give us sheet of comforter to sleep on floor . in room was really dirty used toothpick everywhere, 😡 deposit Rm50 with no receipt , luckily i get back my deposit when check out… we do not get door card, staff say only use master key if we want to get in hotel, what nonsense is this😡 no safety at all… down stair really noisy with disco
