The Best Guest House One Can Get in Kuantan!”

Absolutely the best guest house you can get in Kuantan! Simple yet perfect values on price, location & customer service. Me & my wife together with 4 kids & we took 2 rooms. Special appreciation to Rina who professionally & kindly assisted us on some issues pre-arrival. Thanks & for sure will choose First Guest House again on our next trip to Kuantan.

Worth for money for you pay...dont expect high...clean bed for you to only sleep...toilet bit mouldy at sink...housekeeping should use colorox to clear the mould around sink....shitty smell frm toilet because drainage directly connected to very close sewega tank....otherwise ok

Full house?! Disaster”

Staff giving my room to somebody else even I have booked through agoda. He said no booking recieved through agoda. Luckily another location is vacant. I need to go to another location few kilometers away. Then, at new location staff gave me incomplete room before provide me with another room. I have contacted the staff a day before to inform that i will check in late yet they still gave my room to somebody else.

It’s only if you desperately need to sleep”

I booked 2 rooms for my wife and our friends. They didn’t allocate as per requested, instead we were given rooms with no windows and separate single beds. We didn’t pay for the cheapest room.

The staff at the counter was foreigner. He doesn't know that i am booking through agoda. Hope the management brief the staff. Otherwisw, the room was clean and comfort.

Location was confused with almost similar name branch in town. Only found that it was located at rural area. We check in at night time. The staff told us that room were all fully occupied although I have made my payment. Then I was offered a room in chalet unit, toilet to be shared with another room

Selesa dan sesuai dengan harga.”

Saya menginap disini sekadar utk bermalam. So far, bilik sempit tapi ok jer. Bagi saya selesa la. Parking pun senang. Cuma parking terlalu terbuka di tepi jalan besar. Seeloknya buat pagar rendah pun takpe utk elakkan anak berlari terus ke tepi jalan besar.
