Exceptional”
Really beautiful accommodation, kept really clean with a lovely pool area. Nice food in the bar and right on the beach. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed. There was building works one of the mornings outside the room that was really loud and woke us up early but other than that it was great and I would stay here again

Great hotel right on the beach, with great pool. Room was nice and big and also clean. Breakfast was good and staff were all very friendly and attentive. Only downside was the on and off hot water in the shower but a minor detail. I would stay again!

We had great time in Fischerman. Great Location, pool is superb for children. Testy breakfast, very nice staff . Our bathroom was stinky but overall experience was really fine. Recommended. I would come here again.

Friendly staff + great diving school”
We stayed in a little apartment which was comfortable and in a good location to shops and places to eat as well as the beach. The beach isn't good for swimming as we found out when we tried to swim and it was seaweedy and rocky. The room was fashionable but a little dark unless you opened to the windowless shutters and let the mosquitos in. Excluding a receptionist, all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming in housekeeping and in the small shop and travel agency. We went diving with the dive school and found that the staff there were friendly and experienced. The only other downside of our stay (but was definitely not a deterrent considering we got such a good deal) was that they were in the middle of building work which meant there was a lot of noise pollution + mess on and around the beach and the resort. This probably means it'll be beautiful in future though!

Great location, not-so-great accommodation.”
We stayed in a room with an ocean view (10 meters from the beach, which was great). We arrived at the hotel around 8pm. When we arrived, no hot water was available but we were tired so we asked in the morning. Our room did not have any closet space, either. The staff offered us a different room, but that one clearly hadn't been used in a while so it smelled strongly of moisture (like a locker room), so they fixed the water (and some small other things such as flickering lights), but was very reluctant to do so. The staff did warm up to us somewhat during our stay, we have to say. During our stay, we entertained a number of guests, including bugs, ants, geckos, one cockroach and even a tick. This was probably because the door to our bungalow (a sliding door) didn't close properly, which allowed some space for our guests to crawl through. We stayed at the hotel for five nights, and even though they did make up our beds and provide fresh towels every day, they didn't change the linens, not even once. Breakfast comes in two choices: yoghurt with muesli/fruit, which was fine, or toast with eggs and bacon which wasn't very appetizing. One cup of coffee was included, we had to pay for a second cup. If you can, book your room without breakfast because it really isn't worth your money. All in all, we wouldn't go back to this hotel if we visited Koh Tao again.

Nice beachfront hotel with friendly staff”
We chose to move to this hotel from another big dive resort on Sairee Beach. This beach was a great change in pace. It is nice and quiet and not very crowded. The food and staff at the hotel were great. There was a very bright light that shined directly in the room all night and we asked the staff if it could be turned out. I think the request was lost in translation as the light continued to stay on at night. I would highly recommend this /hotel beach over anything you'll find on Sairee and Mae Haad.

Overrated and overpriced”
We didn t really get much in touch with the staff or used the services offered, if any, as we spent the most part of time diving, however, we found the hotel too expensive for the very basic room... Ok, there is a TV but not a single hook in the bathroom to hang towels for instance or you needed to ask for toilet paper because the cleaning team did not pay attention. Cleaniness was another very superficial "amenity". We would not chise this resort again if back on koh tao.

The location of the resort is perfect; direct to the beach! The town of Chalok Bay is very close as well. Rooms are really nice, but there was a weird smell, kind of foggy.

This hotel has beautiful rooms very close to the beach. It is in a lovely quiet area with lots of nice restaurants to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great view”
This is a great place to stay, the room is clean and very comfortable. The view from the patio is great for the sea view room. It lack a little privacy if you like a lot of that as you can be near the reception and restaurant, but all ok still if don't mind. It is close walking to shops, ATMs, restaurants etc. the ocean is very ice at this beach.

Great location, basic but spacious rooms”
Hotel staff were waiting to collect us at the pier. We were shown to a spacious room at the back of the resort but still only a short distance from the beachfront . The room felt a bit basic because of the concrete floor and did smell a bit musty on entering but it was cleaned daily and had a good hot, powerful shower and comfortable bed. The location of this resort is great- on a picturesque, fairly quiet little bay but with a choice of a few bars and restaurants. If you don't mind a bit of a walk you can get to the main town on foot too. The grounds could have done with a bit of maintenance but there's a nice little seating area right on the beach and it's a nice place to relax.

The hotel is connected to the beach. But somehow the sea and the beach there was not so good to get in the water. Nice and quiet place tho. Staff was very helpful. However, I could hear my friends talking from the the next room even tho they weren’t talking loud.
