There is a great need for hotels with enthusiastic staff like in Fivitel Da Nang. They know how to help you with the basics when staying here, specifically the female receptionist named Cindy, she has prepared a list of the nearest places to go to eat and support to book a car to nearby places. The dish is quite suitable for Asian taste but there is not much change during the week. The room is clean because it is meticulously cleaned by the staff

Just finished our 8 days center Vietnam trip and this is the best hotel we have stayed. Spectacular view from the room and from the infinity pool! Room is clean, new and reasonable size with nice deco. Very well located away from the city centre. Grab is so convenience and cheap so going around is not an issue at all. Friendly staffs especially Cindy from the front office took time to talk to us. Breakfast have many variety though not the best but good enough to fill you up. Airport to the hotel is about 220k . Will definitely stay there again.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Especially My! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff , and I felt so comfortable to ask about the city , tours, supermarket ,shops,restaurants, bars and they were so helpful! Amazing view especially at night time”
Best view where you can see all the iconic da nang bridges and also can go to the roof top and see the ocean from there. Facilities are great, nice gym, amazing pool and a free drink per room! Room was really clean and has a rustic feel to it. The night view from our room was something to behold. Also the front office manager, Mr.Kim was very courteous and has great English and gave us some tips on sightseeing around da nang. The bathrooms, rain shower head was a bit faulty in our room, but was not big issue. Very pleasant stay and would go back again for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and were fully satisfied with the services we received. Good location, nice river view from high floor and the rooftop pool is awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, they attended to all of our requests promptly. There is only 1 minus point, the 2 rooms at the corner of each floor do not have good soundproof, it's because there's a locked door connecting these 2 rooms and sometimes you can hear the noises from the other side pretty clearly. It's not a big issue for us given that we only experienced the loud noises 1 night throughout our stay here. Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel and will come back again when we visit Da Nang next time.

One of if not the best places Iv stayed ”
Iv been traveling for two months now and this was by far the best for the price. I normally get a room for 2 nights then try another but decided to stay here for a full week. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The room on the 17th floor had an amazing view, I’d leave the curtains open so I could wake up to it each morning. Not sure if the price was so low because of recent storms but I couldn’t believe what I got for the money.

We stayed at Fivitel Danang for 4 nights. Really good price to stay including breakfast and the staff give us a drop off car to airport for free on check-out day. The receptionist named Hai is very friendly and helpful. He helped us to have a trip in Danang couldn't be happier. If you need anything during your stay, connect to the him directly.

Friendly staffs, prompt early check-in. We had gorgeous river view with a cute window couch for morning coffee treats. Love the room design with touch of boutique details ! Pillows are very comfy for restless sleeper myself. Excellent paranormal city view on rooftop where you can enjoy dragon bridge fire show on weekends. Cons: Found a bit of stain on pillow cases (they said they couldn’t wash it off) but friendly housekeeping changed to new ones as soon as I requested. I would suggest Fivitel go through stained bed linings and bleach them well or just replace new ones. Overall, very pleasant stay and would come back next time. Keep it up !

i have stayed several days in a row at this hotel. Must say everything was perfect. What I wonder is why such a large 4-star hotel has such a shortage of personnel. When I arrived there was only 1 reception and 1 doorman. They always support you if needed, if at the reception I see a girl named Cindy who always asks you questions every time you pass by with a bright smile. I appreciate that attitude
